I swore I'd never cheat on my hair stylist, until I came across the stylists at One11 Hair Studio. The entire vibe from the moment you step into their salon is serene and exhilarating, all at once. The owners, Esteban and Richard are extremely welcoming and sweet. It was so much fun hearing about how they started their careers over twenty years ago and later came to share their dream together. The passion for their work really shines through them. Not to mention - you're barely ten steps in the door before they're offering you espresso, cappuccino or a baked treat. Anyone that knows a true Yelper, knows that good food and coffee is a sure way to win over their heart. These are my kind of peeps! The look of the salon is modern, upscale and chic. Definitely great for a good photo shoot once these guys leave you looking, in the words of the great Beyoncé, f l a w l e s s ! I have never put any color in my hair other than blonde, so I was extremely nervous about how pink would look on me. If you're looking for someone to make you feel confident about stepping out of your hair's comfort zone, look no further than leaving your strands in Charlie's hands. Seeing his work in pictures is one thing, but actually having him work his magic on your head is another. I am SO happy with how my pink locks came out. After dyeing my hair, he styled it into perfect soft curls and best of all, took pictures of my new look in front of one of the cool murals in their studio. No having to awkwardly take a selfie - this salon is a no judgement zone and they all make sure to make you feel and look glam. All in all - five stars for this team! I was initially nervous to try a new salon, as it's hard to find a good blonde colorist, but the reviews were outstanding for One 11. I booked a consultation at first, so that I could get a feel for the place and the stylists. Richard was very professional and spent a good amount of time with me, talking about my hair, the thickness, the texture, and what I was trying to achieve. He was very transparent about what he could do for me and the pricing. I appreciated the time he took to learn about my hair ahead of time. My first appointment went very well, and everyone at the salon made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Richard is an amazing individual, both personally and professionally, and we had a lovely conversation. Ricardo is the sweetest and gives the best head massages! The vibe of the salon is very relaxing and positive. It's not overcrowded with stylists, so there's a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. This past weekend was the second time Richard colored my hair, and I trusted him fully as a stylist, which is hard for me to do! But he nailed it. My color, cut, and blow dry were exactly what I wanted, and I'm so grateful to have found this salon. read more

One 11 Hair Studio has won me over. I've definitely found a second home lol. The ambiance is the most unique I've experienced here in the Miami area. Every employee and service has an extremely personalized touch and it's visible that the salon is made by passionate professionals. Also, as soon as you arrive you are offered endless options of snacks and drinks and even encouraged to put on your musical requests. They'll serve you anything from a cappuccino to a glass of champagne, Seriously! EVERY SINGLE PERSON in there is vibrant and fun. The dynamic felt between the staff is one of the details that impacted me most. Each of them are lovely and obviously there not only to work but to make the day an exciting experience for everyone. It is a small boutique style salon, so going is a special experience. The interior is a mix between industrial and modern chic with very warm touches all over. It is set up with different sections for each service and it literally feels like being in your own home getting pampered! I've been coming to One11 for almost 4yrs and I absolutely love the entire team. I followed my incredible stylist and friend Scott Alan, who's been doing my hair since 2014, to this salon in 2019 & immediately fell in love with the aesthetic & vibe. The owners Richard & Esteban are wonderfully talented & pride themselves on making sure the entire team is staying up on not only education but also the latest cut & color trends, and it's also a fantastic salon for folks with curly hair! Not to mention, Ricardo is hands down bar none the best hair washer in South Florida (highly recommend just going for a wash...lol). The energy in this salon is always on point as is the music & they use the best products on the market. I'm a huge fan of Davines & Ouidad & this is one of the few salons that uses both! My husband gets his beard trimmed by Richard and he is amazing. We have been to 3 other salons and Richard is the BEST hairdresser we have found in South Florida. Richard is not expensive and he has the best prices I have found. You never have to wait long and he is very flexible with getting an appointment. He also colors my husband hair and he is the best I have found of any salon in South Florida. I highly recommend Richard and he is also one of the owners. Great find he is a hidden gem. read more

This place is simply amazing! Not only the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, but the quality of their work is brilliant!
