    Chinese Sausage Fried Rice
    Tara E.

I loved trying onefold! I came in from out of town and went here for brunch and I was not disappointed! I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee and the Chinese sausage fried rice for breakfast. The iced coffee had the perfect amount of sweetness from the condensed milk while still tasting like coffee. The Chinese sausage fried rice was delicious and was a great portion size (I had some leftovers!). The staff was nice and got our food and drinks out very quickly even on a busy Saturday morning. They have a nice patio with seating and plenty of seating inside. Overall, a great brunch spot!

I never make bad reviews, but the instant stomach pain after eating this food was so unreal. The chilaquiles tasted like soggy Doritos... Although, I really enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee!

Breakfast croissant with sausage and fuck fat potatoes

Had a long wait between appointments so we walked over here to have some brunch. The sandwich was good. Enjoyed the sausage. Pretty basic. The duck fat potatoes though. I would die for them. Also got an iced latte that was amazing too!

The chorizo breakfast burrito was incredible. Come 100% recommend! Also tried the raspberry syrup in my cold brew coffee.... we just picked up our food to go, but wish we had time because the restaurant was super aestheticly pleasing as well.

Food is wasn't good at all. Not horrendous but not good. I love the ambiance in there. As for service I hate going to places where I have to order up front. Especially for the food to come out barely mid.

Love the concept and their menu. Years ago when they first opened I was here and ordered their congee. It had good flavors but I remembered it was so salty I didn't want to come back again, until today - 10 years later. People love this place and they get rave reviews. Customer service was great and the restaurant clean. Very small cozy space and the seating is first come first serve. You grab the tables as they become available. Our group ordered the orange cream soda, the matcha lavender latte, oat latte for our beverages. Matcha latte with lavender syrup was very sweet, the oat latte creamy, and the orange cream soda was a first for us w fresh OJ. We also ordered the Chinese sausage fried rice, the roasted duck noodle, the duck fried rice and the breakfast burrito w green chili. Except for the Chinese sausage fried rice, everything else was so salty that it was almost intolerable. The Chinese sausage fried rice was good, but super oily. Interesting that the duck noodle was a shredded duck meat... probably easier to use for their fried rice and noodles... and wondering if their clienteles are more from non-Asian backgrounds so it's boneless. Our entire party was sleepy right after, so I'm curious if it's not just salt but msg as well. No knock on msg as I love it, I just think that it takes away the flavor when the food is super over seasoned. Hey, at least Onefold is consistent in their heavy salting 10 years later... glad the water is self-serve.

Quick breakfast stop after arriving in Denver and it did not disappoint. Although we only tried 2 drinks and one entree, we thought everything was so good. Fried rice was amazing. Espresso martini was well balanced and ofc they use their own espresso. My boyfriend got a latte and also enjoyed it. We will definitely be back whenever given the chance. Quick and friendly service, clean environment and nice ambiance. Also, thank you for being pet friendly Onefold, we appreciate it!

Very casual, efficient dining concept - order at the counter, sit wherever you like, and the food is brought out to you. - Breakfast quesadillas: Satisfying and well-portioned, an easy comfort-forward choice. - Cobb salad: Fresh and balanced, but actually filling - Bacon fried rice: Flavorful and hearty, with enough substance to stand on its own

I can see why this place has amazing ratings. Worth checking out at least once. The service is amazing. The cooks super friendly and look like they are enjoying their job. Professional setting with their uniform--and our food was delicious!! I don't give a 5 only because I feel like our dishes could have had more of a flavor-hit but we for sure will be going back!

My burrito and Vietnamese coffee were great! Great flavors! I just wish when I picked up my burrito it didn't all fall apart. :-( more of a open burrito plate than a tight burrito to hold!

Once again in my happy place. Best breakfast tacos ever! I won't order them anywhere else. The bacon is a must. Service is quick even when they're packed. And if you pay through InKind app you can get 20% back and can use rewards. I applied a $10 coupon and made $4 back. Genius. Ambiance is great sitting here inhaling my tacos listening to some fine hip-hop bangers.

The food was so good! The duck fried rice was amazing and delicious. Service was easy since you order at the menu and they bring you your food based on your table number. The ambiance was pleasant for a Sunday afternoon brunch. I can't wait to come back!

Have wanted to come here for a while and finally made it! As you may have read, the space is cute but Tight! You order at the register and we found a couple of counter seats- now onto the important stuff, the food! I got the. Breakfast tacos and I must say, I've never had this version before- and I LOVE THAT! I don't go out to have something I could make at home- these had crispy string potatoes, fluffy eggs, and griddled mozzarella on top- delish and such great texture! Came with 2 salsas that were mild and spicier. Kiddo got breakfast burrito and it was huge, tasty and satisfying! This place did not disappoint!

