They submitted an estimate to my insurance company, but when the adjuster requested a formal quote, Zenith was unable to provide one. As a result, my claim was denied. After seeking legal counsel, my claim was finally approved in 2026. Unfortunately, legal fees consumed a significant portion of the funds, leaving me unable to move forward with Zenith due to cost. I reached out to request a simple letter confirming that they would no longer be the contractor so I could proceed with another company within my budget. At that point, I encountered serious issues with a representative named Ehis. He delayed responding to me after promising a callback and then spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. During multiple conversations, he raised his voice, made dismissive statements such as "I run this business and everything goes through me," and incorrectly claimed that the insurance funds belonged to Zenith simply because they provided a free estimate. We scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, May 25 to formally terminate the relationship. However, on May 23, after I left an honest review about my experience, he called me at 9:30 a.m. and again spoke disrespectfully, stating I had no right to leave a negative review. He told me to meet him at the office after 12:00 p.m., but when I arrived at approximately 1:30 p.m., the office was closed with no one present. When I called again, he stated he had already left for another client and instructed me to email my personal documents instead--then hung up the phone. I had three witnesses with me who overheard these interactions. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected basic courtesy and clear communication, especially given the circumstances surrounding my claim. Instead, I was met with hostility, lack of accountability, and poor follow-through. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution and considering a more reputable and professional company

My mom and aunt are ok, and her home is mostly destroyed by the fire. My mom is 77 and is a retired senior. And im sure this terrible company was excited to get the call so they can prey on helpless people like my mom. ZDCP misrepresented themselves and my vulnerable mom believed them. They told her we work with State Farm. No, like anyone else, all you do is submit your inflated invoices to them. We told them specifically the only thing they are allowed to do was to board up the garage. They never told me their price. Had they told me the price, I would have told them to leave immediately! A month later, we get this ludicrous invoice stating we owe $3850 for boarding up the garage. And are currently threatening, they will file a lien on her home. I'm speaking to a lawyer now. And this 1 star review will be posted on every social media review website. google, yelp, Angi, wheree, birdeye, yahoo local, Mapquest, And any other local review website I can find. I will not take it down for a reduced invoice. I know how scummy companies like yours operates. Once you receive too many negative complaints you'll just pack up this LLC, and start a company in a new DBA/LLC. I've also contact Amy Davis for KPRC Investigative Reporter/ consumer advocate for her assistant. I hope she does a scam piece on TV, to prevent others from falling prey to companies like yours. And I'll be contacting BBB for assistance as well.

Sometimes installing windows can be a pane, but Houston Window Experts makes it easier than…read moreexpected. I used them twice for different houses, so that alone is a testament of my good experience with this company. On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

Stopped on a Thursday morning and the drop off wait system is confusing. There are apparently 2 lines, one for the dump waste and one for recycling. But you can't tell where one starts or ends. Drove in and was a bit confused about the process. 2 men standing outside, neither acknowledge me. I get out of the car and a young lady comes out of the building and asks to help me. I explain to her what I'm dropping off and she asks me if it works. I say yes. I said it has these burn marks on the inside (one of the caveats of this Cuisinart model was that it's difficult to remove heat or grease marks - main complaint from most consumers and there are no replacement parts) She tells me to back in and take it out of the car. As I open the trunk, the guy finally acknowledges me and asks the lady if it works. She tells him what I said. And he yells, we aren't going to take it bc it's dirty. I respond "it's not dirty, there are burn marks that you can't remove, let me show you. " He says, "we don't recycle dirty equipment". I look at the dirty washing machine he is fixing and said fine and walk off. The young lady apologizes repeatedly and suggest I give it to one of the guys waiting in the long line for the dump side. I ended up going to the Westpark location where the employees are nice and polite. Maybe he was having a bad day or deals with crap people but I didn't do anything deserve to be treated so rudely. Nevertheless, I will stick to Westpark.
