I used to love this place. Was always quick and efficient. They seem to have gone down hill in the recent months. Not open at regular published times. Adding kiosks instead of people and still aren't open. The phone contact on the door doesn't work. When they do pick up they don't know when the store will open. read more

Bernie was absolutely amazing! I don't often have things that need to be dry-cleaned so I wasn't sure where to go. Originally their hours were until 7pm which is ultimately why I picked this location. But due to staffing, they had to adjust and now close at 5. When I expressed my issue to them (I work until 5:30) they insisted on making this exception. I was able to send my son before 5, so it worked out, but I was so impressed with that quality of customer service. You don't see it much these days. My husband suit coat turned out great. It's old, but it came back THE NEXT DAY with fixed buttons and looking brand new. I think I may start buying clothes that are dry clean only JUST to take my business there. I dropped 8 items off to be pressed on a Friday at 3:00 pm. Told to pick up after 5:00pm on Saturday. Showed up at 5:45 (they close at six) and the door was locked. People were inside and ignored me and turned their back and killed the lights. So now 7:00 am Monday i pick up clothes first shirt i go to wear is pictured below. read more

We have been going to this place for over a year now. We do jackets and down comforters. The thing is that you can never tell if they cleaned your heavy duties stuff or no! Last week I picked up my jacket and I look at and I was 100% sure it was not even touched. I came back two days later and asked the manager who was nice and re-did it at no charge. I pick it up today and it was like new!! Really?? This is how you do business? What a shame! Not going there again. read more

In my opinion not ideal. I don't feel comfortable leaving my items there. It took many tries for them to do a simple stain job. One had a new spot on it and they tried to give it back to me with that, probably a hoping I wouldn't notice. I said nope you are taking that back!!!!! read more

Been going here for over 5 years and within the past year they keep getting rust stains on my husbands shirt. The first one I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the next two I wanted answers. They told me it is rust but they swear they didn't do it ?? Considering my husband works in a clean controlled environment with no exposure to rust I know they did it! They did a re-do on my shirts and the next batch I picked up had more rust spots. We will not be coming back here anymore. read more

Have had numerous problems with someone else's items given to us, thus, our items went to someone else. Requires numerous trips back and forth to the store to retrieve correct clothing. Also, I tried them out with more delicate items, and all came back damaged. read more

My husband dropped off shirts and the woman working the counter looked at the shirts and said I can't take these shirts because you have to have all the buttons un buttoned on the sleeves and collar. She proceeded to say that she was the only one working that evening and it would take her too much time. Why don't we pre-wash them prior to bringing them too. We have had several instances where rust stains have appeared on our items too. We went back to complain and they said it was likely there we dropped them off. It's worth the drive to find a better dry cleaner. They are a joke. read more

After On the Spot dry cleaning LOST a pair of my suit pants, there fearless and "integrity" filled owner, Bernie, did his own investigation and had determined that I had the suit pants in my possesion. Usually I'm a very laid back, easygoing customer and am very understanding of mishaps. Bernie seemed, at first, like he was willing to help me get out of my situation. However, he determined (how I'm not sure) that I was making a two month long attempt to swindle him and his company out of the cost of a pair of suit pants! DO NOT BOTHER GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS, THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! read more

I truly wanted to write a good review and gave Bernie and his business another chance after an incident whereby a Dolce and Gabana Martini jacket arrived into my posession with plastic melted into the silk from not paying attention in ironing. I also lost all of the extra buttons by their not handling of fine garments well. This coupled with taking 7 days to take in two pairs of pants which were not done in the 3 days they claimed at first. Needless to say I was angry and running between two stores to gather my belongings as they do not do alterations on site . Bernie did come out at 10pm and said he would even replace the silk if necessary, they cleaned the silk ,which I applaud it was an amazing recovery. He is a reputable man of integrity, although his store has not excersized his company mission. He did some extras ,removing tack stitchs and the pants were seamed well. He returned my charges for dry cleaning as the garments were new and claimed I should not have been charged. They garments showed no sign of being dry cleaned as the tags were still on so I accepted the refund. So I returned now with another new 1200. doller Gucci jacket to have pressed. It was not pressed satisfactory and has several areas where the wool near the lapels had popped stitching. I also had a Versace wool scarve cleaned and pressed and the fabric had many areas of pulled fabric from safety pins and to top it off a Joseph shirt had the stitchs popped out of the top button which was fastened yet obvious needed repair. i feel they do not care for garments as I expect and they practice sticking saftey pins in garments which I feel is a mistake in fine garments. If you value your wardrobe I would suggest seeking another cleaner. Im giving one star because Bernie tried to make it right the first time but the staff is simply careless with my investments. read more

I went here on a recommendation from another dry cleaner and all I can say is they lost my business permanently. I dropped a coat off 4 weeks ago and three useless trips later (they gave me the wrong day to pick it up and kept pushing the date back) I return only to have the counter person asking if I paid for the cleaning and then telling me that she'd have to take my word for it when I said I had( I paid the day I dropped it off). To top it off the coat is damaged to the point that I have to throw it out. Will never return there again. read more
