Walk in , watch your step it's many dark wall areas decorations, very dark steps so if you're handicap, please do watch out and might need to get some help. I feel that you get to be seated at the table of your choice. The menu options are very clear, but also the same time there's not that many that I feel that are very healthy to pick from and a very actually disappointing that some of the paper is really wrinkle as you're looking at the menu and Vegan selection is not a very bright or a wild factor and I had a salad and I was on a disappointing site. Actually, the salad dressing options can and I'm not even from that state and I feel that the stirfry can be improved. It was very bland no flavor not much texture. It was very boring. Customer service was OK. It wasn't great. The decorations were just all the same theme and it made me feel a little uncomfortable almost to the point where I had to cut my meal off shortly I had to ask for it to go box.

i'm always on the hunt for more vegan restaurants, so i was excited to find one world cafe. you have to use the side entrance and it's not immediately obvious where to go. the inside is mostly cute, but i was seated at a table across from the bar which wasn't very cozy. i ordered the triple p curry, which was pretty good! the flavor was definitely good, but it's advertised as crispy tofu and it's definitely not crispy. i also think the curry:rice ratio is a little too high, more rice would balance it out more. the rice is advertised as basmati, but it seemed like it was a different kind of rice. the portion sizes are large enough to take leftovers home. the staff was cordial but not very friendly while i was there, but i wanted to sit and eat with minimal interruptions so that was fine. i've heard their sandwiches are good, and if i go back i will order something else.

One World is the vegan casual stand-by in Baltimore - for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a full coffee bar and a full bar. I have been coming here since 2003, and this place is consistent. If you are vegan/veg or are entertaining guests who are, this place should be at the top of your list. This review focuses on their vegan food, but they have a great vegetarian menu that I just haven't sampled in years. Beverages: They have lots of options. I like their soy lattes (see pic). They also have an extensive tea list. You can get lots of good juice, love getting the carrot juice. I haven't really tested out the bar, but by the consistency of its occupancy at all hours, including the AM, I imagine that it's great. Breakfast: Tofu scrambler is a favorite of mine. I suggest adding their salsa which us great. They have great sweet vegan breakfast options (try the vegan French toast!), too, but I am more of a savory breakfast person. Lunch: They have a daily fresh vegan burger that is always awesome - made from scratch. I'll reiterate, the vegan lunch menu is huge. You can get delicious chili, a Philly steakless, quesadilla, nachos, and the list goes on. Don't miss out on the chickn salad when it's on the menu! Dinner: You can get all of the lunch items, and they have a great and varied choice of vegan entrees suitable for date night. I love the enchiladas, and they have great specials - love the sloppy Joe's and vegan stroganoff, to name a few. Dessert: Their vegan desserts are to die for! Robin is their vegan baker, and her cakes are always on point. Do not miss out on the coconut or vanilla cakes (often made with some fruit filling)! The moistness of these cakes will bring a tear to your eye. Service/atmosphere: It's got a laid back college vibe, but the dining room sets the tone for a casual date night. The servers are great, and the food comes out fast and hot (I'm always shocked at how fast). Kelly will treat you like family as do the owners, Cindy and Sue. They accommodate any special request with a smile. Just the staff, service and the vibe are worth coming back here for again and again. And, DO NOT MISS their vegan Thanksgiving! Always in my top 5 meals of the year. All in all, you need to put OWC in your vegan/veg rotation. Enjoy!

Delicious. Will be back. Fun secret alcohol menu that is only delivered via word of mouth from waitress.

One World Cafe is a quaint little bakery and breakfast spot located right outside of the Doubletree at John Hopkins University. I recently stopped in with some friends on the way back to Hampton Roads from Baltimore. They specialize in vegan/vegetarian options, so the most meat you'll find in one of their entrées is fish (for those that are pescatarian.) I ordered a smoked salmon omelet with cheddar cheese home fries, wheat toast, and a caramel iced coffee with coconut milk. The food could've used a tad bit more seasoning; however, I left feeling, full, satisfied, and energized for the road trip back home. Service was great too, our waitress was helpful and made sure my friends and I were accommodated throughout our meal. There was virtually no wait time for us to be seated and our food came out very shortly after we ordered. All in all, I would have to recommend One World Cafe for anyone looking for a good filling brunch and good fast service. I can't wait to go back and try some of their vegan desserts. They looked yummy.

