Saw this place across the street from the gym after a workout and walked over. "NFL classic" games on the tv and table tops to sit down if you want to. Been in here less than 5 minutes and wish it was in la A place with this many supplements, proteins, snacks, clothing and smoothies! You don't find all of this in one spot often. Like vitamin shop meets Jamba Juice Glutamine, creatine, immune boosting supplements they legit have everything. I really enjoy the slimmer shake at the One Stop locations, 1. Because im on a low car diet 2. Its really tasty either way the yogurt base snd vanilla flavor. My shake tasted great as always, but the service was the worst ive seen at a One Stop. After walking in, i stood at the counter for 10 minutes before a guy who looks like hes in college with frizzy hair came out, phone jn hand, and said very rudely "is there something you want?" After i asked for the slimmer he told me the total and to insert my card and while im paying hes texting on his phone right in front of me. Didnt try to have convo, didnt ask how my day was, and after i paid i thanked him for the smoothie and he didnt respond and went back behind the wall. The most clumped smoothie I ever got at OneStop Nutrition. Waste of $8. The smoothie taste chalky and service was average if that. To the guy who served me you had one job which is to blend a drink. My guess is you saw a line and rushed my drink. Here's a tip: Typically on down time you should have stalked the items needed instead of standing around and talking when I entered the store and my drink probably would have came out better. Instead you had to run back to grab the items needed to make my smoothie blend it fast and serve it to help the next customer. Hate to see my money go to the trash. read more

I have been sick for almost 2 weeks now. Stuck in my bed, unless it's to get bloodwork done or CT scan or go to the er, you name it and the doctors still don't know what's wrong with me. I had my roommate go pick me up my favorite shake which is banana cappuccino with vanilla nonfat yogurt and chocolate protein powder and when he came back the shake is banana and peanut butter. Thankfully I'm not allergic to peanut butter but imagine if I was, still I simply just dislike peanut butter and it's not what was ordered. He told me when he walked in the girl with black hair sitting behind the counter was unfriendly and rude, and even didn't set the finished drink down nicely but rather more of a slamming motion. I am super saddened by this drink because it was the one thing I've been looking forward to all day, and I'm trying to force myself to drink it so that he didn't just go and waste 9$ on one drink.. super disappointed read more

Not following simple directions led me to a doctor visit, I'm highly allergic to peanut butter which I made clear, and when I went to take a sip I was hit with nothing but the flavor of peanut butter! I politely asked to get my shake remade the proper way but they insisted that they didn't put any peanut butter half the time these guy look like there under the influence so I don't think he recalls what he even put in the shake to begin with. I forced to pay for another shake to made the right way instead of practicing good customer service skills and remaking it. When called to complain the employee was to prideful to accept fault and just said ok. Worst one stop location in the valley just based off customer service. read more

Let me start by saying one stop is one of my favorite places Although today I feel it got really sloppy. There were two people working behind the counter doing their best to cater to the group of people that were awaiting shakes, 8+ people. I had asked for a peanut butter and banana slimmer shake.. that was not what was given to me. It tasted as though the banana purée was poured into my cup and iced up. it tasted horrible. As far as the establishment goes it was clean. As far as the staff goes, it is really subpar. Not friendly or helpful. I was standing in line, a male staff came to help and instead of asking who's next, assumes it was the guy who clearly was farther from the line. The guy had an attitude from the moment he was actually told by the guy I was next. I asked him if I caught him on a bad day since whenever I would ask him questions, he was clearly defensive. Applied here a while back and my interview experience so was so horrible I had to come and leave a review. I was actively looking for employment and went in for an interview after setting one up with the boss through the internet. (They were hiring). At first glance of me this man seemed uninterested in even holding a conversation with me, which was a red flag. But I was persistent on getting hired. He started pop quizzing me during the interview asking if I knew what turmeric was (duh) and the health benefits of it and other supplements, WTF?! Then started mocking my school schedule having told him I was a college student. To end the joke of an interview this short man sent me home with homework, a literal thick packet on ingredients, and damn near the entire inventory list and told me to fill out each and every one to prove that I was interested in working there, and to go back and from there we would start my onboarding (so I'm getting hired right?). Well I was interested and was given the illusion that I had a new job so I filled it out and the next day went back to present the completed packed, just to walk in and have the employees at the desk tell me that when he saw my car pull in he shot out the back and ran away. First I want to stop off with today's date 2/19/2020 whoever was working at 6 PM the man and the woman were born rude. I was looking at their dumb ass menu that doesn't even state calories and when you ask the employees what the calories are THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES. A banana is not 50 calories so that's a bust right there. They tried telling me my non fat yogurt with banana and chocolate was around 370 calories which is a lie. I just felt rushed to pick something because the man kept asking me every 5 seconds if I knew what I wanted clearly if I tell you I don't know then I DON'T know and also don't ask repeatedly because you'll make the customer feel rushed. The girl was doing the same thing just felt rushed and I feel so angry at the fact that the man asked me if I wanted non fat yogurt and I said yes because I was just so focused at being rushed and now guess what? I have phlegm! The location on Warner is so much better maybe send these people to train over there and then send them back. But it doesn't matter because I won't be coming back anyways. Just go to Jamba Juice or Nekter where they don't make me feel rushed and I can't take my sweet time looking at their menu where they have their calories listed and atleast their employees are educated! read more
