Sat on the porch waiting for 15 minutes to be served. I had to flag a Server down. Then we got drinks. They were very pricey. Then we ordered a appetizer. It was cheesy tater tots. Except they gave us 9 tots in cheese. We couldn't split it. We paid the tab and went across the street to a better venue. read more

The Bao Buns were incredible and the Banh Mi Burger was fantastic. Really relaxed atmosphere in a great spot on the square.

The Funky Buddha was very delicious! The cider boy grape flavor was very tart too! Nice and cozy environment. Definitely recommend coming here!! read more

Totally sucks. Food was pretty decent but the service is overwhelmingly awful. 55min before we got our drinks. The waitress was good. I left a note on the bill telling her to work somewhere else. Hope she knows that I meant it in a positive way. read more

Today, 6/24/2020 we had a great experience. First time we have been here! My son had the bacon cheese burger plain and I had the Grecian salad with Chicken both were very good! We sat outside, they have seating out front or on the side. Employees wore mask and we sat outside on the side of the restaurant. The food was good but, I believe the service could have been better. I had 2 beers asked for a cold glass before the first one went cold and had to wait and wait until the server came by so "I" could ask for another beer, Never asked if I would like another cold glass. She did fill our water glasses a couple of times. Overall great outdoor seating, place was clean, people are friendly, food was very good, and I would return! read more

We've gone twice in the last ten days even though we live 30 miles away. It's that good. Food quality is excellent. Chicken biscuit was delicious, My wife loved the gnocchi but for me the French dip was the real stand-out. Fresh cut fries go great with any sandwich. Great beer selection, attentive service. I had wanted to try this place for a few weeks and with the outdoor patio and beautiful weather, we decided to check it out. There was a painter painting the wall right next to the outdoor seating which seemed odd but it wasn't an issue. From the get go, service was very slow overall. We were there almost 2 hours and only ordered 2 appetizers and 2 salads. Unfortunately when we ordered our drinks, the waitress spilled a glass of red wine all over our table and mostly on me. I'm pretty sure my shirt is ruined. The waitress brought me lemon water and one napkin to clean the mess from my shirt. Our drinks were comped to make up for this. The food was underwhelming. The hummus was bland in the hummus appetizer. The calamari breading crumbled right off the calamari. The sauce that came with It was oil based and tasted more of oil than seasoning. The salads were decent. Overall, it was not a great experience. I don't know if they were too busy or the waitress was too embarrassed to check on us after the wine incident or what but we did not feel like valued customers especially considering what happened. We found this restaurant by accident. The wait was an hour for the restaurant we were planning on going to. We talked to our friends and thought it wouldn't hurt to look around for a 2nd option. We stepped in One13 North and looked over the menu. They said there was a 20 min wait for our party of 6. It only took 5 minutes and they seated us. Service was great - friendly staff, drink refills on alcohol and water were prompt. Food was impressive. Different food combinations were good. I wasn't a huge fan of the tater tots but my husband like them. I'm picky about fries and theirs were delicious. We'll be back! read more

If you want to wait 25 minutes for a server while she completely ignores you and serves the people two tables about non stop then this is the place for you. We walked out after waiting 25 minutes to be told have a nice night by the hostess who knew we hadn't been greeted or severed because we were right next to her. We ended up here by default but we will be back! The restaurant we had been waiting to get into lost power 30 minutes into us waiting for a table. So we decided to walk across the street and we are happy we did. They welcomed us and seated us almost immediately. We could tell they weren't expecting such a crowd, but the other restaurant's lost was totally their gain! The owner took our 4yos drink order right away (chocolate milk) and was back in an instant with a kids cup and lid, little touch but huge difference. Everything looked good on the menu. We asked if there was a kids menu and unfortunately they don't have one. I'm from CP and I knew that the same family owned the diner next door so I asked if they could order it from there for us. And at first the waitress didn't think they could do it so we pieced together something our son agreed to eat. When our food came they told us that they were able to make it work for us so my son got his spaghetti and meat sauce. He was thrilled, then he asked for pickles and guess what? The waitress brought him some. Honestly I could just stop there because whatever I thought of my meal doesn't even matter. Them doing whatever they could to make my little guy happy, in turn making us happy and able to enjoy our night was all we needed. Our burgers were outstanding!! I will say I did not care for the homemade tots as they were more like potato balls but my husband loved them. I definitely will be back and hopefully they will have a kids menu or at least offer something from next door. Our waitress was super friendly. read more

We have been at this restaurant previously when it was the zodiac. We probably won't go back. We got a lot of food but only a couple of things qualified as great and several things qualified as subpar. The homemade tater tots were not hot. The chicken wings were just okay. Chicken strips were burned and we sent them back. The little shrimp sandwiches for delicious and the calamari was okay or a little better than okay. Our waitress was wonderful and the service was exceptionally slow. we ordered the desert and it took 15 minutes to appear. Everything was just too slow. They must have spent a lot of time on the menu with food descriptions which sounded nice but like most Crown Point restaurants they just can't get it right,we never walk away and say wow that was great that is why we always end up in Valparaiso, that town does it right. I was treated poorly in this restaurant today. The waitress/manager was condescending and rude. I asked for a drink and she wanted me to decide from her ratty menu right away. When I got up to leave she approached and explained that she was the manager. This shocked me, because you would think someone in management would know how to treat people. She said the reason for her tone was because I gave her a nasty look after being carded. It was a look of incredulity and not nastiness, because I'm old enough to be her mother. Even so, why repay what you misread as nastiness with nastiness. You'll never catch me in this place again. read more
