I'm not one for writing a review but I super loved my lash extensions. I've been getting my lashes done to different salon but this one is my the best salon I have ever been. I'm not overreacting or exaggerating. My eyes are very sensitive and the glue she is using I can tell is not the one's they buy for cheap. The glue she is using didn't hurt my eye not even a single tear. And I think it was the owner who did my lashes(I forgot to get her name) she is very accommodating. I highly recommend OnFleek. I've gone here three times.. and the past two times I've had bad experiences. First of all.. I want to point out that I deal with anxiety. So during the eyelash process, my eyelids would twitch a lot. The first time I came here, the ladies were polite. They didn't mention anything about the twitching. But the second time.. I could feel that the two ladies were getting irritated with me. I could tell that the two girls were joking about me in their own language . I felt so uncomfortable.. So I didn't speak up for myself. After the second appointment was done.. the lady advised me to not drink coffee. I felt so bad about myself and upset on how I was so treated. So trying to be optimistic.. I gave this place a final chance. So for my third appointment ..it went okay until I was finished . The lady ( I'm guessing Jassie?) Stated to me that I twitch a lot. I told her that I have anxiety and she laughed at me and responded "why?" She applied the cooling gel right after which felt amazing and I had no lingering redness or bumps after like I've had in the past at other locations. I got my eyelashes done here about 2 months ago. I have to say my experience here was good. The process wasn't too bad and didn't take too long. I enjoyed my lashes while they lasted but I found that it's too much maintenance for me. The place is great and my friends all get their eyebrows done here. I have had many positive experiences here before, but tonight made me decide to never go back. I go here for eyebrow threading and brazilian waxing. Tonight I went and inquired if they could do a brazilian and they said yes, it was very rushed though. She kept rushing me throughout the short service. So, she put all a ton of wax on both sides at once (?) and took a larger than normal piece of linen and waxed probably about 2-3x as much at once as normal. Because it was do painful and she had already layed the wax down on the other side of me, I squirmed and my leg folded in, naturally, squishing the wax (that should NOT have been there in the first place). Her response? "Oh no, you have ruined everything." Thank God she did get it all over with quickly. However, she put VERY minimal oil down there afterwards, and because I leave some hair on my labia, this was bad because when I got home I had a TON of hard wax still on me stuck to my panties. I'll spare you all the picture. She also did not shut the door behind her when I was on the table half naked, and there were other people there. Very unprofessional. paid quickly for my services and left, the esthetician got into her car immediately after me and drove off. If she didn't have time to do it, why did she agree? This was not the owner who did this, she is very kind and actually did the best wax down there I've ever had. I just wish she made sure her staff were competent. read more

I needed my brows done and was nowhere near my normal threader. So decided to give this place a try. If you want anything other than a drag queen thin brow DO NOT trust them with your brows. My exact request was this; "leave them as thick as you can and don't touch the length. I basically just want them lightly cleaned up." I also asked to have them tinted. She said she understood and proceeded to thread. The first brow didnt look amazing but nothing you can do once the hair is removed. I reiterated what I wanted and she started on the other brow. She kept stopping to check her work and on about the 4th time of her stopping and wanting to start again I asked for a mirror. She had literally taken 3/4 of my thickness off. It was insane that she was planning to take more off. If I hadnt stopped her I would have no tail left. One side had no arch just a straight line and the other one is an uneven scraggly arch. She asked if I wanted my brows tinted black!!! WTF?! Black? You can see by my pic that I am not even close to having black hair. I declined the tint and told her that my brows werent at all what I had asked for. She didnt have much to say. I paid and even tipped because Im not an a-hole but would never recommend this place. Not even to my enemies. I was having a girls weekend and when my friends saw me they were all assuring me they didn't look bad at all. Things changed after I washed my face and my brow pencil off. They were all horrified at how bare my brows are and how each one has a different shape. Im known for having great brows. Not so much after one visit here. Should have known when I walked in on Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. Every great threading salon is packed on Saturdays. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. read more

But when I first came here right off the bat I fell in love. The owner was so amazing she took her time and would ask if I want a more here or to Leave it etc rather then just doing it and messing up my brows. Worst place I've been to get my eyelashes done. The owner had done my eyelashes personally. Over half had fallen out within the first 4 days, I had called the owner to which she responded was my own fault because I twitched too much. She took me back and filled them a SECOND time continuously making it known that this was MY fault. And still charged me $30 for filling in her mistakes. Do not recommend. Half of your lashes should not fall out in the first week. Both times mine did.. I have had my lashes done several other times At a different salon and have NEVER had an issue. I guess this is why the prices are so cheap, crap service. I suggest you pay a little more and go somewhere else! read more
