She is very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people. Over my last two visits there jabe been yellow stains on my shirts, pants and/or jacket. She has the audacity to accuse me of me putting the stains of the clothes, that they were not done by cleaners and/or there is nothing she can do about it. So I just have to chalk up dinner jacket? Discard my button work shirts? She is very detasteful and has shifted my whole view of this place. Rarely do I write reviews but I'm this case, it was a must. There is a 3"x3" pastel post-it note handwritten in ball point pen, stuck on the back of their computer. Very unprofessional. I won't be back. All in all they charged us $20 per pant to stitch up 2 in. and $13 to repair the flag. Seems a little steep to me. I didn't pay $20 for each pair of pants. I didn't expect a hem to be that much either. The cost for three pieces cost us $57. I know things are expensive everywhere but this just seemed like a money grab to me. I went online and found Alterations Express right on Royalton Road in Strongsville, and I am beyond impressed. Susanna, the manager, was absolutely outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation, and within 15 minutes my pants were fixed and ready to go for the wedding. I was told to put the pants on and flip the light switch to indicate that I was ready. It was 100 degrees that day and I was wearing a light one piece romper (not a top and bottom). I held the heavy pants up from my collarbone to my hip and turned on the switch. This young, heavy, kind of frizzy haired girl came in and goes *gasp* "MA'AM!! This is SO inappropriate, you have no top on! This is a place of business, OMG, OMG!!" I told her if she was that uncomfortable I could just leave. She goes "Nooo?" and proceeds to "OMG" for the duration of pinning the hem. She then asked if I could put the other pants on on top of the romper...I declined. I told her she was going to have a really hard time with her job. She treated a woman who could have been her mother like some kind of flasher/s-x pest!!