Crepe and berries. The crepe is nice and malty, I think?

Did someone say ceremonial Matcha? Hell to the yea!…read more I had bookmarked this place for our stay in Denver on our trek from California. We always like to scope out the best coffee spots ahead of time. Little Owl did not disappoint! First, it's always difficult to find ceremonial grade Matcha wherever you go. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.

I tried the Vanilla Latte which was nicely sweetened, creamy, and soothing. The espresso was pulled well and gave me the caffeine kick I needed to start my day. I stopped for a Honey Rose iced latte before my stroll around the park, and was pleased by how flavorful it was. Service was quick, and luckily I got my drink before the morning Sunday rush I saw after me. The only downside was the price. Almost $8 for my medium drink, granted I opted for the $1 oat milk replacement instead of their typical whole milk. But the most surprising thing the pre-added "service charge" of 15% which the front register girl tried to hide on the screen when she turned it around to me for a signature. She initially showed me the screen without it, but then said she forgot something and added that to the tab. I think transparency with these forced gratuities/tips/charges would be great to prevent these surprise encounters, especially with to-go orders. Other than that, I do like the vibe of this place and would find it to be a good quick stop if you're craving a coffee or small bite.

Unfortunately, it didn't taste like traditional Vietnamese coffee. It was quite mild and lacked the bold, rich flavor and sweetness that Vietnamese coffee is known for. Make a reservation--this place fills up fast around lunchtime…read more Came here during a trip to Denver for a friend's wedding. Instantly, my BF pointed to a moderate wall of hot sauces that made my eyes gleam because "spicy" is my not-so-secret food fetish. Y'know. Latte - Very clean flavor; it might be a milder roast. The taste was subtle at first, but it became more fragrant as I took a few more sips. I had been nursing a Dunkin' Donuts coffee up until this point, so my taste buds may have been desensitized. But I did love the strong creaminess of this drink, thanks to the well-foamed milk. The presentation was beautiful, and there's a cute surprise at the bottom! Omelette Asperges & Champignons - Couldn't pronounce any of the ingredients. Didn't bother to try. The first thing I noticed was the CRUNCH. Yes. We love a good crunch from the cured meats. They added a delicious, subtle saltiness and a pleasant layer of texture to the meal. The creaminess and bite of the asparagus also enhanced the texture profile. Flavor-wise? Light and pleasant. Easy to eat after an early flight. Tuna Melt - Bougie tuna salad in the best sort of way. The flavor was creamy, and the sourdough pairing was crisp and perfectly toasted. There's a mild spice to it that I'm fond of, leaving a lingering numbness on my tongue that enticed me to eat more. What can I say? It was thoroughly good. There's also a crunch from the carrots, and for someone who's very texture-heavy when it comes to food, this place nailed that particular sensory experience. The sprouts were another personal favorite--so fresh and unique in their flavor. Perfect for vegetable fans! Bready Goodness + Blueberry Cherry Lemon Jam - 14-year-old sourdough. Say less. Might I say, this sourdough is impeccable with whatever butter they used. And the jam? Clearly not run-of-the-mill. It's very floral, like experiencing a flower field in your mouth, with a lovely lemony scent. This was my personal best experience here. Okay, this jam is literally SO good that we got a little ramekin of it to go. I'm now inspired to pick up jam-making as a hobby because it's incredible that you can create a flavor like this. The small wins in life. Taters Hash Brown - We chose the crispy hash browns to pair with the three sauces we picked. They tasted like hash brown heaven. Once again: texture, texture, texture. Super crunchy and perfectly flavorful. --Horsetooth Hot Sauce (The Green) - Habanero, tomatillo, and serrano. This was my second favorite of the three. The balance between the tang and spice worked much better for me here than in Homegrown Hell. My BF said it had a kick, but I didn't notice. Maybe because my mouth was already on fire. --Sauce Leopard (The 13th Floor) - Apricot and toasted coconut. Very nice and light. I didn't really taste the coconut, but you could tell it had a fruity base. This was my favorite of the three. --Sauce Leopard (Homegrown Hell) - Sichuan tangerine. Much tangier than The 13th Floor, which explains the tangerine, but it wasn't nearly as refreshing. Not a crazy fan of this one. Overall, the textures were easily one of my favorite parts of the meal. Between the cured meats in the omelet, carrots and sprouts in the tuna melt, perfectly toasted sourdough, and ridiculously crunchy hash browns, they really nailed that sensory experience. But that Blueberry Cherry Lemon Jam? That was the winner for me. Any restaurant that sends me home contemplating a new jam-making hobby has clearly done something right.
