Located on a busy street with VALET parking, it's tough to find parking around the restaurant location. Luckily we made a reservation and came early to find street parking. They have an extensive wine list, as well as a large selection of whiskey scotch and cognac. When we were seated it was right next to the kitchen which I rather like because you can peak over and see how things are going. We came for the Worcester restaurant week menu, it was just the right portions and we also shared a bottle of wine between four people. I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer, the mozzarella knot salad, and the 12oz choice sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes cooked rare. For dessert I ordered the lemon and blood orange sorbet. The service was very on point, we were greeted accordingly, when sharing the bottle of wine they had us taste it to see if it was to our liking. Each of our courses came out for everyone at the same time. My steak was really well seasoned with a nice outer edge and the inside was perfect. After the food the sorbet really cleansed the pallet and was so refreshing. We had a really great time. I also liked how it isn't overly bright in the restaurant and it wasn't really loud even seated near the kitchen. The staff here are really professional and it showed. read more

I met our daughter for dinner at the Chop House for her 19th birthday. Chop House is definitely one of those places that is a celebration/romantic restaurant. The decor was top notch including dark woods, subdued lighting, and beautifully appointed tables. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. She was so friendly but not familiar. The food was great! Starter was calamari of course as she loves it! We opted for a Monday- Thursday special of Steak and Lobster Tail with a starch for $25! I upgraded my salad to a wedge. My daughter had birthday creme brûlée's for dessert. Everything was spot on. The lobster tail was firm and delicious. I can't imagine it was frozen, it had the consistency of a fresh NE lobster as it should. Temps were perfect, portions were ample and taste was wonderful! And the price didn't break the bank. My daughter goes to school in Worcester so I hope we get a chance to go back. You should it was quite tasty! read more

We went to the 111 chip house a few weeks ago. First of all, there was valet parking which was nice because it was very cold out. We went right in and our table reservation was ready right away even though it was very busy. Our servers were very attentive from the time we arrived to when we left. We enjoyed many appetizers and entrees with our group including the salmon, salads, soups and I ordered the ribeye medium rare (See photo). I would give it a solid 9 out of 10, but the ribeyes I am thinking that I have had that were better were twice the price. Overall, we loved our dinner here with a group of six and the experience. Can't believe it took me this long to leave a review because I absolutely love this place! I don't visit restaurants too much anymore due to COVID but it was my birthday so I decided to celebrate. I'm so glad I went to one eleven because the service and the food were spectacular. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is cause I wish the menu would have had a few more options that weren't steak, don't get me wrong I love steak but a little variety would have been good. But other than that, I loved everything else. I would 100% recommend coming here. read more

This is one of the nicest restaurants in Worcester. The service you received is bar none. I like how all the servers are wearing these butchers coats which make them look like dental assistants. ha! I went with a party of 8, we were definitely taken care of as they gave us 2 servers. We all took advantage of the Worcester Restaurant Week promo for $25.20/pp for a 3 course meal. I started with the tomato bisque. It was so tasty and tasted like a delicous marinara. the next course was a mixed greens salad. I LOVED the balsamic dressing that was added to the mix. My main course was an 8 oz ribeye. The server informed me that they cook it sous vide which made it come out looking amazing on the inside.The garlic mash was so rich and creamy, I felt like I was tasting a cloud. The husband opted for the shrimp, mozzarella knots, and the salmon. He complimented the food quite frequently. Its safe to say he was enthralled with his meal. The only place for steak in worcester. Go here for the happy hour mon- fri 5-7. The hangar steak and mushrooms is the best 5 dollars you will ever spend. Its amazinggggg. From the dining room menu the filet wrapped in bacon is always delicous $30 (not as good as ruths chris but still tasty). You can't go wrong with anything on the dessert menu I'm a dessert addict and loveee the cheesecake, white chocolate mousse tulip, and profiteroles ($8). The waitstaff are also pleasant and they have a $5 martini menu. Make reservations if going friday or Saturday. read more

Restaurant week menu was good but we did a few up sells and buddy had Surf & Turf, and was amazing. Wish they actually used the right forks (salad verses dinner) though but very minor point but with a presentation like this everything counts. Came here for Worcester restaraunt week and ordered the off the Prix Fixe menu. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, which was very lightly fried shrimp with a sweet chili sauce. Really good light fry, golden brown and loved the spicy sweet chili sauce. I wasn't impressed with the tomato bisque, it was a more acidic sauce, rather than the creamy bique that I would expect. The Caesar salad was fresh and very good. The Braised Boneless Short Rib over a creamy parmesean roasted red pepper and baby spinach risotto with sour cream was good. I would have liked top see a little more risotto underneath the short rib. Still pretty good though. More of a 3.5 star, it was good but not great. read more

