We arrived at 1245 to have lunch. Stood around and waited to be seated till 100pm. Off to a bad start. We got waters fast and then our waitress disappeared for 15 minutes. When she finally returned she took our order and it was almost 45 minutes waiting for our meals. Unacceptable to say the least. Restaurant was not crowded. I have eaten there 2 x before with good experiences. This waitress was not on her game. She was a ghost never came back to check on us while we ate. Before u say you should have said something. Nobody cared to ask if we needed anything we were invisible just like our waitress. For the food. I enjoyed my meal fried salmon bowl. My wife got salad and sandwich. Salad had several brown pieces in it and her grilled cheese was cold. I don't get it. We were returning customers,so we like it there. But this will end our affiliation with Table 12. Chose to turn right into table 12 last minute and we were pleasantly surprised on how great it was. We sat at the bar, the bartender was great! She was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled. We started with the buffalo rangoons that were delicious! Filled with lots of buffalo chicken. We also didn't realize the on Mondays they do BOGO for pizza. We got two pizzas, the godfather (my favorite of the two) and chicken ranchero. Great restaurant in the greater Worcester area! I stopped by last night with my friend and his brother and we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant has a large menu and also had specific weekend specials which was nice to see. We arrived around 6pm and found no wait so reservations are not necessary. We started with the Nachos which were huge and so yummy! For dinner the burger was fantastic as was the pizza and salad. For dessert we finished our experience with a sugar cookie martini which looked and tastes fantastic. Highly recommended you're in the area! read more

We asked for a table, told there weren't any available--but eventually moved to a room where TV's blared and other customers' large group party were very noisy (the tile floor didn't help). Food was blah, skimpy servings and overpriced. The Cobb salad ordered without bacon (vegetarian style) was missing it's one EXPENSIVE ingredient, ONE single, hardboiled, EGG--which was delivered on the side 15 minutes later. We made a reservation and were seated outside, then we proceeded to wait a good 30 minutes before anyone came over to us, then another 30 for drinks and even longer for apps than our entrees. This place is just not good. I can only guess that most of their customers don't know how to cook or prepare meals because the quality level of their food DOES NOT match what their ratings present. Pizza was soggy and doughy. Sauce on it had zero flavor and the pizza dough tasted like cardboard. The shrimp sriracha had no flavor of sriracha at all. Plus, the shrimp tasted old. Took two bites and left them. Cheap ingredients makes bad food. So, like another reviewer said, left this place annoyed at the money I spent because of the poor food quality. This used to be the best deal in town--they had a "happy hour" menu (yes, I know we can't call it that in Massachusetts) that was phenomenal. They raised the prices eventually, which was to be expected as inflation kept rising, but then they ditched that menu altogether and went to a set of "lunch specials" that aren't all that special (if you think $8.99 is a good deal for three bone-in chicken wings and some fries, you're kidding yourself). I used to be able to get a burger or a gyro for $6--and it would have been a bargain at $8 or even $10, and I'd have kept the drinks coming, but now those $5 cocktail specials are $14 and the $6 burger is $13.99. It's too bad, the T12 cosmo was excellent and now it's not even on the menu. I saw the writing on the wall--they stopped handing that menu out, and then started giving us dirty looks when we asked for it, and gave us even dirtier looks when we told people sitting near us about it. Figured it was a matter of time at that point, but the shift from even the slightly-more-expensive-but-still-a-great-deal Happy Hour menu to the sad collection that passes for "lunch specials" now was really jarring. I'll also echo what everyone else has said about the wait staff, they seem to be assigned to tables kinda randomly, and even sitting at the bar doesn't guarantee fast service. I'd love to give this place four stars, but I have an issue. The food is really solid. I've not had a bad meal here. My problem is how the wait staff works. They need a better system. They're EVERYWHERE! The restaurant has several sections over a long, narrow building and the servers seem to each have a couple of tables in each section including their outdoor patio! And the kitchen