Solid spot! Realistically would give closer to a 4.3 (based on pricing), but rounding up since food and service were good. My husband and I swung by recently with a craving for nachos and were glad we did. Nachos were the perfect size for two people, we just wished it had a little more steak (which was an $8 upcharge). Also got a couple of tacos.. one was the huitlacoche, which was definitely more authentic than we've seen elsewhere (other places we've been to in the city have just used regular mushrooms and just called it huitlacoche). Flavor was good, though more subtle than what we've had in Mexico. We also got a carnitas taco, which had a generous serving of pork however was dripping in oil. They didn't have a lot of the beer listed on their menu, so would keep that in mind too. Not super crowded on a Friday night, so we were able to actually hear each other talk! read more

So good, I can't say enough about this place. This place had such a lively atmosphere at 7pm on Saturday night, we luckily were able to get a spot outside on a warm spring evening. If you're near Williamsburg, you must stop and try this Authentic Mexican place. Everything was so tasty and delicious. They have dishes that you simply can't get at most other places. (thinking Huitlacoche and Flor de Calabaza tacos) We started with a round of drinks and some Guac and chips. My wife and daughter had the Cucumber Mezcalita (which was fantastic), I had a pint of Monopolio Negra, my first time with this great Mexican lager (served nice and cold). The chips were warm and the Guacamole was so fresh and tasty. For dinner my wife had the Huitlacoche and Carnita tacos, my daughter had the Chorizo taco. I had a beef burrito. All were so delicious. As an added bonus, we were able to try an additional taco, the Flor de Calabaza taco. (so good) Carlos who took care of us was the best. He spent a lot of time talking with us about the restaurant and the specific dishes. This was such a great experience I can't wait to go back again. read more

Walked in to this place to meet a friend for a drink and catch up on a Sunday night. We were the only sitting guests at that time but really enjoyed our time there and the attention from Carlos, who provided great service. It was pretty chill, low lights and low music... Carlos knew that I didn't eat meat and he suggested their Mexican soy chorizo and it was really good. I had the burrito bowl - white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, side salad and the soyrizo! My drink was also amazing- it was a mezcal cucumber flavored - sweet and smoky. I'll def come back here soon. read more

Ordered unlimited margaritas and they were delicious and really strong . Amazing service, very accommodating, we were seated by an open window and it def gave a nice breeze for this hot New York summer. We started with appetizers the guacamole was good was surprised they put pomegranate in it but it def did taste good. The drinks were pretty strong and tasty. We got the mojito, michelada and one of the pineapple drinks. We ordered to steak and eggs and also pancakes. Very good food!
