I'm so glad I called - they picked up immediately Saturday morning and sent someone out within 2 hours. They were also super professional and clear with communication - because my car had been out and it was really hot that day, they warned me they couldn't in good conscience try the fix at that time because the heat made it much more likely for the repair to cause further damage. They worked with me to find another time later in the day they could come. They came back later in the afternoon when it was cooler and fixed it - and it looks really clean! There are no more cracks; just a small circular clear point where they had to put the glue. Amazing job well done, excellent service, and clear communication. So grateful Yelp helped me find these folks and so grateful they did such an excellent job with the repair! So much better than having to replace a full windshield :)

He is genuinely one of the nicest and most respectful people I've met. We chatted for a bit, and interestingly, I realized that about 14 years ago, I had my Camry windshield replaced at this same shop while waiting for my wife to pick me up. That level of consistency and longevity says a lot. I let Mo know I needed to head to San Jose and would be back around 5 PM to pick up the car. He was very understanding and accommodating. The heat rejection is definitely noticeable compared to my other car. I waited 2 weeks to write this review after it is cured a bit and washed so i could see better. There are a few dust bubbles that I noticed but it's not that obvious. If it was within my line of eye sight, I would let them know. No tint shop has 100% free of imperfection so I am overall happy with the tints. I don't know if they would retint but I also didn't ask so I won't dock them for it. The price is comparable to some other places. I found cheaper ones but either the reviews or poor communication swayed me away from them. They answer quick, so I assume if I have/had an issue they would address it. By the way it's like a 20 min walk to target, so bring a snack/drink while you wait. I had an appointment but there were two other people there already so it did take a few hours.

Firstly, I have…read morebeen to ACJ before with my 2015 Civic and got front and back windows tinted with carbon 20% and it was great other than fading on the front tips of the tint where the window was covered by the rubber seals and that is why I returned. THE QUOTE: Through Yelp message they gave me a quote for my Tesla though I did not provide % I wanted. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me 30% was only available in ceramic - price was more than quoted. THE MAIN PROBLEM: the ceramic tint is green and my stock tint on the rear windows are brownish. I can definitely notice when looking at the car from the side. I just feel like they should have known and could have told me about the color difference since they have tinted Teslas before. NOW WHAT? I can probably go back and have the tint replaced under warranty since there are a few small bubbles. I was told they can replace with different tint % only if lower or same cost. BUT they will take longer for warranty work since its unpaid - prob over an hour. I just don't feel like waiting so I guess I will live with it for now...
