They have done many jobs for us over the years, including replacing water heater, thoroughly snaking our slow kitchen drain that we couldn't fix, replaced bathroom sink and faucet on granite countertop, replaced many angle stops and came quickly when we had a flood from a plug blow-out from a 25-year-old capped pipe in our garage. Reasonable prices especially compared to the big box stores. Greg, Ernie, Joey and Art have all been great. They are very nice, don't make a mess and stay until everything is right. We initially had Greg from Castillo Works Plumbing repair and replace our secondary bathroom's cold water shut off valve April 13, 2026 which had a slow leak. The recommended solution was to apply a copper sleeve which remedied the original damaged water line. Leak stopped and the angle stop was replaced with a new angle stop, which we provided. As we're working on some home renovations, we once again had another slow leak which needed repair. On May 4, 2026 , we again called Greg to replace and/or repair 9 more cold and hot water shut off valves with customer provided angle stops and application copper sleeves as needed. We called Castillo Works Plumbing this morning with the assumption we needed a new kitchen sink. After explaining our concerns to Ely, he asked that photos of the sink be sent to him so he could better understand our issues. After reviewing the photos he called with an explanation and recommendation of how we could solve are leaking issues without having our sink replaced. So many companies would not have provided this information without charging for an in person inspection. We have a hot water pressure issue. It was an inconvenience, but not urgent for us. I called before 8 AM. The crew arrived, and a diagnostic was performed before 10am. We had a pipe leak under our kitchen sink. I asked my husband to call Castillo Works. I called them before on a different job estimate and remembered how professional and quick they were. Greg came out again immediately, I was surprised. I was going to get two estimates but Greg responded quickly and thoroughly that my husband didn't want to call any more plumbers for quotes. Our leak was fixed within maybe 2. 5 hrs of us making the initial call. I was just hoping we could have it fixed in a couple days.
