    Cars in the showroom

I've stopped by HCC many times now, and it's always a great experience. The cars are genuinely interesting, and the people there clearly care about what they do. Patrick in particular is super knowledgeable (especially with 993s) and very easy to talk to. No pressure, just someone who knows his stuff and shares your enthusiasm. I've also been to a couple of their car shows, and they're some of the best I've seen in Dallas. Whether you're looking for something specific or just passionate about cars and want to hang out, it's a great spot. 10/10 recommend.

Looking for a Used Car can be a daunting task. I had been doing my homework and looking hard. When…read moreI walked into BBC I knew I was in the right place. Craig came out to greet us and he was so accommodating. Then Steve came out, what a great demeanor, and is very seasoned in the business. He was such a pleasure to work with! Their selection of cars are the cream of the crop and at a fair market price, like I said I did my homework. I bought a beautiful SUV there. Craig and Steve walked me through the financing in a breeze. Thank You Guys! This is a high caliber dealership with genuine people. Highly Recommend

We purchased a 2015 suburban from BBC Motorsports back in March. We had a fantastic purchasing…read moreexperience but I decided to wait and post my review after we'd driven the car a few months. Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

Tests drives were insightful learning all the new technology in the newer vehicles. I highly recommend Andre Sudol, Octavio Aceves and Timothy Mata! The finance team Andres Mata is a super star! I feel confident with my decisions and respectful discussions that met my needs for my budget. I also had the pleasure of working with Nisa Hearns and Patricia Jointer. The new GM, James Mitchell has created a great, cohesive team that works well together. I have been a customer for a few years and it is nice to know that when I need to drop my car off for maintenance you are in the best of care with Robert Estrada, the courtesy driver. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!…read more I purchased a vehicle in cash from John Eagle Honda of Dallas approximately 1 1/2 months ago and still have not received the title or bill of sale. I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, but my calls continue to be redirected to voicemail and no one has provided a resolution or clear update. As a cash buyer, I expect all ownership paperwork to be completed and provided within the required timeframe. This delay is unacceptable and is preventing me from properly handling registration and ownership matters. I am requesting: * Immediate status of the title * A copy of the bill of sale * Written confirmation of when all documents will be provided If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with complaints through the Texas DMV, Texas Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau.

We traded in two vehicles, so this wasn't a simple deal. There were a lot of moving parts. Chuy handled the front end with patience and zero pressure. He actually listened to what our family needed and made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Behind the scenes, Nick helped structure everything so the numbers worked -- and somehow our monthly payment didn't increase, even with the upgrade to a full-size Expedition. That mattered to us. The whole process felt straightforward and honest. No games. No surprises. Just people who know what they're doing and care about getting it right. We brought the Expedition home and our kids looked like it was Christmas morning. Nicolle is still talking about how smooth everything went. After this experience, we wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else but Planet Ford Dallas. Chuy and Nick earned that loyalty.

The sales process was smooth, efficient, and overall one of the better vehicle purchases I've had. Unfortunately, things changed once I needed service. At just 6,000 miles, I experienced a serious issue with the truck. About a week ago, I was stopped at a red light and, when the light turned green, I pressed the accelerator but the truck wouldn't move. After a brief moment, it returned to normal, so I didn't think much of it. Then last night, while driving home from Walmart, the same thing happened again, except this time it was much worse. Multiple warning lights came on stating that several systems had malfunctioned, and the truck went into what appeared to be a reduced-power mode. I couldn't drive more than 50 MPH, and every time I pressed the accelerator, the truck would sputter, hesitate, or simply not respond with any power. In my opinion, that's a major safety concern, especially with the amount of traffic we deal with in the DFW area. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a truck that cost close to $90,000. For a vehicle at that price point, having these kinds of major drivability and safety-related issues at only 6,000 miles is ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. I understand that defects can happen, but when you're spending nearly $90K on a premium truck, you expect both the vehicle and the support behind it to be significantly better. When I contacted the service department, I expected at least some sense of urgency. Instead, I was told my only option was to drop the truck off and wait approximately three days just for diagnostics because they are backed up. To make matters worse, my service advisor wasn't particularly friendly and showed very little concern about the situation, even after reviewing my vehicle information and seeing that multiple fault codes had been triggered. The dealership also had no loaner vehicles available, meaning I would be without transportation during the entire process. First impressions matter, and it's disappointing that I haven't even made it to my first scheduled service before having this kind of experience with the service department. While the sales team earned my business, the service experience has left me seriously questioning whether I'll return to this dealership for future maintenance or repairs. A great purchase experience means very little if the dealership isn't there for its customers when a serious problem arises.
