My biggest complaint was that it was really overpriced. Something like $70-dollars for an oil change I can get at Delta Sonic for $25 less. She went on to explain they can also Ceramic coat the whole car/body/paint/windows. I saw the price and said go for it. Now why am I commenting, because you helped get my neighbor to the hospital at 2AM when she had heart palpations, see I've been looking at 2 neighbors who have car covers for their, windshields as we live in an apartment complex. In past years it takes me 5-15 minutes to clear snow and scrape the ice off the windows. Then the detailing/headlight restore and ceramic coat of the body and windows, that your young lady recommended. This whole winter since the Ceramic coating, the snow and ice falls off. (also the dirt, rain, everything, it' like my car is teflon coated) And last Saturday night, when I saw my neighbor in the hallway at 2AM, with Heart Palpations. I walked her out to my car helped her in the front seat, started the car and I walked around the car and brushed off the ice and snow with my gloved hand, (no snow brush, no scraper). 60 seconds, (not 5-15 minutes !) ! ! Got in drove her to Highland ..... and the Ceramic coating........PAID FOR ITSELF !, It was fun brushing the snow and ice off every morning before I left, with just my gloved hand, but when it was an emergency and seconds counted............YOU GUYS ROCK ! ! All went well, until I seen the outside of our vehicle. It was absolutely filthy. Animal noses drugged across the sides, animal feed spilled along the edges of the windows, truly a mess. I went to the car wash yesterday,(October 14,2025) and unfortunately not all the animal adventure residue had been removed. I went again today, (October 15,2025), and explain to the staff what had happened & where we had been. They assured me, no worries they would take care of it. They took the time to power wash the entire exterior,and made sure all was clean. They then did a walk around to ensure there were no spots needing attention. I went through the car wash, and they met me on the other side, to make sure that they did an excellent job. Upon completion, and walking around our truck, I realize they had done a truly exceptional job. Totally five star. This particular location is exceptional and aims to please their customers needs. I was then turned away. in the past six months I have bought tires and an oil change for my car my wife's car. in addition to two of my work trucks. this is a really convenient place for me to go considering there is never anyone their patron wise. quick in and out. most of the time I'm there it's staff working on the cars of theirs or friends. not going back.

One day last September, I got out of work and came out to a flat tire in the parking lot. I was distraught, it was a holiday and had no idea where I was getting it replaced. Everyone was closed...or so I thought. I ended up calling around and called Mr Tire. They told me they were open and had time to fit me in right away, on a holiday?? Replaced all my tires (and gave me a deal!) How extremely grateful I was! Fast forward, I recently ran over a very small piece of metal, And they stepped up once again and helped me out. The team at this location is my personal favorite. They are kind and friendly and have helped me out of each issue I've had within 6 months. I am so grateful to have found a company with such accountability and such patience. Service really speaks for itself and I will be coming back again in the future. They wont consider the swipe we did in front of their staff and was promised to give the credit when we come back after changing the tires. Now I got pissed off and totally they lost the business from me. This appears like they are cheating their customers.

Update....brought my ve to my local Firestone to address continued issues of no heat and a temp…read moregauge that did not work. Well they told me that the system was not bled properly so they proceeded to do that but 24 hours later we had no heat and the check engine light on. Well the code showed a faulty thermostat which I'm told should have been replaced when the radiator was done. So now I have to replace the thermostat....and pay for it!!! Can't make this up. My car has not been right for 4 days and now I have to pay more to fix it.