My husband and I made a reservation for 6:30 on a Thursday and were seated right away when we arrived. Mario was our server and greeted us promptly with waters and recommendations. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We started with the French onion arancini which were great. We had a later dinner here on 11/22/19 and I love this chophouse. I will do this review in sections so you can jump to what you want to read. Service and ambiance: This place is an old school style chophouse and this is the first thing I came to love about this place. The decor is a lot of wood, booths, small-tiled floor in the bar, with areas and rooms that make the place feel not so big. This old schoolness of this place is what I was hoping for and not some modern chophouse. The wait staff are wearing old school uniforms with jackets and I was loving it. Every server we encountered was a professional. Most of them were slightly older men (not college kids or 20-somethings) and they are very skilled at serving you. You will completely enjoy your visit and having skilled waiters adds to the old-school chophouse flare. Wine: They have an extensive and excellent wine selection. As a big plus, they have in bold the points and source of notable wines that make choosing a bottle easy. As an example, you may see "91 points, WS" behind a bottle to signify this was a Wine Spectator score. The menu/gluten-free menu: Yes, they have a large GF menu!!!! This makes picking food easy. Steak: I actually ended up getting the braised short rib and garlic mash potatoes subbed for the couscous. Delicious - the meat just fell apart and melted in my mouth. Our table shared the sides of butternut squash, steamed broccoli, and the creamed spinach. The Butternut squash was a standout and it had a flavor of honey in it but I was told that it doesn't contain honey. It was like a dessert in its sweetness. My husband had the veal, which he liked a lot. Two of the other diners in my group got steaks and one of them thought that her steak was overdone but she opted to keep it. (She did not tell our server.) Dessert: There were multiple GF options and I had the flourless chocolate cake. This was very rich and with two people sharing it, we could not finish it. Parking: They have there own parking lot that you access behind the block. There are parking attendants and valets for the restaurant so your car will be safe even if you park it yourself back there. read more

I absolutely love One Eleven Chop House, their food and service is almost always impeccable. I've gone to restaurant week here on multiple occasions and it never disappoints. The last three times I've gotten the bang bang shrimp because honestly I am obsession with the shrimp glaze and the slight crispy texture the shrimp has! The glaze is a honey glaze which is really good, so if you like your food on the sweeter side than highly recommended. But of course I got the steak and lobster, because for $30 that's a total steal! If you're gonna go to restaurant week, might as well go all out! The lobster dressing was amazing, hint of lime, super flavorful and paired with the lobster nicely. read more

We went for a special night out any wow was it special- not in a good way. Ordered appetizers and while eating them we noticed a mouse next to a nearby planter. We told the waiter about it who went to get a broom to scare it off. It went behind a curtain and sure enough came back out after a while looking for food. Needless to say we did. It finish our meal and in my eyes the meal should have been free. BUT no. We got to pay for everything except one appetizer got taken off. Poor judgement for a restaurant read more

Worcester is the in between place where we meet family from the eastern part of the state since we live in Western MA. One Eleven Chop House has become one of our usual places in Worcester. It surprises me that I have a usual place in Worcester. The ambiance is fairly typical for a steakhouse. It's a little darker, a little more stuffy feeling, but not in a bad way. The wait staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about both the food and wine menus. The wine menu is extensive. The food is consistently good. It's a Chop House so there are a lot of red meat choices. I've also had seafood there and chicken as well. As I said it is all consistently good. The part of the menu that could use a little more TLC is the dessert menu. The options that are there all sound good but I would say they are not worth the calories. I am going to guess there isn't a pastry chef in the back working on their desserts. If your heading to One Eleven Chop House go online and check out the menu including the prices. It's better to be forewarned that the restaurant is on the very expensive side. When you add in a pricey bottle of wine there can be a sticker shock when the bill comes. The only excuse for or being so busy is I guess it's the only game in town because the steak is over cooked and they tried to give me a cheaper wine from the brand I ordered and told me it's the same price... It's so well done ...and no I didn't want to be THAT customer and send a stupid 6 ounce steak back.... and then it's stupid little things like grill 23 when you give you butter it's in a little crock it's salted it's delicious butter...... this place gives you a little folded pads in the foil like you in a diner. My wife and I go to 111 Chop maybe 2, 3 times a year. A little pricey, but it's a shorter trip than Boston with the same vibe . The food, service and ambiance never disappoints. I have one comment although. This may sound a little stuff shirted, but we were seated in a 2 person booth close to the bar and the bench seat I sat on belonged in a diner not in a " high end" restaurant. The vinyl /leather had a large almost hole in it . Wondering weather a spring was going to pop through. Might be a bit picky, but if we're going to pay $200 + w/ tip, I think you could update benches when they are more than worn out. read more
