They did come out and look at our existing AC and Heating systems and provide repair options along with an honest assessment of our equipment. From there we decided to meet with a Sales Rep to review our options. From the start, our sales representative Tony made the process easy and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and package options, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Tony was upfront, honest, and personable--definitely the right person to guide us through making such a big investment. Tony had us set up with our financing and installation date in less than an hour. We were extremely pleased with how easy this process was for us. We never felt pressured to make any decisions and the options that On Time offers fits all types of customer needs. Our installers, Austin and Graham, were equally impressive. They arrived early, worked efficiently and professionally, and handled the extreme heat without slowing down. They took extra care to make sure everything was installed properly and even improved the condition of some existing piping. Before leaving, they walked us through the thermostat app so we could confidently use our new system. Their attention to detail and hard work truly stood out. We really were very pleased with the way our installation went. We are very happy with the quality of the equipment, the installation, and the excellent warranty and maintenance package that comes with our purchase. We feel confident that our system will last for many years. We wish we would have done it sooner. If we had one suggestion, it would be for On Time to provide more information about available rebates or tax incentives. Knowing those details might help customers make purchasing decisions more easily. But it was not a deterrent in any way. We are extremely satisfied with On Time Home Services and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new heating and cooling system. Starting from the great customer service that was provided by Peggy, Gus who was our technician also provide excellent customer service, Randy and Mike who were apart of helping us get our AC unit working again. Let me explain a little about our situation, We live in the city of Murrieta, where it has been really hot lately, we have a special needs daughter who has severe cerebral palsy, non verbal and seizure disorder. (very happy girl always smiling) Our daughter's seizure's are also heat triggered, so last week we noticed our ac unit was not blowing cold air anymore, I right away was getting worried about our home becoming to hot for our daughter I called On Time Home Services (very early in the morning) and spoke with Mike who was very nice and understanding even more once I explained about my daughter. Mike explained to me that I had called before they opened but he took all my information and said Peggy would give me a call when they opened at 8 am and right at 8 am my phone was ringing, it was Peggy who was extremely nice and helpful. Peggy had let me know that there schedule was booked but was able to squeeze us in. We then got to meet Gus who was our technician, who was extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. Gus was able to find out that we had a leak and was able to help us get our old ac unit blowing cold air! My daughter was super happy! Gus had the ac going in no time. Almost a week later our ac goes out again I called On Time and spoke with Peggy she was able to get us on the schedule, Gus was our tech again & was able to find out what was wrong with our ac, it was also old and needed some repairs. We have a tight budget and were in desperate need of cold air. long story short Gus, Randy and Mike were able to help us out in repairing our ac unit and finding solutions to our budget to get our ac fixed. I just purchased a whole house fan in my home through On Time Home Services, and I am so happy with the results and service. I have a flat roof with no access to my attic; my upstairs was stuffy and hot and I had to have the air conditioner on night and day even when it was cool in the evenings. I wanted an alternative to keeping the air conditioner on. On time Home Services was the only company that knew how to do it. I must have called seven companies to give me an estimate for a whole house fan, and each company either wanted to sell me something else or said that it was impossible because they couldn't have access to the attic. The first day I got the fan, we opened all the windows, and it cooled my stuffy upstairs substantially, better than our air conditioner would. My upstairs was breezy, cool, and super comfortable. It was no longer stuffy and uncomfortable. On the first night, I left the upstairs windows open, and the temperature got to 67 degrees upstairs due to the cool evening breeze. When I woke up in the morning, my downstairs was 73 degrees. The fan is a bit loud, but totally worth it for me. If you want to save energy and not run your air conditioner all the time, and you live in an area that has cool evenings, but your home is stuffy even when the windows are open, the whole house fan is the best product. It will cool your house down better than an air conditioner. Mike the owner came to my home to give me the estimate, and explained how he was going to do it. He answered all of my questions. Peggy in the office is super professional and gets things done as soon as possible. Super kind people, they don't try to sell you things that you don't ask for. Installers