Food and service was horrible. Ordered medium well burger and the patty was super crispy. Burger and bun were both cold. The Margherita pizza was also cold and tasteless. Ive had better frozen pizzas. Chicken tenders were cold and burnt. Almost inedible. All the food here seems to be pre-made and comes out within minutes. There is no way this food is cooked fresh. I thought it was odd there was no activity in the kitchen and was no smell of food actually being cooked. Beer was also stale and not cold. And to top it off, we caught some racist and unwelcoming vibes. Our waitress had some kind of weird, smug little attitude. This place deserves zero stars. Shame on this place for deceiving their customers with pre-made overpriced garbage. I will never go back to this place, ever. read more

We stopped by after taking a tour at the St Augustine Distillery and the burgers were great. I had the Cali burger and my beau had the Greek burger. Both were delicious and we had no complaints. Fries were good too to help absorb all of the whiskey and gin we drank at the distillery. read more

Well destiny brought us to One twenty three burger and we were lucky enough to have Emma as our server. This was our first but certainly not our last visit to this establishment. The grilled wings were fabulous. Plenty of meat on them and grilled perfectly. This segued into two different hamburgers. First the Pizza burger with marinara sauce on the side, then a Kings Street burger. Both tasted fabulous. The curly fries are a handful so be prepared to share. Thanks again Emma. Maya and I chose 123 Burger for lunch today, mostly because of the good reviews it received on here already. We were not led astray. As soon as we entered, we were greeted as if they were waiting on us to arrive. They were just as friendly and as welcoming as they could be. Maya decided to sit outside which was a good idea considering how much running around he still had left in him (we'd just done 3 hours at the lighthouse!). Our server kept the warm vibes going, being cool as a cucumber as Maya went back and forth between lemonade and sweet tea. In the end he chose tea which was pretty much your standard southern fare. A tad not sweet enough, but nothing that will keep me from ordering it in the future. He ordered the chicken fingers&fries (no surprise here) and I got the French Connection burger (1/2 pound patty on a croissant with caramelized onions). In my opinion the star of the show was the French Fries. They had that extra seasoned thing going on, plus crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Darn near the perfect fry. Maya, however, found them to be "spicy" and was remarkably less impressed. He ate his chicken fingers so fast that I didn't get a chance to taste them myself, but I guess his devouring ways tells you all you need to know about those. My burger was pretty good, not great, but a little above average for the caliber of a restaurant. I think the only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I wasn't "blown away" by the thing they named the restaurant after. If it was 123 Fries, I'd have given it a 5. No doubt. I had my mouth set on a butter pecan milkshake to take with me on the drive back to jville but they only had salted caramel. I was a little relieved though because I honesty didn't need the calories anyway. In summary: Get extra Fries, but maybe try something else for your five year old; the chicken fingers are apparently awesome; this will definitely address any burger void you have in your life but don't set your hopes up too high. read more

Average at best; the chili cheese fries were soggy, the mushroom swiss burger had too much onion, meat was tough. Wife ordered the same with gluten free bun, she also thought it was ok. Awesome burgers! Definitely ry it out if you're a burger fan. They have outdoor seating as an option and fun rocking chairs on the porch which you wait. They have parking too! Food: Ordered the 1/2 lb King Street Classic...juicy yummy burger! The entire group was happy with their food choices. Comes with a side of fries and I love their fries! The food was delicious yet had generous portions and was all freshly made very tasty. The service was excellent and the interior is clean and stylish. He was also very affordable. We ordered an onion rings appetizer, it didn't come out until our meal. My burger was lukewarm at best with cold mushrooms and onions. My husbands burger was cooked well when ordered medium well. Great place for a burger, beer and milkshakes within walking distance just outside of downtown St. Augustine and close to the distillery. They have a good beer selection but their burger offerings are what makes this place so great! I had the black and Bleu burger, crumbled Blue cheese on top of a blackened burger with sautéed onions. They offer 1/3 or 1/2 pound burgers made with the highest quality meat and you can definitely taste that. They have regular fries and sweet potato fries which were wonderful. They have a small bar area with televisions and a shake counter as well. I didn't try the shakes this time around. You can also order for takeout. Our server was friendly and helpful and attentive. Nice and clean with a cow theme in the restaurant, but a lot of fun and a great burger. They have a parking lot right in front of the restaurant but if that's full you can find some street parking. read more

Tonight was our first visit to 123 Burger House and we loved it. The family had the Farmer Joe, 4 of us, and a Turkey Burger and Wings. All were delicious and cooked to our requests. The food came out promptly (and the restaurant was full). We had the privilege of having Noah as our server and he was great! He offered recommendations for food choices and was prompt and courteous. We didn't try the burger, though that's what we were originally looking for - we got the pizza and WOW. They tell you it's a one-person pizza but that's for like Paul Bunyan type people apparently. Cute restaurant with good service. Food was hit or miss at our table though -- Burgers were too salty - especially my mom's burger. It was the Texas special and had onion string crisps on it. The rest were pretty good- just nothing notable. I got the chicken burger (fried). Not much seasoning beyond salt and again very basic. I can't really come up with negatives or positives. This place was easy to find in St. Augustine. There wasn't a ton of parking but it seemed most people walked there along the ways while doing tours. It's a small place. Has a great urban/country chic type theme going on. We came in just as a very large party was also coming in. They had the private room to the side. My husband and I had a table right next to them. As soon as we got in and seated my husband left the table to go to the restroom. During the time he was waiting for the restroom to open up (only one stall per gender) another couple sat down. They were immediately waited on. Even after my husband came back from the restroom we waited another 5 minutes for the server to come over to get our drinks. By that time the other couple already had their appetizers. We shared a double burger with their special sauce on it and fries. The food was very good! Our server was nice but you could tell she was over loaded with work. We ordered cheese sticks as appetizer. It came out 10 minutes after we got our food. I'm sure we will try this place again as we live near by but as a first impression, we weren't impressed. read more