Great place for a Vegan meal and yes they recommend a reservation as it is really busy …read more We ordered the mushroom pasta , the Salmon with pasta , steak dinner and their famous ice cream bread pudding desert . All very delicious. Oleum is one of Baltimore's , fully plant-based restaurants, serving creative, internationally inspired vegan cuisine. Located in the historic Fells Point neighborhood (with previous operations near the Inner Harbor), the independent, locally owned eatery is famous for scratch-made dishes that appeal to both vegans and meat-eaters alike Location & HoursAddress: 701 S. Bond St, Baltimore, MD 21231 (Fells Point)Vibe: An intimate, rustic dining space with a bar, exposed brick, and cozy sidewalk seating. Open for lunch, dinner, and a popular weekend brunch. Operating hours can vary, so check Oleum Vegan Kitchen for the current schedule. The MenuCreated by chef-owner Alisha Adibe, the menu avoids highly processed meat substitutes in favor of fresh, global flavors and scratch-made vegan cheeses and meats. Popular highlights include:Miso Mushroom Bucatini: A fan-favorite pasta fusing Mediterranean flavors with inspiration from the chef's time living in Japan.Artisanal Pizzas: House-made dough topped with ingredients like harissa-marinated mushrooms, tahini, and hummus.Brunch: Highlights include their "strawberries and cream" or cinnamon pancakes, as well as hearty breakfast burritos.Desserts: The tofu-based tiramisu and carrot cake are highly rated . While walk-ins are welcome at the bar, the main dining room is highly sought-after so make a reservation . The menu is 100% dairy-free and meat-free, with various gluten-free options available.

Creative, complex, and unexpected--and incredibly thoughtful. I definitely see why this is considered vegan fine dining: I'd think you'd have to be nothing short of a master chef to craft some of these dishes using only plant-based ingredients. It was fun to try a few of their 'how on earth did they make this vegan' menu items, but I also wish we'd ordered some dishes that are naturally closer to vegan, as I think that's where I'd be really blown away (beyond the novelty value, as a non-vegan diner). Highly recommend ordering a bunch of dishes and sharing them across the table so you get to sample lots of different foods and preparations. We ordered: SMALL PLATES Ravioli bravas Maryland style crab cakes Shrimp scampi ENTREES Blackened alfredo Mushroom miso bucatini Meat lovers pizza I went in with unrealistic expectations because I'd been told 'it tastes just as good as the non-vegan version--SERIOUSLY!' and because of the caliber of the restaurant, I didn't think to manage those expectations. So I hit a bit of an uncanny valley with pretty much all of the dishes: it tastes a lot LIKE a crab cake, but something's off about it...this is the FLAVOR profile of shrimp scampi, but the texture isn't right...etc. (except for the pastas, which I'll say none of us were very impressed by). I think that's a lot of their branding, though, because even their menu design is setting you up with that (wrong, imo) expectation: I actually had to confirm with the bartender that this was a vegan restaurant, because they list bacon, sausage, parmesan, provolone, and beef in their dishes! It's very confusing, haha. I think if I didn't have those expectations going in, and went in more with the curiosity of 'wow, how do they make a mushroom-based crab cake? or tofu that tastes like shrimp?!' that would have been a much better dining experience for me. After coming to the above realizations, I'm looking forward to returning and trying the dishes with a different lens. And I want to order some that are naturally plant-based, as I imagine those are really going to shine--no uncanny valley to be seen!

Pre order was easy, I did it all via my phone a couple of weeks in advance. Pickup was also super easy, I found parking right on the street, went in, and had my food all in my hands in less than ten minutes. The slider tray consisted of 10 Sliders. There were two each of Meatball Parm, French Onion Melt, Cheeseburger Cheesesteak, BBQ Jackfruit and Oyster Chick'n. All of them were well done, held up in transit and tasted good as leftovers. That being said, the BBQ Jackfruit were my favorite. If you ever have the chance to get your hands on her BBQ Jackfruit, definitely do it! The sliders came with three sides: a container of Bourbon Baked Beans, Traditional Mac Salad and Chips and Chili Queso These were also well done. Price wise, My Mamas Vegan seemed comparable to other vegan places in the area. I think the slider tray cost about 40 dollars and I, eating everything myself, had leftovers for days. The menu is constantly rotating. Follow their Instagram page where they list their weekly menu as well as specials and pop ups that are running or will be coming up.

