It's a simple thing, change the oil, and have happy customers forever. The owner/manager hasn't figured that out, he saw my wife had pulled into the wrong bay, and while she backed up to move to the other bay, a truck cut her off rudely, and took her spot. The guys in the truck thought they were slick and walked away, when I pointed out to the owner that my wife was 1st and the truck cut her off. He rudely turned around and denied it ever happened, even though he saw everything. This isn't the first time this guy has acted this way, my daughter complained he was rude to her as well. I will never take my money to a business that treats customers that way. Maybe he has a problem with female customers? IDK, maybe just coincidence? You be the judge, or take my advice and don't go there. read more

If you want your car to leak oil out of the drain plug then bring it here, otherwise I suggest doing it yourself or taking it somewhere more professional. The car had a rubber drain plug washer from the factory, and they ended up using a metal one which caused it to leak out the drain plug. The undercarriage cover was also missing a screw when I jacked it up to change the oil myself. These workers obviously don't care what happens to others vehicles if it isn't their own. They also use the cheapest oil filters. Not worth $90 at all, don't bother bringing your vehicle here for an oil change if you care for it. read more

I have been taking 2 older vehicles here for a long time. I showed up and they told me they would no longer service my vehicle because it's over 20 years old. I have sent a lot of business there over the years because their prices were reasonable and they were rarely busy. The rep. told me it was the owners decision..and then said, "dude, your car's 20 years old," in a pretty rude tone. I took my business to a competitor and was treated with dignity, and professionally. They also didn't fully tighten my oil filter on a previous visit. I noticed the puddle before we drove it for 2 hrs luckily. I was letting that slide because everyone makes mistakes, but I'm posting now because that in combination with the new policy has me warning people away from this place. read more

Don't ignore these reviews! I checked my oil a week after I had it serviced and it was less than half full. I called and told them what I found and they told me that my car was known to burn oil very rapidly. After 7 days? It's a 2019 vehicle. I didn't buy into that lie. I then remembered when I took my car a few months ago to the dealership and had an oil change and tire rotation and they told me my oil was very low. Service is poor definitely not worth the free car wash!! On October 16,2024 I had an oil changed done, one week later my engine light came on, diagnostic test showed possible oil contamination or that solenoid may need to be replaced, upon changing the solenoid found that the oil was very dark and dirty meaning either contaminated oil was used or the oil was never changed either way replacing the solenoid which became faulty from filthy oil is not cool, it cost me money!!! On November 4th I took my car back to have fresh oil put in my car which I'm not sure they did because I literally turned my back for a few minutes and they said they were done, I never saw them do anything, Do Not use their service and risk having costly car repairs!!!! read more

I've been bringing my car here for my oil change for the past couple years. I bring my car in for a routine oil change and they say that they can't change the oil filter cause it's on too tight and they said whoever serviced it last, overtightened the filter and now it won't come off. Funny thing is, I said I brought it to their shop last time, and they looked up their records and they said they did perform the oil change last time but they told me not to worry because they changed the oil but did not charge me for the oil filter because they could not remove it. Then I come back a couple months later for another oil change and they said that they can't remove the oil cap because it's stripped and they even tried using an impact gun and it won't come off. They were the only ones that touched my car so they're responsible since they over tightened the cap, but instead they gave me a flyer to a nearby shop and said I have to take it to them to replace the oil cap housing. Extremely horrible service and I'm disappointed because I've been giving them business for years and they didn't seem to want to help me out at all. Needless to say, stay away from this shop because if they mess your car up, they will not take responsibility. read more

Had my oil changed here earlier this week. Upon arriving I noticed the 2 garage bays were clean. One of the techs was just sweeping as well. After checking in they quickly pulled my truck in. They have a waiting area that has windows so you could watch every step of the work. I was in and out within 20 min. They also preformed an overall inspection. On the receipt they listed any problems they found but did not try to up sell me any other services. The only thing that surprised me was they charged an extra $10 to remove the factory skid plate. They also gave me a copy receipt that is good for a standard car wash ($3 extra if you have a full size truck). Nice thing is the car wash offer doesn't expire. read more

They were fast but not friendly. You'd think the guy overcharging me could at least muster a smile but he was about as callous as they come. They were overpriced and charged me for a skid plate removal without even telling me. I had to ask why he was adding on $10.00 at the last second! I've had this SUV for 5 years & had a dozen oil changes and NOT ONCE has anyone charged me for a skid plate removal!! That was after he charged me for 7 quarts of oil, never had that before either. I've always been told my car takes 5 quarts & no one has ever charged me more than that. Something fishy is going on at One Stop. Came here for a routine oil change. A few minutes into the service he came to the waiting area to tell me the previous place I took my car to had stripped the drain plug and he'd replace it for free. He also said if it started to leak then to make sure to bring it back to him. Welllll, a few weeks later my car did in fact start leaking oil (has never happened to me with any car) I was skeptical to bring it back to him so I took it to the dealership instead. Turns out he did give me a new drain plug but didn't put on a gasket as well causing the oil to leak. Very sketchy. Glad I took it to the dealership rather than blindly trusting this place again. read more

Took my 09 Toyota RAV4 into get a oil change. I check my car before taking it to any mechanic/ auto service. I was already sceptical about taking it to a new place I've never been before for service. Considering that's all they do, what could go wrong? There was absolutely no leaks when I drove in but then they stripped the thread on my oil pan when servicing my car. Now I have a pretty severe leak. Then they tried to blame the last shop that worked on my car. As if I don't check my check my vehicle after service, or don't notice a puddle of oil where I park at my residence. They have horrible customer service and obviously can't perform the only task they are paid to do. Dont recommend. P.s. i understand that some vehicles are more difficult than others, but the best way to go about this kind of situation is to hold yourself accountable for the mistake. Took my truck in last weekend for an oil change. Got home and left a pool of oil on my street. Went back amd they cleaned the undercarriage and assured me it wasnt a leak. Walked out this morning to more oil in my driveway. My 2019 truck never leaked a drop before they touched it. read more

