There's a couple of tables and sofas; it seems like precovid, it was place to hang out and play board games. The tea itself is very good. They come in two sizes-small and large. We ordered a Thai tea with boba and a lychee oolong tea with lychee jelly. The Thai tea was very good; it had a tint of bitterness, but it disappears with the sweetness. The lychee oolong is very yummy, but can be overly sweet if you ask for 100% sweetness. The cashier suggested we add only 50%, which was the right amount of sweetness. They also have vietnamese coffee which I'm curious to try. Lastly, a punch card is offered and after 10 visits, you get a free drink! Came here a couple of nights ago and I'm pretty lucky I found this gem here in town. Honestly this is the best milk tea I've gotten here in Central Valley. I got the Verry Jelly milk tea which was black milk tea with grass jelly, boba, and milk pudding. They were not stingy with the toppings, I still had some leftover when I drank all the milk tea! Upon arrival the girl up front was so sweet and immediately greeted us we asked for taro and she asked if we wanted to try theirs before ordering because it's not powered it's actually fresh taro. Different taste and texture but reallly yummy. They have a lot of traditional toppings as well such as red bean. They don't have black boba but instead rainbow boba which I loved ! I was definitely excited to hear of OneTea opening in Modesto since I really liked the one in Fremont! Decided to try it out during their soft opening. There is currently a promotional period where everything on the menu is 20% off, which is a nice touch! Drinks: - Alishan Oolong Tea with rainbow pearls at 30% ice and 30% sweet: The quality of tea is definitely great! My drink was perfectly brewed and tasted high quality. As someone who usually gets their drink 50% sweet at every boba place, the 30% was a little bitter for me, which was my mistake and noted for future visits. The rainbow pearls were cooked pretty well and not too chewy. - Passion Fruit Juice with no toppings at 30% ice and 80% sweet: For non-tea lovers this drink is highly recommended! It wasn't overbearingly sweet, but for my personal taste, if I was to order this again I would probably get it at 50%. The drink even includef passionfruit seeds sitting on the bottom. The fruit taste is definitely there and to add some extra flavor I would probably add basil seeds and aloe vera next time. - White Planet with rainbow pearls and standard ice/sweet: very refreshing lemon slush that even has ice cream inside! Although, it was a little hard to drink out of the straw due to the ice cream, but you can work your way around it. The ambiance was pleasant with nice artwork on the side. Decent amount of seating for groups to get together and relax. Very friendly group of staff members who were willing to help with any questions you may have. Upon coming into the establishment I did notice how the setup is almost identical to the one located in Fremont. Not sure the reason, but was definitely an interesting fact that I noticed. Overall, definitely recommend to try this place out. I've been coming here since they opened and they used to be a great place to go. Well, this has since changed and something made me really perturbed today. I went in and my son & I ordered drinks. I had kept the "Get one free" stamp card because, well, I was a frequent visitor of this place. I hadn't been here in several months and when I presented the stamp card I was told they would NOT ACCEPT the Free drink stamp card because it was sold to a new owner and "we won't accept that now" OMG are you kidding me?? Let me tell you what this means. Because they were being cheap and wouldn't honor the stamp card, I, nor my family will ever go here again. Not to mention, the "new owner" decided to make the cups smaller, and the tea tasted horrible. If I do the math, personally that is a loss of about 80-100 drink purchases per year, just because you failed to honor ONE FREE DRINK card. Let this be a lesson, do not short change your customers, keep the quality high and hire friendly people that greet you when you walk through the door. They acted like it was bothersome that I walked in and they had to actually work. That's 3 strikes. Go somewhere else for now. I hope they can get it together but I won't be coming back. read more

I added mochi which I realize that does not belong in a milk tea whatsoever! It was too doughy and sticky in my mouth and ruined the whole drink for me. Came here on a little road trip and visited this place. Very cute on the inside and alright from the outside. I ordered their strawberry milk tea and it was alright. It was sweet, bitter, and too creamy. It didn't have milk foam on the top, but it being a milk tea I believe it was to foamy and felt that I was drinking half the size of what I originally ordered from the drink. The workers are amazing and very friendly. The owner is nice. I've been a milk tea lover for a long time and have tried happylemon, boba guys, share tea etc. I've been looking for a good boba place that isn't too far away from Manteca. I could say that one tea is pretty decent. I've always went to T4 but once I discovered this place, I'm not coming back. Also unlike T4 (modesto), they don't charge if you ask for no ice. Their customer service is always on point and there milk teas are amazing. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because of the quality of the boba. When I had it, the texture wasn't chewy at all and was kinda hard. I think once they buy the original black boba once instead of the colorful ones that have less quality then their drinks would be perfect!
