Beware of the carbs!!!! This place used to use a protein powder with zero carbs so us low carber's could enjoy a delicious shake made with Almond milk. Now they use a powder full of carbs. Boohoo!!' No more shakes for me!! Their low carb shake has 34 carbs!!! Wow that would blow my whole day!!! read more

My first few times here were great and the employee working was very helpful and nice! Unfortunately the last two Friday's (4/19 and 4/26) have been less than satisfactory. The same guy was working both times and he was rude and unhelpful. He did not seem willing to answer questions about supplements and when we said that he made our shakes wrong he just dismissed us and didn't offer to fix them. Not to mention they were selling vitamin packets that expired 6 months ago by the register. When paying 7 or 8 dollars for a protein shake you would except to get what you asked for or at least fix it when we are both saying it doesn't taste right. ( we got the same thing). Won't be back for awhile and if we do come back we hope the other employee is working. read more

I remember when this specific location first opened in my neighborhood, the service was great and the people behind the counter really seemed to know what they were talking about. However as of recently I feel like the service has gone downhill. The people behind the counter change frequently & a lot of the times when I ask questions regarding different supplements they seem to not have a confident answer. Today I simply went in for a shake, as I typically get my supplements a lot cheaper online. I decided to give this place another try as the last two times I came here my shakes tasted pretty bad. I asked the young man behind the counter if he could help me with sticking close to the macros that I had left for the day. He kindly explained that he had no idea what I was talking about and I jokingly said to him "you work in a supplement shop, how do you not know what macros are?" I asked him if he was familiar with the app MyFitnessPal and he was not. Anyway, so I began to ask him for the specific ingredients that he would put in a shake simply so that I can track them in my head before I placed my order. I think I started irritating him a little bit but he remained kind. Please keep in mind I was very polite the entire time & I also tipped him for putting up with all my questions. Two things I cannot stand are rude and snooty customers and/or rude & snooty employees behind the counter. I try to keep good vibes. Like I said I feel like the service has gone downhill. The people behind the counter seem to have No clue on how to cater towards their customers. About 99% of their customers are working on their fitness goals. If I could give half a star I would. I've given this place two opportunities and have been let down twice. The guy who works there on Saturday either doesn't know how to make the shakes or hates his job and could care less about paying customers.. Twice, I've ordered the same thing and twice, i was given the only thing he seems to only know how to make.. A strawberry shake. Also, both times the ipad to their point machine wasn't charged, so the 6 drinks counted as nothing. I reached out to management and have yet to be contacted back. At this point I understand its a loss on my end and since it happened twice, shame on me. Just be cautious when ordering and paying. Don't be fooled like I was. read more

After a leaving the gym we stopped at this location for a smoothie. My wife and I entered the store, it was well stocked, however there were three people working. A young lady doing dishes and two men at the counter. Nobody greeted us or offered assistance. A customer before us was waiting for service while the two behind the counter yapped to each other. After one person finally finished with the initial customer, we had to wait even longer. I felt completely ignored and even though I was sitting in front of the two worker they didn't even make eye contact with me. The shake was good, however the customer service was despicable.
