I recommend this store for their fresh produce which is staples as well as seasonal. Some canned & processed foods are $1.25.

Inside the store , it is a modestly lit establishment, which works well with what they are trying to achieve. They have a wide range of different selections , from party goods- home goods and an even wider range of different kinds of products to include food commodities as well as. The value for your hard earned dollars, go's a log way when shopping at this dollar store; as they are not all created equal. The service is ok as well.

I appreciate how the Dollar store (more like $1.25 now) offers a wide variety of items, including: gifts, toys, home essentials, snacks, frozen goods, and drinks. This particular location (At the Serramonte Center) is one of my favorites because they clearly highlight and focus on being tidy, well-organized, and spacious, with plenty of parking on site. What I have even learned is during national holidays, like: the 4th of July, Easter, Thanksgiving and especially the Christmas holiday season. The dollar tree will highlight those holidays with sales on special decor and festive displays or gifts options. At just an affordable price point. It's so easy to go here as an alternative to the larger chain stores. Although the price has gone up to $1.25 (or more depending on what you are buying). There are still some great finds. You just have to be a little more careful with your purchases because some of the items are not the price you are expecting them to be anymore. As a tip. I highly recommend checking your receipt before leaving the store to make sure you didn't buy anything that cost more than you were expecting. Especially because things can add up quicker than you think. Other than that I'd say that the store is clean and well stocked. The staff here are very friendly when you need help and this location never really feels to be crowded and overwhelming. Definitely worth the trip and your time..

BUYER BEWARE!!! I…read morepurchased a RIDGID wet tile saw here for $250 and was clearly told it was new. The owner said I could "check it out," so I lifted the top of the box in the store, saw tags attached, and trusted their representation that it was new and complete. I purchased the saw well in advance of the beginning of my project because it seemed like a good deal. Almost two months later, when I fully unpacked it to start my project, I discovered multiple essential parts were missing. The saw is completely unusable. When I contacted the store, they refused any refund and blamed me for not fully unpacking and inventorying every component at the counter. That expectation is unreasonable. This is a large saw with many tightly packed components. Once fully unpacked, it's nearly impossible to repack it exactly as it was. The store is extremely cluttered with little open space, making it impractical to lay out and inspect every part of a large piece of equipment on-site. At the end of the day, I trusted their advertisement and verbal assurance that I was purchasing a new, complete product. Instead, I was left with an unusable saw and zero accountability from the seller. I am now out $250 and forced to replace it. If you shop here, assume you are taking on all risk. Inspect every component before paying -- because if something is wrong, you will be told it's your fault. Also, the pictures provided above by this store are not what it looks like inside. Items are scattered everywhere. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!

Ummm...why does this store call itself the Dollar Tree when not everything for sale here is priced…read moreat a dollar anymore?? This is a genuine question, no joke. Long gone are the days where you can count on buying any item in the store at just $1. Initially, I didn't notice that some product prices were increased to $1.25 until I paid attention to my receipt, then saw the shelves with such pricing. Eventually, other shelves with $3, $5 and even $5+ merchandise made their appearances and took permanent residence in the store. Okkkkkk...so time to change the shoppe's name! $1 price tags are rare here now. There is still a broad selection of inventory [offering a mix of household items, beauty products, food, etc.,] but, sadly, no increase in product quality has been noticed with the spike in prices. Additionally, at times, shelves can be nearly bare with severely low inventory. Customer service can range from poor to meh with a gradual improvement as of late. I have been seeing a completely new staff lately, so perhaps they cleaned house and hired a new crew. Moral of my story: You can no longer assume that everything is at $1, pay close attention to the prices displayed on each shelf. Be prepared to potentially find empty shelves and arrive with low expectations in service caliber. At least you can count on finding a parking space in the lot that is nearby the front entrance since they are at the Fairmont Shopping Center. Oh, and they are dog friendly!

Dollar store here was cluttered with junk. Items not yet put away. I didn't like that. Mr Moose wouldn't like that. Found some interesitng cups tho that had the face of a dog on them.
