Only gave one star because I couldn't give nothing. I have never eaten Poke with so little given to me. I ordered online and my sister picked up my order. The large with 4 scoops. All 4 scoops equaled to 1 scoop. My sister ask for extra onions like i ordered and the woman got mad. She didn't even add any crab salad like I ordered. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service was horrible. I made an online order and went and picked it up. I then asked for extra sauces on the side and ended up getting into an argument with the owners because they were so stingy. The wife kept yelling at me to try and get me to shut up so other customers wouldn't hear. I ordered 4 bowls and realized that some of them were missing stuff. They told me the reason why is because they don't have enough items to give everybody. My question is why open a restaurant if you don't have enough to serve everyone properly? The medium one on the left is smaller than the small one on the right. Every bowl was half filled. I chose this place instead of driving to Orange County where I usually go. Terrible and rude service. Poor quality ingredients. Small portions. No flavor. I have no idea how this place is so highly reviewed especially when there are better poke places right down the street. I placed an order for pick up at 12:05 and when I arrived at 12:15 it wasn't ready. I waited in the order pick up line to ask if I was in the right place for pick up and she cut me off and pointed to the line without saying a word. I got in line and waited with the 10 people in front of me. As I waited I saw someone come out from the kitchen. I tried to get her attention and she said no and pointed me back to the original lady who was rude at first. The OG lady pointed to the line again without a word. When I finally got to the counter they said they don't make orders in advanced and instead they wait until you get there. Not sure why they advertise skipping the line by ordering online then. ANYWAY They also said I needed to wait in the pick up line. I told them I was in the pick up line originally and was told to go to the main line by the other person. They were like oh well sorry it'll be five mins and proceeded to try to convince why waiting is better. Just don't go here. Ever. read more

If cleanliness is important to you, especially in the age of covid, skip this place. When we walked up, the server was on his phone. He put his phone down, didn't put on gloves and proceeded to get his hands and fingers inside the to-go containers and mixing bowls, all the while adjusting his mask at his nose with his bare hands. He added lettuce into my bowl and the tongs that he touched with bare hands were laid back into the big salad bowl, so they touched all of the lettuce. I then nicely asked if he had gloves he could wear and he got pissed, saying that his hands aren't touching the food. I told him that I would skip my bowl but my son still wanted his bowl (my son is 16, he can decide whether he wants a bowl made with questionable cleanliness). The server refused to make my son's bowl so we left. I have no regrets skipping this place - if he thinks it's completely ok to touch his phone (studies show cell phones carry 10x the bacteria of toilet seats), touch his nose and mask repeatedly, and put his hands in the customers' bowls and touch all of the utensils, all in front of the customers, I can't imagine what they're doing outside the customers' view. We instead went to a Poke place 5 minutes away and it was excellent - the server wore gloves and was super friendly. read more

I've been coming to this establishment for 5 years. I Bought two small poke bowls. Two scoops each. One salmon/spicy tuna. The other spicy tuna/regular tuna. Upon checking out I was informed that I was being charged extra (as in 3 scoops) for the tuna because according to the owner the tuna has gotten expensive. Mind you I was not informed about this charge up prior from ordering and there are no signs in the establishment about no extra charge up on tuna specifically. This upsets me very much. I really enjoyed coming to this place to order my poke bowls. It's local and near my home. But after this terrible customer service experience I will no longer be bringing my business here. read more

First of all - what you get for what you pay is ridiculous. The 2 scoops for $10 is not 2 scoops at all. More like 2 table spoons worth. And everything was flavorless. I got nervous watching the guy mix the fish with 3 different sauces because I thought "Wow, this is going to be too much." But it just tasted like fish. I'm wondering if those sauces were just water with food coloring because it truly didn't taste like anything. I will not be coming back. **UPDATE** The owner reached out and was very kind. We dropped in for lunch on a Friday. One Pike is a very small/narrow shop. The owner was a little pushy/not sincere when trying to help us out. For example he didn't give an option (as it's on their menu) of lettuce, rice or half/half. He just asked white or brown rice. When I asked for half rice and half lettuce, it ended up being 2/3 rice and 1/3 lettuce. The only options for sauces was a creamy sauce where they had random names with chili pepper signs next to it to indicate how spicy it was. At other poke places, you get lighter options for sauces/dressings like ponzu or some type of citrus. The food quality and price was fine, but what really won't bring me back is the customer service. The owner ended up ringing me up and left me with the signature pad pay and didn't thank me or give me my receipt. Consistency would have been nice because the several other people he rung up before me were thanked for their patronage and I saw him hand them their receipt. read more

I had called my sis to ask why it was taking so long to pick up the food and she told me they're still not ready. I placed an order over an hour and half before my sister got to this spot and it still wasn't ready? On top of that, when we got our poke, the bowls BARELY had any fish in them. It was all rice. Granted, the flavor was there, but I didn't order a bowl of rice and sauce. It might as well have been a bowl of rice. I paid $17 for a small ass bowl full of rice and sides. I ordered half rice and half spring mix. I ended up with all rice and 3 leaves. They really scammed me with pictures. Their Yelp shows bowls with even ratios of fish, rice, and sides and is the reason I chose get food here. But after today's bafoonery, I will not be coming back here. read more

This a 3 scoop bowl. I was only in the store for 15 minutes. The lady was arguing with me and then said to go to the next poke location near by. I honestly didn't say much but may I get some more meet, because the portion was honestly not ok. Then the man in back had to come and tell the lady to calm down, then kept explaining how she is In a bad mood due to the previous customer. (Story didn't make sense) This is a bowl made by the second worker, the lady had made me a wayy smaller plate. I'm not ever the one to post on this app, speaking down on a business. But as of today, In my opinion this is the worst poke spot. I'll rather make the trip to poke me, and i live nearby so I used to be a regular, but stopped because the lady was always in a mood to give someone a hard time. Please notice my plate. This place was a huge letdown. I stopped here for lunch on my way to catch a flight at lax. I got the large size, which comes with 4 scoops of protein for $12. They had plenty of options to choose from, around 10 proteins in total. I opted to get half white rice and half salad as my mix. The salad was like toy would get out of a bag at the market, and was mostly iceberg which did not go at all with the poke. I got what the guy claimed was ponzu to top my fish and rice and it had zero flavor. They had about 5 "sauces" you could choose from. I say "sauces" because two of them were sriracha...that's not a sauce, it's a condiment. They also had a jalapeño sauce, spicy mayo, and a sweet sauce. None appealed to me and none of them sounded like they would go well with the poke. I got a bunch of toppings and they were fine but unremarkable. While I was eating, I found two ice cubes in my food. They probably fell in when the guy was grabbing ingredients but it was kind of off putting. Overall, this was the most flavorless poke I've ever had and the place only gets 2 stars because the fish was fresh. I would definitely skip this place. read more

The fish slices are way too tiny and had to pay extra for 4 scoops that didn't even really fill the bowl much. I placed an order online for 2 large poke bowls and got what only looked like 1 scoop of ahi tuna on both which is supposed to be 4. The Ahi Tuna was also not fresh. Our order was practically all rice. They also didn't include both sauces ordered nor did they add the furikake and sesame seeds. How can you forget the best part? Poke places are becoming cheap with their poke lately and it's really sad. Don't open a Poke restaurant if you're not going to sell quality, especially for $15 bowls.
