Everybody there was clearly a regular. I've gone to places before as a new customer and felt less important than the regulars ... I felt just as special as everybody else there so that was really very lovely. She took her time picking out a color with me and doing my nails. I get the same thing every time I get my nails done. Same color, same amount of coats, and same length; I have NEVER had a whole nail pop off or chip this badly one day after getting them done. It was also extremely uncleanly. I didn't see them sanitize a cuticle cuter or nail clipper before passing them from one customer to the next once. They also asked me to pay AND TIP before I even got the service done. I have never had a place ask me to tip them, let alone before the service was even completed before. Tipping is a complementary touch, which I always do. I paid $35 (plus the tip they asked me for upfront) for a manicure I will now have to redo myself one day after getting them done. Don't waste your time or money.

When I started getting my nails done, they were always short and so brittle that they would never grow, and my cuticles were terrible. As I got bored with the single color, I asked for an ombre at a random chop shop one day, which was a BIG mistake. Please see the first two pictures. I thought to myself that I might not be able to find someone to do nail designs until I saw my best friend's nails and was introduced to Miki. After going to Miki, my nails became so strong and long, and people are always surprised when I tell them they are my natural nails, with no extensions or anything over them. Miki brought all my nail design visions to life. My question wasn't if she could do it but which five nail designs I wanted to pick that day. She did my nails for my engagement, bridal, wedding, and baby shower, and I would not trust anyone else to do it for all my special occasions.
