We found this place by accident and have to say what a great find! Our server, think Kayla may have been here name was GREAT! She was spot on with her recommendations! The hamburger was great, cooked to perfection! My friend enjoy his chicken salad, but felt it could use more heat. The milk shakes looked fantastic but didn't get one because it was closing time. This was worth the drive from Jacksonville. All the servers were friendly professional and kind as I watched and listened as they provided the same quality service we had

One Twenty Three Burger House was exactly the kind of lunch spot we were hoping for. Everything just hit right. I ordered the fish burger and it honestly surprised me in the best way it was way better than I expected. My partner went with the regular burger and loved it too. I also have to mention the banana pudding because it was AMAZING. Easily the best I've had so far, and I'm not even exaggerating. The service really stood out as well. Our waitress went above and beyond to help me figure out what the veggie burger was made of and even looked into the company that makes it since I'm picky about veggie burgers. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed. We dined outside and although noisy from the traffic, it was nice. Overall, such a great experience. They really have something for everyone. Definitely recommend checking it out and don't skip the banana pudding.

My friend and I tried to eat at another local spot but the wait was too long and we would not have made our improv show. So my friend hopped on Yelp and found One Twenty Three Burger House close by and the reviews were good. Bonus, the restaurant had a parting lot which is hard to come by in St Augustine. It wasn't huge, but we found a spot. There was lots of seating inside and some outside on the front and side porch. We were seated in a smaller section to the right of the main dining area. Which I loved as it was a little quieter. The sophisticated cow pic was a cute touch;) We started off by ordering onion rings. They were hot and crispy just how I like them! I ordered The Cali burger with bison. Bison was an upgrade option for any burger and it has less fat content than beef. The Cali was served with Swiss cheese, jalapeño infused bacon, avocado, tomato and red onion. The burger was fabulous! It was huge, flavorful and all the ingrediants fit perfectly together! I only ate half and took the rest home. You can also purchase wood-fired pizza, a variety of sandwiches, wings, salads, as well as gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Service was friendly and fast.

Everything was delicious; especially the garlic knots! They were HUGE and loaded with garlic butter. Yummmmm! The pizza was good with a crispy crust, but soggy middle. The oven at home will fix that right up. The burger looked delicious, but my daughter was a little disappointed stating it was "meh". We'll be back to give the burger another try, for sure.

Last minute stop for a late dinner. Very friendly restaurant on the way into historic downtown. The place was packed which was a good sign. They let us in at 8:58pm. We ordered quickly. My blackened chicken with jalapeño infused bacon, swiss, avocado snd tomato was just what I wanted. The tomato and avocado really added to the flavor. I even enjoyed the coleslaw and im normally not a fan. It was crisp and not over sauced. Thank you for a nice quick dinner.

We had a great experience at this eatery in Saint Augustine recently. The service atmosphere was truly awesome, all associate, smiling, and tending to their customer needs. Kendra was our server and she was spot on great with her cadence of service, friendliness, and excellence. I got the black and blue burger with fries and my wife got the Bill your own burger. She could also have the fries as the fryers were dedicated as GF. They also have of course the gluten-free bread. Even though the burgers were cooked more than our preferences, they were still extremely tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

We went for a late lunch (at around 3:30pm) and we were able to get seated right away. We got wings as an appetizer and the 123 sauce was SO GOOD, Wings were crispy too. We got our burgers and they were great size burgers! Cooked so good and the patties were juicy. The thick cut fries were seasoned very well. Would definitely recommend, they have easy parking and it's right before the main strip of st, augustine. Would definetly come back. Theres definitely seating for large groups, they have TVS, bathrooms & the waiters were nice. Portion size was big!

Grilled chicken strips and fries with garlic knots.

Cute, quaint place with rustic decor. The service was excellent. We were met by Mike, when we walked through the door. Super nice guy. I had the grilled chicken strips with fries. OHHH SOOOO GOOOOD! Another member of my party had a salad and the pizza. That was very good, and a good size. The garlic knots.... YUM! The place is clean and kept up.

The service was excellent, and the food has that fresh, thoughtful, farm-to-table feel where you can tell care is going into what comes out of the kitchen. For me, one of the biggest highlights was how seriously they take gluten-free dining. I had warm, made-from-scratch gluten-free biscuits with pork belly and a peach bourbon jam, and oh my goodness -- absolutely to die for. Everyone at the table enjoyed them. It is not often that you find a gluten-free biscuit that feels like you are getting the full experience rather than settling for an alternative. I was also impressed by how many gluten-free options they offer. Even their po' boy can be battered with rice flour. Our waiter explained that the chef is gluten-free and that they are very mindful of guests with celiac disease, including separating food preparation when needed. That level of care is a huge plus. And it wasn't just the gluten-free food that impressed us. One friend ordered the meatloaf sandwich and received a seriously hearty piece of meatloaf. My husband had the BLT with pimento cheese on thick sourdough bread, and it was excellent. We also heard that the chicken and waffles, offered during dinner, are a must-try -- so that may be calling us back! The cocktail menu was another win. The drinks were creative, original, flavorful, and clearly thoughtfully crafted rather than just the standard options you see everywhere. Everyone in our group seemed genuinely happy with what they ordered, which says a lot. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, creative drinks, fantastic food, and some of the best gluten-free options I've come across. Five stars all the way. I would absolutely return to The Floridian and work my way through more of that gluten-free menu!

The Ice Plant location was historically St. Augustine's first power and ice complex. Now the building has been revitalized and has The Ice Plant and The St. Augustine Distillery. The St. Augustine Distillery is connected to The Ice Plant and is a great tour to check out right before heading to grab food at the restaurant. There are a variety of guided and self-guided tours. My spouse and I checked out the self-guided tour right before we grabbed dinner at The Ice Plant. The tour isn't particularly long but was filled with information. After the tour, we headed upstairs to the restaurant. The restaurant feels really spacious with its super tall ceilings. There was lots to look at reminding us of the previous use of the building. We ordered the hand cut fries, strawberry and beet salad, and the gochujang marinated pork chop. I also ordered a few of their drinks, each one featuring different types of ice to fit the drink. Honestly all the food and the drinks were so good, but the easy standout of the night for both my spouse and I were the pork chops. These might have been the best pork chops I've ever had in my life. The pork chops were incredibly tender and juicy, not dry at all. I was expecting it to be a little dry, as I feel like pork chop can sometimes get overcooked, but no. These were so juicy and tender. I asked our server how the pork chop was cooked. Our server said that the pork chops were cooked sous vide, which makes a lot of sense as to how they were so tender. I've already told my spouse if we are in the St. Augustine area again, I would make a special trip just to get these pork chops again, they were that good. I really enjoyed this restaurant. This was my favorite spot we checked out in the St. Augustine area, if you are ever passing by the area, check The Ice Plant out!

The Bloody Mary is where it lost me. $15 is a serious price for a cocktail, and mine arrived as a tall glass of ice with what was left over poured around it. By the time I was a few sips in, it was mostly meltwater. For that money I'd expect the drink to outlast the ice. Suggestion for the house: given the name, lean into it. Send everyone home with a free bag of ice -- at least then I'd feel like I paid for something I got to keep. Would go back for the food. Would think twice before ordering another cocktail.
