This is our go-to place for beef rib cravings! The meat was so tender that it fell right off the bone. Service is super quick, and there's a food court to sit comfortably so you can devour your food properly. Quick, affordable, delicious ribs!

I'm reaaally sad the korean corn dog spot closed down but this place is a good replacement ig LOL. The food here is actually really fire. The katsu is delish, one of my favs fs. The outside is crispy and the inside is pretty tender. The rib was fall off the bone meat. Super flavorful! I am obsessed with the fried skin on chicken wings so the gochujang fried chicken side was PERFECT for me! The shrimp is huge, crispy and also packed with flavor. There is seating outside. There is a common indoor seating area if you keep walking right, past the two other stores.

We got the galbi short rib plate and added half an order of the garlic shrimp. The galbi was very soft and perfectly marinated. The garlic shrimp is deep fried with the shell on giving it a nice crispy texture and packed with fried garlic. Our total came out to be shy of $30 which I felt was a bit pricey for the amount of food. The bed of rice it came with was smaller compared to other places we tried. I didn't feel like the mac salad was anything special either. Overall, it was a yummy spot but due to the high price point I would probably find another spot to try.

A solid spot that's perfect whenever I'm craving Hawaiian food or mac salad. They serve generous portions and have some really tasty sauces that complement the meal well. I also love that it comes with plenty of salad and rice, what a satisfying meal. Everything was flavorful, and I'd come back.

The beef rib plate here is absolutely insane. Not only are the portions ginormous, but the quality of the beef rib is fall off the bone tender and incredibly flavorful. The price point is higher than other local Hawaiian BBQ spots, but I would say it's well worth it. The restaurant is quite small and operates more takeout style, but they have a separate area for dining, both indoor and outdoor depending on your preference. Service is good, but please note if you're ordering takeout, they'll need CC and ID confirmation.

Plate lunches here are just as delicious as on the Hawaiian Islands. First, the garlic butter shrimp...I will dream about it. Second, the bbq chicken was tender and oh-so flavorful on its own; no need for the dipping sauce although the sauce IS super tasty. Next, the rice is topped with furikake and sesame seeds. Sadly, the spicy pork flavor is excellent, but I don't like how it's in small pieces. I referred to it as shrapnel pieces, and my BF thought that was a precise phrase for it. We were disappointed that the gochujang wings were not available on a weekend night at 6:30pm. This a food court location, so if you want to eat hot & fresh, you need to find a table two stalls down in a small inside area with about 6 tables or outside with about the same amount of tables.

Beef rib plate was really good! There were only 2 bar-type tables inside for dine in. If you have a party more than 3 people you may have to sit outside. They sold out of spam musubi so Come early

Ahhhhh-mazing!! Hubby and I were in the area and stumbled across this Hawaiian joint. Located inside an adorable food court, we were hesitant because it was cold out and it seemed like there was only outdoor seating however, they have indoor seating also (yaaaay!). We thoroughly enjoyed the garlic butter shrimp and BBQ beef plate. Huge servings, sooo tasty, and the ribs fell right off the bone. Delicious is an understatement. We've had our share of outstanding Hawaiian food on the North Shore and Maui, so this was a delightful find.

Been wanting to try this place out coz it's near my moms house. Finally made it. It was nice that they had extra seating the next unit over but the day we went, it was hot in there so we didn't eat in. Let me tell you though, if the air situation was fixed, definite 5 stars! The food! The garlic shrimp, gochujang chicken, spicy pork. Yum! The ribs had meat falling off the bone and the mac salad was to my liking. Definitely a place we will go back to often!

My friend and I came right when they opened so plenty of parking in the plaza. I know that the plaza gets busy if you go during dinner times. Inside was so fun and festive z they have restrooms down the hall. I got the beef rib place and it was AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back! The beef and Mac salad were so flavorful and paired so well with the cabbage and rice. I couldn't even finish it in one meal.

My first visit to this restaurant was about the same time in December but over a year ago, so I knew it was going to be at least decent when it popped up as the choice from our weekly lunch roulette. It's located within Yes Plaza, so loads of parking, but not necessarily GREAT parking, the spots are smaller than normal and the light posts between the rows of parking do take up a significant chunk of one of the spots, so don't get too excited when you see an empty spot that no one has taken yet when it's busy. Amongst the many identical glass storefronts of Yes Plaza, this one is an easier one to find, it's in the back corner, one of the few stores that have a fake city building facade. You actually can't miss it. Service was nice and helpful, letting us know that down two storefronts is an indoor eating area with tables. Very useful for us since it was raining that day. Tables were also available outside. We ordered the Beef Rib ($18) and the Galbi plates ($19). The wait wasn't long but it also wasn't quick. The restaurant has a website you can order from so next time if I know I'm going there, I'd place my order while I was on the way driving there. Portions are great. The meat was cooked well. The meat didn't need too much gnawing or effort to get it off the bone and there's a large amount of salad to cut through all the meat that they give. Would recommend to go there if you're in the area or passing by and need to take something home for a meal.

Most other tofu soup places only give you a much smaller bowl with the combo, so you definitely get more here. The ajummas are always super fast and really nice. It's simple and quiet in there, with minimal decor but enough tables and chairs to fit a few different sized groups. Service was average to me, if not a little below that; they serve your food and leave you alone. I don't think the older gentleman came over at all due in our meal except to drop off food, and I had to go up to ask for additional utensils and later, pay for the food. Food (4/5): Honestly, the food was pretty on point. The jook (porridge) came out piping hot and much larger in size than expected, but that explains the higher price point, although not everyone may feel it's justified. I'm used to getting jook from their other Buena Park location to go for sick days, but eating it fresh was so much better. Kids loved it and got several servings. We also got the yukgaejang, which was the perfect amount of spice and a good amount to share if you're not particularly hungry. It had chewy, medium thick vermicelli noodles, came with a bowl of rice and the usual helpings of greens and meat. Restroom was clean, although the soap was strangely watery/watered down. Would we come again? This makes for a tasty and quick meal in the area, so it'd be a decent place to meet up to eat or eat with the fam if you're looking for good Korean comfort food. They also serve a variety of other things like ginseng chicken soup and bibimbap varieties.

For our dinner, we got the: 1) Yumso Tang: -This is their hot and spicy goat soup. - I don't usually get this protein and soup base, but I wasn't the one that ordered. It is a hearty, very strongly goat flavored soup with lots of goat meat inside. -It's no spicier than a Shin Ramyun, so no worries about that, but quite flavorful and has a decent amount of leeks and other veggies inside.
