For specialized services like plumbing, you are paying for the experience and education the person received, not to mention the license, bond, insurance and equipment. Most of the "referrals" I received were word of mouth, and most likely not licensed since I could not find any other information about these other businesses other than anecdotal evidence. After my wife spoke to Joe on a Saturday, he promptly scheduled a next day Sunday call realizing our immediate need.