I can't speak on the customer service because I didn't talk to anyone. I ordered at the kiosk and they called my number and that was it. I paid $19.45 for my meal. I order a side of falafels (3) and the street bowl with beef flank, tzatziki, and mild red pepper sauce. The falafels were way too crispy. I feel like compared to other falafels I've tried these were on the hard side. Thankfully I had some tzatziki sauce to dip them in, if I didn't, they would have been a little hard to eat. The flavor was okay but the texture was not appealing. I really wanted to get beef shawarma but they were out so I opted for the beef flank. I wish I would have just gotten chicken instead. The bowl came with rice and a lettuce salad that was underneath the beef. I'm not sure if the lettuce had arugula in it as well, but the lettuce gave sort of a bitter taste which I did not care for at all. Did not taste good so I would add a lot of tzatziki sauce to it to cut down on the bitter taste. The beef was okay, nothing to rave about. I was just very underwhelmed with my food. Not sure if I would give it a try again. If so, I would definitely get something else or build my own bowl maybe. Try it for yourself and see how you like it.

The location is everything! Right in downtown Baltimore's up and coming Peninsula area, directly across from the Sagamore Rye Distillery. It's a fresh, developing spot that's definitely on the rise. The exterior is sleek and minimal, but once you step inside, boom!!! It's loud, lively, and unapologetically bold. Think vibrant colors, massive wall graphics, and a staff that greets you with energy and personality. They literally call you out as you walk in and it's hilarious and welcoming. Special shoutout to Zaneka (hope I'm spelling that right!) she was amazing. Patient, fun, and super helpful with all our first-timer questions. We were the first ones at the door when they opened, so we had the place to ourselves for a bit! We wanted to try EVERYTHING, but settled on: - The infamous One Night Stand - The Slutty Chicken Caesar Wrap - Both with Slutty Fries - And of course, the Oreo Cookie Milkshake to top it off Everything was flavorful and fun, definitely a unique twist on plant-based comfort food. My only drawback on my One Night Stand was that the Baltimore locations menu indicates that they add in chili on the burger which is not indicated on the online versions of the menu. I'm not a spicy food eater and I THINK that's what put the spice in this burger, I'll have it removed when I come back, but overall everything was pretty good. We ate in so our fries were hot and extra crispy. The milkshake was on point as well. I tried the pomegranate slutty ORGANIC lemonade on the go out and I have no regrets, very robust in flavor and really good. I am definitely a fan. Will be back to try other items on the menu. Drinks: Baltimore Vice -- strawberry-forward with a Don Q rum float, coconut foam, and freeze-dried strawberries. Light, refreshing, and very easy to drink. Piñata Riot -- a tequila twist on a jungle bird. Slightly bitter, tropical, and well-balanced. Both cocktails were solid and worth ordering again. Food: Green Chili Burger -- while it didn't quite hit true Albuquerque green chile standards, it was still flavorful and satisfying. A strong menu option. Zucchini Brie Pancake -- the standout dish. Unexpectedly balanced between sweet and savory, rich without being too heavy, and something I'd absolutely reorder. Overall: Great first impression. The menu has a lot of variety, the cocktails are creative and well-executed, and it feels like one of those places you could keep coming back to and try something new every time. Would I go back? We sampled a variety of dishes, including the Caesar salad, Hangover Burger, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, Elvis pancakes, and a quesadilla--and overall, the experience was a solid 4/5. The Caesar salad stood out with its fresh ingredients and what tasted like homemade croutons. The Hangover Burger was cooked perfectly to order and packed with flavor, though the garlic fries it comes with are very garlicky--something to keep in mind if you prefer a milder side (you may want to request plain fries). The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was simple but delicious, while the Elvis pancakes--topped with bacon and peanut butter--were a standout and a must-try if you're feeling indulgent. The quesadilla was also very good, paired with an impressively flavorful broth that elevated the dish. To top it off, the iced coffee was bold and strong, but still smooth and refreshing. One thing to note: street parking is limited in the area, so plan accordingly when visiting. Overall, Golden Key West offers great food, solid portions, and a cool atmosphere that's definitely worth checking out.