is on the far end from the bar area. They're practically running from one end of the restaurant to the other trying to keep up with service. It's not efficient, very chaotic, and they can't keep up. We waited 45 minutes on a slow night between when we got our appetizer to when we got our sandwich and pizza. My suggestion would be to give each server or two their own section. It looks like they have the help to do it. My husband and I went here for dinner last night. Overall it was ok--it was the loudest restaurant we've ever been to (not blaming anyone for this, it's just not our scene!). The waitress did the bare minimum and was always in a rush. My husband ordered spinach as a side and received broccoli (not a huge deal not even worth sending back) I ordered linguini and got angel hair (again not a big deal we just ate it anyway). She came back after giving us drinks to restate our order and we said it correctly, and it still came out wrong--just small details not worth trying to track her down again to get swaps. Just showed the lack of attention to detail! It took about 20 mins just for her to come back after giving us waters to take our initial order. It was a busy Friday night, we get it! The party next to us spent the evening drunkenly (and obnoxiously) yelling to each other. Again, not blaming anyone for this--just not my vibe! The Mediterranean tasting plate was amazing, the Buffalo Rangoons were great, the chicken piccata was pretty good, and steak tips were good! The Mediterranean sampler was good. The feta slice was covered in oil. The tzatziki dip was good. The baked haddock Athenian was beyond bland. We also got the Buffalo chicken Rangoon's and they were one of the best appetizers I've ever had This was our first visit here and we were surprised at how huge and busy this place is! We discovered when we arrived that it is recommended to make a reservation. We were very lucky to be seated right away I can see a lot of people in reviews say the service is slow but we didn't experience that. Ordered takeout from Table Twelve. When we got home and opened the boxes, I saw that my chicken cordon Bleu was horribly burnt. It was a hard black log of dry chicken. The outside was completely hard, like tree bark. It should have been obvious that this meal should not have been served to guests. My meal was inedible, so I ate some of my daughter's chicken tenders since she did not want them. They were OK. A bit on the dry side, but edible. My husband had the gyro and said it was OK. I reached out to the restaurant through their "contact us" form on the website but did not receive a response. The chicken was $18.99. The restaurant itself looks beautiful with lights all around outside and some cool looking igloos, but I would not recommend it. Very disappointed in the take-out experience. read more

We had Luke as a waiter..it was his 1st day and he was FANTASTIC! The atmosphere is casual with a great vibe! We loved the choice of music! We had the clam chowder and the French onion soup both were very good. We moved on to Ribeye & steak tips. I had the ribeye cooked perfectly with broccoli w/cheese sauce and rice pilaf..delicious! My husband with the steak tips wasn't as lucky..it was simply the cut....we pointed it out and they offered to replace them but we opted to take it off the tab and took the pistachio cake to go..which the only complaint was it wasn't big enough! The renovation looks great. Nice big bar with an upbeat atmosphere. Potato skin app was delicious and you could tell they were homemade. However the main entrees were not up to the quality we expected for the price. The amount of salt and garlic in my Salmon Santorini was way overboard. They also forget the feta on the dish which it said on the menu should have had it... but in hindsight I'm glad it didnt because, well, salt. My husbands chicken scampi was too watery for his liking and not very flavorful. For what we paid, we expected fresher ingredients and more skillful chefs. Seems like a burger or salad here is the way to go. The burgers coming out looked great. Went there 6/20/23 around 6:30 to check it out with my wife and have a drink. There were about 15 or so people seated at tables near the bar. 4 people at the bar. Walked in and we sat at the bar. Bartender glanced at us and walked away and fidgeted with something, walked around to the other side of the bar fidgeted with some other innocuous piece of equipment. There is a serious problem in the back of house here. Food takes forever to come out and when it does it's cold. The cheese on my chili was already congealed again. The corn chips were so tiny they were useless. My burger was cold and clearly prior frozen. The fries smelled foul in some way and I couldn't eat them.
