Excellent very fresh fish nice size servings, friendly, and efficient stuff. Clean and bright, fast service. Good value.

All the sushi in the world. Enough for 5 humans.

The other 2/3's of this joint ain't half bad either. This small sushi restaurant is tucked into tight shopping center, but it packs a punch. Start to finish, this place knows how to crush the sushi game. We came for NYE dinner and it was PACKED, but we made a reservation for 5. What we got to start: -Clear soup, me-so soup, and seaweed salad. All very good. Very tasty and started the meal right. Sushi: -All of it. It was very good and each roll was super tasty. Would recommend any roll from the menu.

Way too over priced for the amount of food you get. Gyoza was some of the best I've had. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice, but quality of food was poor. Won't be back.

Garlic Broccoli~ steamed. I asked for sauce on the side

This is my 1st time to Bethlehem, PA. My friend and I are driving around to find a good lunch spot for sushi. After stopping by two sushi restaurants that are not open, we are happy to find this one. I ordered: Appetizer: Garlic Broccoli-it's a healthy light dish. I asked for the sauce on the side. Garlic Teriyaki sauce is really good with steamed broccoli. 3 sushi rolls for $11.00: I got spicy tuna, eel avocado, and yellowtail scallion. Eel avocado is the best-smooth taste from avocado with slight sweet eel to balance out. Spicy tuna is above average. Nothing special about the yellowtail. We also ordered a Sashimi Bento box w/ a California roll. It has 4 kinds of sashimi: Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, and one white fish. -all very fresh. It also served with different sides-fried cheese wonton w/ Thai chili sauce, miso soup, house salad, California roll or sweet potato tempura, and jasmine rice. I'm surprise to find this good quality sushi/pan Asia restaurant in a small town. Overall lunch is a good deal here with only $8-9 for regular dish, $10-$13 for seafood & sushi/sashimi. Sashimi quality definitely exceeds my expectation. Highly recommend this lunch place when you drive by Bethlehem.

Food was good. A bit pricey. The waitress had absolutely no personality. Probably won't return.

Simply amazing…read more.. While most people were indulging in Sunday brunch, my girlfriend wanted Chinese food. As we drove, she read the description for U & TEA and we knew we had to go. The place is clean with plenty of room and great lighting -- and the entire establishment is food focused. Our server helped with teas and plates and we placed our orders. My girlfriend got sweet and sour chicken for her main meal. It was obvious the food was fresh and the dish had been cooked in fresh oil (and only for a short amount of time). The sauce was delicate and subtle, which allowed the flavor of the tender chicken to shine through. And what a plate! She ended up having leftovers for two days. Although I normally order seafood, I love duck and have it once or twice a year. From the menu, their duck dishes looked fantastic. Our server recommended the Peking Duck, which I had always wanted to try. That dish brought Alice Gatsch with it. She is kind and engaging and introduced how I should properly eat Peking Duck. She walked be through the steps of how to prepare the buns with scallion, cilantro, and sauce. I wish I could convey how tender the duck was and how crispy the skin had been. It was incredible and I somehow cleared my plate (and didn't eat for the rest of the day). We cannot wait to return. Alice said she'd be happy to walk me through ordering a truly traditional meal and I look forward to that experience. The staff and food are too fantastic to pass up. I highly recommend you make a visit of your own!

I don't want to show any pictures of this place, I don't want anyone loss appetite. AYCE menu? Totally not all you can eat, charge $30 per person, but ACYE menu are small and not much options to choose, forcing customers empty all single dish, sashimi came out like split half off of cuts in regular piece, and cut into thin slices as much as they can, meat qualities are sucks, they gave shits to people eat for the AYCE menu, I was wondering if the owner refused to let customers order more of sashimi, it can limit them and shows on menu underneath or raise up the price, or stop playing AYCE. Veggies salad tasted awful, don't understand why the home made sauce is way too sweet. Tastes so weird. Do they know how to make sauce? If not, please use the regular Caesar or ranch dressing to be good. Also the servers, cooks and sushi chefs will automatically cut off what you orders of amount on menu, they ain't mention to customers why or which items they ain't do it yet, they think customers are like donkeys, it was too tired to keep asking them what it missing and ain't came out yet. Ended up they automatically charged gratuities without notification. Even I know auto grats will charged on big parties, but still as a server or manager they can notify people came sit down before decided order AYCE or menu's, I don't mind to tips, and I do tips for real, also we tipped sushi chefs in separately, but all entire times there we no one is enjoyable, this place sucks, totally not recommended, and never return it back for sure.

It had the usual thick-skinned wontons, but the filling was really tasty. The broth was good, no complaints. They have the good fried noodles, thō, not the lachoy-type, crappy ones. The gravy was the darker brown sort, but it tasted good. My mom had the shrimp with lobster sauce. She was extremely happy with the large, plentiful shrimp, so happy that she didn't mind all the peas. The folks who run the place are as nice as you are.
