I knew right away it was the place for me. It was many weeks before I was able to make an appointment as my calendar limited. After booking it online (totally for this process) I received a text asking me preliminary questions as well as requests for screenshots of my brows. Long story short, Denise is a professional. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles. Take that as a lesson and try to shape not overpluck. I had been letting my brows grow in and just drawing them in all this time. I had looked into permanent brows and microblading for a long time but never did it due to cost and upkeep. Anyway, with hormonal shifts and passing time, my brows have been looking sparse these last few years. Drawing in and powdering my brows in the morning takes longer than I would prefer. I did a deep dive into microblading and nano-blading, weighing the pros and cons. I settled upon a few permanent make-up artists in the area and reached out to them. It was time for me to take charge of my morning routine. Saena Kim has a robust repertoire on Yelp and Instagram so I reached out to her. Making an appointment was easy as she utilizes an online booking system. The consultation is $50 and goes towards your procedure if you choose to continue with her. With my oily skin, I knew that most PMA would suggest combination powder brows, but she suggested nano brows that are machine assisted. I trusted her with literally tattooing my face, so I went with her suggestion after voicing my concerns. I asked about the inks, she used (which are inorganic). I asked about her experience with nano brows (4+ years). I asked about the numbing prior to the procedure (topically applied). My appointment from start to finish was about an hour and a half. She took the time to shape my brows, get feedback from me, and went to work with her machine. My pain was minimal; I might have fallen asleep. She has offered microblading services for years. She also offers lash extensions, brow lamination, brow correction, and lip blush too. She rents a space inside Sola Salons in the Woodbury Town Center. It's a small, cute space with feminine details and bright lighting. There are other beauty services offered inside the salon as well, just know where you need to go. There is plenty of parking in the lot. I will be back in a few weeks for a touch-up session but so far my brows have been looking more shapely than ever before. My friends and I come here a lot to get our nails done. Unfortunately this last experience here was…read morenot a good one. While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

this is my friend's story please read!!!!!!!!!! " if i could give these terrible horrible monsters and yes i said monsters a 0 star i would. i would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! i went into this salon to get a silver blonde i was "helped" or at least i thought i was being helped by a guy named (ocean). i was aware that my hair would take at least 3 sessions to get to the silver due to me having black/brown hair. i was perfectly fine with that everything started off great until he had his assisant take over while he focused on another client this assisant acted so clueless she didn't know what she was doing to the point where he had to take over again and whispered "go get (blank) out of my bag in my locker" once he rinsed the bleach out there was a ring around my head patches of black spots i was not happy so he claimed he could dye it a dark brown/ blonde i came out with orangish/ toner brown !!!!! on top of my hair coming out absolutely terrible. he left me bald!!!! all around the edges on the side of my hair i've heard of little breakage but nothing like this!!! he knew he messed up so bad he didn't even want me calling the salon that to call him personally and that i didn't have to pay him. i was hysterically crying so bad i almost went into a panic attack so i called to owner (sandy) thinking we could resolve this. she was so rude telling me it was my fault and that he was an independant contractor that theres nothing she can do she even went as far as threatening me with lawyers wanting to sue me for being unhappy " read more

Terrible Experience - Avoid Aynaz at All Costs! I had the worst experience with Aynaz, who claims to be an experienced stylist, but it's all talk. After a disastrous keratin treatment that didn't deliver any of the promised results, she made excuses and offered to reapply the product. But instead, she just blow-dried my hair and sent me on my way, completely ignoring the issue. I waited for the manager to step in, but they never bothered to respond either. To make matters worse, Aynaz even threatened another client who knows me, warning her not to expect future help if I left an honest review. Then, she called me directly to say she would refuse service to me moving forward. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and downright threatening. I paid $550 for this nightmare, and not only did I not get a refund, but she also cut off half my hair when I only asked for a trim. I feel completely scammed and heartbroken over the damage. Avoid Aynaz--she's inexperienced, dishonest, and a complete scam artist. Don't waste your time or money on her! read more

I recently got hair Botox with Aynaz before my trip to Europe, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Despite facing rainy days, walking over 9 hours a day, going to the beach, and sweating, I experienced zero frizz, an absolute miracle! I've never had such a long-lasting, frizz-free treatment. Normally, after just an hour at a party or after dancing, my hair would frizz up, but not anymore. Hi, I am so glad i found Nicole R. She has had so much patients with me, THANK YOU NICOLE. Im always trying to tweak it. My hair has a tendency to turn red or orange. Instead, this has been dragged out for almost six weeks with long gaps in communication and no clear answer, leaving me unable to confidently move forward despite being "the best in the industry".
