Let's start with the cheese curds, these are the real deal, white cheddar cheese of all shapes and sizes fried to a perfect golden brown. They pop when you eat them! Best I've had in Tucson! Now for the chicken sandwiches. Man I've driven by this place 100's of times. Why did I wait so long to stop in? The "Wildcat" Juicy perfectly golden fried chicken strips with lettuce, tomato, purple onion, chipotle mayo on a soft sweet delicious brioche bun. The "Asiago Parmesan " again first bite and the juices flowed. Parmesan chips top this delicious sandwich along with lettuce and delicious sauce. Turns out he is also the corporate chef at the Flight Grill located at the museum. Patrick is super awesome and friendly....and from there all the magic happened.. My BF and I scanned the menu and knew it was going to be delicious. We tried the 3 tapas for $7 deal and it was killer!
