Great place! Lovely atmosphere and quick service! The food is delicious! The gyoza is nice and crispy and comes with a yummy dipping sauce. The ramen is fantastic. A bowl is very filling. I really recommend trying the one that has fried chicken in it. I also add in some minced garlic and it's amazing.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday around noon and we were able to get a table right away. Casual place with a decent amount of seating. Service was friendly and fast. I decided to try the soft shell crab bao buns, as well as three kinds of Tamaki: Tsunami - salmon, tuna, avocado, mango, spring mix Dancing Eel - avocado, cucumber, eel and masago Salmon Tar Tar - salmon, avocado, mango, cucumber, masago Everything was very good! I thought the price point was fair and enjoyed being able to try a variety of items. They also have ramen, noodle and rice dishes. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

Not a traditional Easter dinner, but we were really happy! The restaurant looked closed, so we were really happy to find that they were open! We were greeted and seated right away! We chose Pork Chashu buns and takoyaki to split as appetizers. Both were excellent choices! The buns were so pillowy and soft, and the tender pork and sauce perfection! The takoyaki also were also soft and delicious, as well as piping hot! It was a beautiful dish. My daughter said the broth in her black garlic ramen was so savory and the dish was just an umami bomb! She was satisfied and happy! I got a tuna and salmon salad and it was light and fresh. I had really wanted some sushi flavors without all the rice, and this checked the box for me! This place is dangerously close to my house! We plan to eat here often! Not only was the food awesome, but the service as well. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress because she was a gem! Excellent and friendly service!

We are visiting Salt Lake to ski and have been craving ramen. We saw this place had good reviews and decided to give it a try! We came at 5pm on a Friday night and they weren't busy. Service was good, we were seated promptly and didn't have to wait long for our food. They have some great combo deals that are really affordable--I got a 3-piece gyoza and ramen combo for $17! The gyoza were perfectly fried on the bottoms. I went with the spicy tonkotsu for my ramen choice which was really good! I enjoyed the spicy broth, it had a nice kick but wasn't too spicy to eat. Not overly salty like other reviews mentioned. Generous servings of noodles, pork, and toppings. I even had some left over that I took togo! Not the best ramen I've had which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars, but it was still a solid experience!

Delicious noodles. Cute murals. Good service. What more do we need on a lazy weeknight! The udon are better than the yakisoba though. Would come back!!

My partner and I chose a new ramen place to check out! The restaurant had upbeat music and was very well lit with a lot of windows, always an added bonus. We were greeted right away, seated and given two menus. One for regular pricing and their specials, which honestly had deals you couldn't pas. I'm not sure if it was because it was Memorial Day, but we were the only table in the restaurant for the first 30 minutes. A plus for me, as it meant no wait! I ordered the deal "Gyoza + Any Ramen for $16" and my partner ordered the same. My ramen choice was the Spicy Tonkotsu. The dish had decent flavor, although it tasted as if it were missing something and the noodles were a tad overdone. I was not asked what meat I wanted, however was satisfied with what the server brought. Our Gyoza came out within 5 minutes and the ramen shortly after. They nailed it with quick service! Although I would have preferred to enjoy my appetizer before being served my dish right away. Overall, the presentation was enjoyable and ultimately, I would go back to try again.

Stopped in for a family dinner and we all left very happy! Fast casual but high-quality food. Clean, fun restaurant and the service is friendly and prompt. Food comes out quickly. The teriyaki chicken plate and the yakisoba were solid and delicious. The tonkotsu ramen was good but I felt the broth lacked that last dimension of flavor and it wasn't my favorite place to get ramen. I'll order something else when I come again. The prices are a little high for a casual restaurant but I think every restaurant has raised prices so I get it. I am glad for a good Asian option south of Fort Union and glad to have tried ONE. Will be happy to try their new location in Holladay as well.

We were excited to visit One Noodle Bar in Sandy. Unfortunately, the Roman was just OK.

Ambiance: Very friendly atmosphere, nothing fancy but a great place to go with friends. Very casual but not very big so if you're trying to go with a big group of people I would call ahead to just make sure you can get seating. Service was great that food came out very fast and it was warm. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. Food: The gyoza was very good and the saucy was link a tangy soy sauce and it was super good for sure a great little snack before dinner. The duck boa bun was super good an the bun was so soft and fluffy I wish it came with more than two but it was hundred percent worth getting. Finally the ramen was good I would not say the best I ever had but for Utah it was pretty good the noodles tasted pretty good and the broth had lots a flavor too it; I tried the tonkatsu.

One noodle bar is fantastic! They did a great job on their Instagram marketing because my husband would send me pictures almost daily until we finally went. The food tastes as good as it looks The beef yakiudon was packed with rich flavor. Ramen cooked perfectly with a beautiful soft boiled egg. The buns were soft and fresh.

