The layout also made the process very smooth with washers in the middle rows and dryers surrounding the perimeter alongside tabletops to fold your clothes and/or other items. All machines had a tap to pay option if Apple Pay is needed. However, it is stated that a $20 hold will be placed on your card IF using debit or Apple Pay so be mindful of that! Next time I'll make sure to get a physical laundromat card and load it with credits to avoid that fee (it does get reimbursed however I'd like to avoid any unnecessary fees if possible lol). The overall price for the usage of two washing machines and one large dryer came out to $25 after the refund of the holding fee. $10 for each wash and $4.25ish for a dryer. Parking can be a little tight especially on the weekends. I came on a Friday afternoon and spots filled up quick.

A unique thing about this spot is you need to buy a laundry card to use the machines. You can use cash or credit/debit cards to buy it from the machines up front. Love how huge the washing machines are too. Everyone's nice, even if you don't speak Spanish, you can figure it out! They also offer wash and fold services. Even on the website you can get your clothes picked up and delivered clean! Definitely will come back here otra vez. Only street parking is available.

Today while waiting at Spincycle for one of the 3 larger machines, I just decided to get back in my car and drove to TubTown. I was actually pretty excited because I'd read the reviews prior to coming today. When I first pulled up, there was constant shouting. I got out of my car - it's coming from some Evangelical preacher or something across the street who has a bullhorn. Annoying af and it's been going on now for like an hour. But not the laundromat's fault. Now for my actual laundromat experience: There were about ten people here on a Wednesday around noon - not crazy busy and there an ample amount of machines available. Machines smelled clean and the floor is a little run down but not in a way that makes you feel gross. The worker here mopped the floor while I was there, which I appreciate. Average laundry prices - a bit pricey but it's worth it for the machine availability. Spincycle machine for $11 can accommodate more than the $11 machine here (warm water), but you always have to wait for that big one at spin cycle. It was my first time here and getting my wash started was a bit frustrating. I asked the worker and he told me I could buy a card for $2.50 and load it or download the app for now fee. I downloaded the app and spent way too long trying to unsuccessfully connect it. I finally asked the worker for assistance and he tried multiple times but couldn't get it to work either and said maybe it's my phone. I've never had issues with my phone before but what could I really do at this point other than buy a card? So I bought a card - $2.50 for the card plus a THREE DOLLAR FEE to load the card using your credit card!!! I opted for the $100 loading option in order to get a $20 bonus, so after paying the $105.50, I had a balance of $117 to use on my card. I can't believe every time I reload by card it will be an extra $3 fee! Once I finally started my wash with the card, I was wondering when I would be told to "add bleach" as the machine indicates you should add it when it displays. I asked the worker how long into the cycle it normally takes before you are instructed to add the bleach. He seemed like he was a little annoyed but trying hard to hide it and be nice - which I personally think is still good customer service lol because you can't really help feeling annoyed but you're making an effort to hide it. Anyway, he was like "you can add the bleach before you start the machine" and I was like "well why does it say wait to add the bleach until it displays"? Anyway, we walked back over to the machine I was using and the machine was now displaying the message "add bleach" - about 3 minutes into the wash cycle, if anyone is wondering. 4 stars for facilities/machines/cleanliness. 1 star for app not working and laundry card fees - & that's a pretty big deal for me. So I'll give an avg based on that, but it would be more a 3.75 for me

This place has a size washer and dryer to meet your dirty laundry needs. I washed my comforters here. BB's accepts cash and has a change machine OR you can use credit card. Free WiFi, TV, parking and conveniently located next to Neighbors Donuts and Chefs if you get hungry. Staff was helpful as well. They informed me that I can drop off my laundry for them to wash and fold if in a pinch (obviously for a price). I'm going to take them up on it next time.

I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.