Ever noticed why these guys hardly have any customers? Seriously look around do you ever see them busy? These guys have been chasing Away business for a sometime now I remember my daughter telling me not to bring my car here a few years ago it's just too convenient for me but I think I will have to stop.. I have been taking my car here for many years I never actually stopped and watch them today I sat in front and watch them double gasket my oil filter when they ran the test you could see the oil spraying everywhere... I also noticed when they were putting my oil drain plug that used two the wrenches is to get it nice and tight this is ironic because the last time I came here they would not do the oil change because the plug was too tight..... the last oil change I brought to Temecula and the guys didn't say anything... When I went to pay I had the $8 off coupon the guy told me I could not use it because it was for a full-service... full service? Isn't that what I got? "No you just got an oil change." Oh okay so what is the difference? The difference is for $5 more they check your fluids and is 13 point inspection air up your tires lube etc... I asked the service writer what exactly they will be doing to my pickup, (1 ton Dodge diesel) He explained to me that they do a FULL SERVICE, I asked him directly if they grease all of the grease zirks, He replied yes all that are applicable, I know there are 2 on this truck. When I went to pay for the service work ($181.18, full service with a new air cleaner) I asked him if they checked the air in all 6 tires (it looked like he only checked 4), The managers reply was "We only check the tires we can reach" I came back to my office and checked underneath (from one end to the other) to see what else they didn't do. The Transfer-case was not checked for oil, only 4 of the 6 tires were checked for tire pressure, and the only 2 grease zirks on the entire pickup were NOT greased. I called the manager back and told him about the grease zirks that had not been greased and of course, he got an attitude with me but offered for me to bring it back and they would get the items they missed. I don't have time to take it back, it took a minute and I checked the transfer-case and greased the 2 tie rod ends myself. Much quicker and I know its done now! I normally take it to the truck stop for about the same money and they do EVERYTHING I have never caught them cheating me, But since One Stop Lube and Oil is only a 1 1/2 miles away from my office I wanted to try them out, that would be much more convenient. I am extremely disappointed! If I was told they only do some of the things they claim to do I could have made a conscious decision to take it back to the truck stop and get it done right! BUYER BEWARE! you may think you are getting what you pay for but you need to check their work! I see quite a few bad reviews and a few good ones but I have not read about anyone checking their work to see if they are really getting a FULL SERVICE! Just left this place a little bit ago. The service here was so bad it encouraged me to create a yelp account. The only reason I went here was because I had a coupon for $8.00 off a conventional oil change and get a free car wash. Getting the oil changed- staff seemed friendly and ok oil change complete (until I had to come back) Now off to the other side of the shop to get the car washed. After the car was ready for me to take I pulled out to go down Newport as I approached Bradley I turned my left turn signal on but no turn signal came on. Which was weird to me because it worked perfectly fine before the oil change. I immediately made a u-turn and took the car back to the oil change where I was greeted again by one of the workers. I explained to him what the issue was and he proceeded to tell me they didn't do it cause all they did was the oil change. OK let's get the manager than. So now I have the manager for the car wash and for auto shop and both are telling me that neither are reasonably for the turn signals which worked perfectly before bringing the car there. The guy who originally greeted me who works in the auto shop then tells me the car wash people here suck and that he doesn't get his car washed here even though he gets a free car wash a week. Great would of been nice to know prior to getting my car washed. After explaining myself three times to service guys and mangers I'm starting to get mad, no one wants to except responsibility and the Manger is now getting sarcastic with me and turns his back on me and starts helping some one else after I asked what they're going to do to fix the problem. I even asked the managers if I take this to another mechanic to diagnose are you going to pay for it. Never got a yes or no answer they seriously flat out refused to except any responsibility. So now pissed off and no solution to the problem that wasn't their prior to getting an oil change I decide to leave before I get even further upset, as I'm pulling away another mechanic comes walking out of the garage who has holes in his ears the size of a quarter and very sarcastically says have a good day and then yells buy a new car. I gave this place the middle finger and left. Worst service ever, they clearly knew I was upset and continued to fuel the fire. My assumption one of the guys vacuuming more then likely hit a cord under the steering wheel and yanked the signal cord. I've been going here for 5 years (since I moved to Menifee in June of 2011). The place is a block from my home and they offer a free car wash with oil change. I brought my car in for an oil change like usual and the guy comes back into the waiting area to tell me that the plug for my drain pan was stripped and that they were going to refuse to service my car. My response was that then it was on them since I have been taking the car there for 5 years. Their guy then claims I haven't had my car serviced there in about two years (actually his number kept getting higher the more we debated). What a lie. They're the only people I've taken my car to do an oil change at since I lived in Menifee (because of the free car wash). My car even had the sticker on the windshield they put on it saying to bring in back in April (I haven't driven it a lot this year so it didn't need a change until now). They write those stickers in 3 month increments meaning that I got my oil changed there this very January. His other employee tells me I could have taken that from another car. Are you serious? They continued to call me a liar and I left. I'm never returning for an oil change. You just lost several cars worth a business because of your hard headedness (me, my wife, my in-laws, and my father who all take their cars there for oil changes). I took my car across the street to get my oil changed to my mechanic who literally does everything else for me (i.e. tires/brakes/lights). They checked the drain plug and said it was fine.