5 star does excite great expectations from this ramen shop and it was okay. The crispy rice tuna was super nicely presented but hard to find the tuna bits while overwhelmed with quite big block of rice. My miso broth was extremely salty, I seriously considered to dilute it with some hot water. And thinking if it's chicken katsu it would be better than karaage since the latter is a bit on the dry side.

Very clean and the servers were very attentive! The tamaki tasted fresh, we got the salmon tar tar and spicy tuna. We enjoyed the tonkutsu garlic, it was flavorful but didn't feel too rich which was a plus. I probably wouldn't get the spicy miso wonton again, the broth and wontons were just okay.

For $17 we got the bun & noodle combo, what a steal! The food was yummy and staff was soo friendly. Sad to see it was empty on a Friday night, I hope they get more customers soon.

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and explaining the menu with patience. The food was mostly excellent. The limited-time Dragon Ball Z ramen was outstanding and one of the best dishes we tried. The JINYA ramen had a flavorful base but could have used a bit more seasoning. Thankfully, the table seasonings made it easy to adjust to our taste. The gyoza were delicious, and the fried chicken portion was surprisingly generous. The takoyaki had great flavor and was among the best we've had in Utah, although we would have liked a little more octopus and slightly less batter. The strawberry and mango lemonades were refreshing but didn't have much fruit flavor, so they were the weakest part of the meal. Prices felt fair for the quality and generous portions we received. Overall, this is a place we would happily visit again and would recommend to anyone looking for good ramen, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I love that they have lunch specials throughout the week and a brunch special for the weekends. Not many places do specials on the weekends besides happy hours. I chose the tokyo yotai classic and it was such a fun idea to Collab with Demon slayer for those cute spoons! The broth was very rich and flavorful, and I really enjoyed all the toppings and the entire Ramen as a whole. It definitely hit the spot! Service is amazing, the place is clean, and the food is great! I love the variety of the menu and I definitely want to come back and try the spicy tuna crispy rice, the Matcha lemonade, and maybe a rice bowl!

The food also comes out pretty quickly, which is always a plus. There were a couple of frustrations with this visit, though. They had flyers on the tables advertising their new Dino Ramen, and the flyer stated that you could get free ice cream with any Dino Ramen OR any other bowl of ramen. When we went to get the free ice cream, we were told the offer was only valid with the Dino Ramen and that the "any bowl of ramen" offer was only available at their other location. That was pretty confusing considering the flyer was sitting right on our table at this location. If the promotion is different depending on the location, they really need to make that clear on the flyer or not have those flyers out. Service was okay. The food came out quickly, but there wasn't much checking in afterward. We had to go out of our way to ask for things like refills or anything else we needed. Despite those issues, I really enjoy the ramen here, especially the Spicy Tonkotsu and hand pulled noodles, so I'll keep coming back. I just hope they improve the communication around their promotions and become a little more attentive with service.

The service was great and we only waited about 10 minutes for a party of two during a Saturday dinner rush. The gyoza appetizer was delicious. I asked the waitress if it was made fresh in house and she said yes. I could tell right away when they came out that they were, in fact, homemade gyoza. They had the perfect amount of pork filling and the outside was soft and doughy. The dipping sauce added a much desired flavor for the filling. I loved that they added cabbage, carrot, and green onion on the top. The Miyazaki roll was truly delicious. It had the perfect amount of spice, topped with generous wagyu, and filled with the perfect crispy shrimp. The jalapeño aioli was so creamy and delicious. The sable silk roll was also a flavor combination I've never experienced before. Had the perfect amount of heat and sweetness. I loved the chili oil on top as well as the fish. It was melt in your mouth. The unagi was seared to perfection and was also so soft. The snow crab inside was delicious as well. All the flavors worked together and their sushi was truly some of the most flavorful I've ever had in Utah. Miyazaki truly has incredible quality fish that they use for their sushi. The Wagyu medallions were out of this world. Cooked to perfection and seasoned exactly how you would like. There was so much flavor in this dish. I truly cannot wait to come back soon. It is not convenient for the customer and actually takes longer to order because you cannot see the entire menu at once. Luckily; since it is Ramen, the food arrives quite quickly. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen which was a bit expensive for Ramen and I had to pay extra to add corn. The ramen itself was good, not amazing. The egg was whole not cut in half, but still cooked right. The plaza is small and not a great amount of parking, but I came at a good time. Once you enter, it is quite dark in the front of the restaurant, since they put a cover/wallpaper over the front windows. Likely because of the summer sun in the evenings. Service was excellent, very friendly associate who helped me, big smiles and very attentive, making sure my water glass was full. That is important to me... :-) The gyoza; well, you can't really mess those up. The dessert was really good with the green tea ice cream strips on top of the sponge cookie, whipped cream on the outside. Very good, light and unique! This place is worth a second trip.... if I bring my reading glasses to read the tiny print from their menu in my phone.