were great, and installed it in about 6 hours. I am so happy that I have this product in my home. My AC had stopped blowing cold air. Read the great reviews for On Time Home Services, messaged them through yelp. Got a quote for an inspection visit, fee waived if you decide to receive the needed services through them. They were able to send Alex to my house the same day I called. He ran his diagnostics and found that my 15 years old AC unit has leaked Freon; because the type of Freon my old AC unit had is no longer used in the market, replacing it would be very expensive even if found. He recommended I get a new AC unit. Got a couple of second opinions elsewhere, shopped around and found their prices to be competitive. Gus came to give me an estimate and options. Clearly explained everything to me, answered all my questions including financing options (went with the 12 months same as cash option - pay at your own pace, as long as you pay in full within 12 months, no interest!). Gus kindly connecting me to their contracted bank. Once the financing was approved, we signed the contract and he make me an appointment for installation within 3 days (because of the weekend). Special thanks to Cindy who kept coordinating the delivery, the communication between the technicians, myself, the bank, etc... John and John came ahead of time on the scheduled day, they did a fantastic job on a very hot day. Hauled away my old unit, cleaned everywhere they worked and completed the work in the attic and outside the house in a matter of few hours. I am very pleased with the amazing, professional and timely service offered by every person I spoke to in this family-owned business! Great service As everyone here in SoCal knows we have pretty much perfect weather until we don't and then your AC doesn't work I called other HVAC guys in the area and they were all booked up I was able to get one guy out and it didn't really seem like he wanted to be working and then on top of that his equipment was not working so he did a very lousy diagnostic test on my AC system and gave me some ridiculous pricing info charge me for the lousy diagnostic test and was on his way So I decided that I would give On Time Home Services a call they set up an appointment for the next day First thing in the morning Gus was there and did a full diagnostic test and informed me that it might be time for a new system he went over the different options and was very knowledgeable in HVAC and in the whole installation process I was very pleased with Gus and his presentation So I decided to signed up with him to have a new system installed He got in touch with his office and scheduled an installation appointment for two days later Two days later first thing in the morning Bob and the crew were here with everything they needed to get the job done and they did an amazing job installing the new system The new system works amazing Thanks to Gus, Bob, Preston, Peggy and the whole team at On Time Home Services Highly recommend read more

All I can say is "WOW." I have never received such excellent customer oriented service and thoughtfulness from a home repair company. Not only did Gus Robles quickly identify the problem but he knew exactly how to fix it and was thinking about our families needs every step of the way. He took the time to treat us like a valued customer and explained step by step what had happened to our AC unit. He also educated us on what to expect in the future and how to self diagnosis the problem. He utilized his time effectively and communicated the process with which everything would be repaired. I was in a very bad situation and On Time Home Services came to my rescue. I was lucky enough to get them to come the same day I called them. I had a ceiling about ready to cave in any moment, and unable to use the air conditioning unit in 101° heat, a home warranty provider telling me it would be six days before they could get anyone to help me. Not only was Ricky on time, he was one of the nicest individuals I have ever met. His love for his family was clearly evident, as well as his love for his job. He explained everything clearly with photos and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. He took the time to do things properly and made sure everything was up and running before he left me. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and helped light my hot water heater. Like I said he was an excellent human being, of great compassion. Cindy was wonderful as well. She was the first point of contact, with her cherry voice, and assurance they could help me with my problem quickly and efficiently. He proceeded to inspect our current A/C unit and inside forced air heating unit. After very little deliberation, we made our choice on the Bosch A/C and accompanying heater system. On Friday nite my old A/C gave out. Pretty shocking, as 3 days prior I'd had another company evaluate it as a precaution. The other company said all was fine and, of course, charged for their service. When the A/C stopped working 3 days later, I called that company and was told they don't work weekends. Here I was, Saturday morning, temp soaring to 100 degrees with hi humidity that day. Called a bunch of companies but all refused, saying "too backed-up." I then called On Time and spoke to Mike. He, too, said "backed-up" but would try to juggle. In an hour or so, Mike called me and said their tech, Gus, would be able to help. Gus arrived like the calvary, quickly got to