On a low carb diet and decided to walk on Main Street to try and grab some protein. Stumbled across this restaurant, thinking it would be easy to grab a grilled chicken breast. Well...was rudely greeted by an Asian woman ill-equipped to handle a moderate (2 cars in the drive-thru) and me at the counter lunch hour rush. I asked for a grilled chicken breast and the woman charged me for a combination that included rice and a salad despite me asking for a literal grilled chicken breast. Then when I asked why she didn't simple charge me for a chicken sandwich w/o the bun, she rambled on about teriyaki, and suggested there was no Ala carte way to order and simply be charged for a chicken breast. I then asked her given that this was my first time here, how would she have liked me to other a simple grilled chicken breast. She then tried to give me a refund against my will, never asked for a refund. Ended up leaving 20 minutes later with no food, with the cashier demanding me to pay her after she took it upon herself to refund my meal. Then had the racist audacity to say "you just wanted a free meal." So I suppose the moral of the story is, you can't order anything Ala carte, nor get assistance in what you should order if you're a first timer. read more

I love this place honestly. They catered for a party I threw with rice chicken and salad for a party I was having and it was a hit. I love their spicy chicken and chicken katsu. It is also really affordable as well for the amount that you get. I have yet to try their burgers and fries, however their egg rolls and dumplings are too good that I always get them. I woke up this morning and craved a mushroom burger. I also wanted to try it somewhere I've never been to. And then I remember I love Teriyaki having it (even if they are primarily a teriyaki joint) so off I went on this here lunch run! I read they had a drive thru, and with no intentions of eating in, I took that option. It's probably the only drive thru I know that doesn't have a 2-way microphone placed in the menu, so I drove straight to a window. It felt a bit awkward because nobody opened it for a few seconds. But when it did, putting in my (one) order was easy. Took a few minutes, then I was outta there. The burger was cooked to order. Veggies were fresh. The only snag here is the mushrooms didn't really come through - primarily because there wasn't enough. I barely tasted it. But the burger itself was overall delicious. FOOD: 3. Mushroom burger didn't have enough mushrooms but still good. SERVICE: N/A - I went through the drive thru, so there was little interaction. VALUE: 4. 5 and change for the sandwich. Not too too bad.
