Staff was friendly and super fast (definitely an in-and-out pre/post workout vibe), though vegan nutrition knowledge seemed a bit limited. Prices felt reasonable, and while it wasn't a standout experience, it's solid for convenience -- I'd likely pop back in when I need something quick. Around a 3.5 experience for me.

Right now, I'm on a health journey and trying to be more mindful of what I eat, my calories, and what I'm putting into my body. Because of that, I was looking for lighter or "skinny" options. When I asked for healthier or lower-calorie choices, the staff did not seem interested in helping me. I was simply told there were no skinny options available. Later, after doing my own research, I found out substitutions could actually be made to create a better option for my goals. When I asked specifically for those substitutions, they then said, "Oh yeah, we can do that." My frustration is that this helpful information should have been offered from the beginning. As a customer, I was looking for guidance and recommendations, and it felt like there was little effort to help me find something that worked for my needs. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but when customers are paying premium prices, good customer service matters even more. I still like Jamba Juice, but I hope staff can be more knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged when customers ask for healthier options or modifications.
