Their amazing COVID protocol has me wishing they ran every business in Ohio - the high level of care doesn't drop either. I will always be a client mama. We sadly lost one of our fur babies a week ago and the continuation of his fabulous care and the compassion towards our entire family during his passing and after is something of a level I have never experienced; these folks are amazing. All of my fur babies will be seen here and in my opinion there is no other vet that could touch paws with them. We picked our beloved Bucky up tonight and the thoughtful package design for cremation services between The Animal Clinic and Western Farms is something so comforting and beautiful to me. Took my 10 week old kitten into their urgent care this afternoon…read more She's been so full of snot and sneezing non stop. She's been on antibiotics. But, was still suffering. We were seen the minute we walked in. I gave them her history while the tech went over my Tonks. Literally within 30 minutes, we were on our way home. She's on another dose of antibiotics. I love the fact that everything and I mean everything was handled in a private exam room. From paperwork, to payment. It kept my tiny calm. The doctor was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and the wntire place was wicked clean. We will definitely be back. Even with urgent care prices, it wasn't that expensive. Thanks for caring for my girl!

My poor dog was visibly shaking, and they were so sweet offering treats (which he was too scared to eat), stroking him and just loving him up. I got solid care for my new dog, reasonably priced heartworm and flea medication, and good advice on future trainers. Now, I know we all hate going to the vet - and I am no exception because they are so expensive - but I watched this vet function with four assistants - so think of his overhead. And I understand that this vet is one of the less expensive vets in the area. The other remarkable thing was that as I was waiting our turn, I listened to the assistants calling patient's owners. One call went like this: "Hi, I'm calling from Willow Run Vet Clinic. The last time your brought in Fluffy, he wasn't using his box. How is that problem going for you now?' Another call was about a very sick dog and obviously a painful decision to put the dog down. Before the assistant scheduled an appointment, she arranged a time for the doctor to call and talk to them later in the evening. I want this vet for my new buddy - and I suspect you do too.

Worst vet ever. Let me start by saying that my family used Dr. Novak for years. Fast forward to…read morewhen these two vets took over. I had a high energy dog and they were terrified of her. She was upset after coming out of anesthesia and offered her no comfort and did not call us to report her distress. When my husband showed up, they refused to help him retrieve her because they did not know how to handle her. We also told them that she get nervous when you try to touch her head. First thing they did? Try to touch her head. One of my other dogs developed bladder cancer. They offered no comfort care or any suggestions for treatment. They just said to euthanized her. When we decided to euthanize her, they offered no comfort. They left the room after injecting her. and she had a seizure. when I mention it, they said I should have called for them, but I didn't want to leave my dying dog. Fast forward 4 years after switching vets, her brother has the same diagnosis and same staging, and he is thriving on medication. Also, after being a customer for years, when my dog was dehydrated, they refused to treat him. Don't eve trust them with your pet's health. They are incompetent.