work, and had my unit running in no time. By the time he'd arrived, my home was over90 degrees. Our AC was having issues. Did a lot of research since there are so many businesses to choose from. Discovered that the rates range from free to $100 to inspect on what's wrong. On-Time charges $79. Even though it was closer to the higher end of the spectrum, what won me over were their reviews. And let me say, they did not disappoint at all. Gus was the tech that came out and he was so thorough and very informative on trying to figure out the problem. Even tho we ended up needing to replace our unit, he helped us figure out what kind of unit would work best for us without any sales pitch whatsoever. It was all about our needs and how to accommodate it with all the options available to make it work. Matt & Miguel were the ones who installed the unit in just a few days and they too were very professional and thorough with their work, along with Cindy who was so helpful coordinating the schedule and payments. After our 12 year old upstairs AC started failing, I decided to give On Time an opportunity to bid on the replacement. We had used WeCare Plumbing, Heating and Air for many years to perform periodic maintenance to our home systems. After many failed attempts to resolve an issue with proper airflow to my daughters room (They wanted to charge me $540 to install dampeners when they were already installed) and a bad experience where it took several months to replace an unbalanced Condenser Fan, I decided to give another company a try. Mike from On Time, met me at my home immediately after I had received a bid from a competitor and matched his bid to win the business. His guys were "On Time", friendly and performed excellent work. They were also able to resolve the issue with airflow to my daughters room. On Time was able to get their technician Gus to the house the next morning. We were having an extraordinary heat wave at the time so I thought that getting quick service could be an issue. Gus provided great service, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He fixed the problem that turned out to be fairly minor and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. He determined that the unit was still under the parts warranty and made sure that I wasn't charged for the part needed. A well deserved 5+ star for Ontime Home Services. My heating furnace went out on Sunday 01.02.2022, I called these folks Monday morning and they had a Technician at my house the same day. Alex arrived following all CDC guidelines by showing up with a mask and booties for his shoes, that was awesome! Subsequent to extensively troubleshooting my 30 year old furnace, yes. 30 year old furnace, Alex determined that he needed further assistance from a colleague. He called Mike the owner and Mike showed up within 15 minutes to lend a helping hand. Mike was able to determine the issues causing my furnace to fail and provided my wife and I with many options to have my home heated again. Matt and Miguel showed up on time and wearing masks. they worked tirelessly and thoroughly. The install was neat, clean and complete. They showed me the work they did and explained to me how to use my new systems. I am extremely impressed and grateful . They were very respectful to me and my family members especially taking care not to disrupt my son in virtual school and my disabled son in his wheelchair, moving carefully around the house. Luke, Mike and Gus had been here a few days prior assessing my old systems and gave me options for repair or new purchases . we discussed the options and I concluded it was time for new. I just had my central air system repaired by On Time. They came out the next day after my call, repaired the problem and the price was extremely reasonable. I decided to install a split cooling and heating system in my bedroom and family room. The design of the system, electrician, and installers were outstanding. All my needs were met in 1 day. The system is so quiet, I had to check to see if it was running. All questions were professionally answered, and my mostly cosmetic outdoor requirements were taken care of. The system is fantastic. Indoor placement of units does not deter from the decor of the rooms and it's so easy to use the remotes.. 11/5/25. Andrew came out for an inspection of my hvac at my house. He told me that the 19 year old clam shell heat exchangers in my heaters were just starting to leak a bit of carbon monoxide due to years of heat cycling and corrosion. He showed me photos taken with a special camera. We discussed new heaters, and planned the install for the next day. Andrew is very professional and let me look at everything he was doing as he worked. 11/6/25. Austin and Brandon came out and installed two new furnaces in my attic. They started at 8am, and finished around 11:30 am. They let me look around at the old and new equipment, and generally invited me to watch what they were getting done. When we bought our home, we knew that eventually (sooner rather than later) we would have to have the HVAC replaced. That day came this Spring; in anticipation of summer, we just needed it replaced right away and needed a good deal. We made the standard calls to at least 3 companies. On-Time was hands down the best. Their representative, Gus, was great; he presented our options, completely transparent and did try to "hard sell," us the most expensive option; he informed us and let us choose what was the best option for us.
