Our beloved Kody, Siberian Husky was at getting towards the end and they helped us so much with the diagnosis and pain management. One of the doctors came to our house on the day we said our goodbyes. It was beautiful, loving, and full of tears. Kody in his final moments was surrounded by his family with an abundance of love. They took him when left us and called us about a week later. We went to go pick him up and it was just want we wanted. We miss him so much but having him at home with his picture in the front allows us to talk to him and give him pets. We can't thank the team enough for their kindness, patience, and compassion.

The staff were busy attending to all the fur babies and were warm and friendly. Dr. Samantha Cavender saw us and was able to address the cat's issues (and our worries) quickly and confidently. The whole place is immaculately clean and the fresh air in the clinic really struck me! There was no trace residue smell of antiseptic, urine, candle fragrance, nothing! He wears a muzzle because of it. When I previously told them he was scared, they were SO nice to him, gave him treats and lots of pets. My advice going forward is if you have a fearful dog, if you're sensitive, like kind friendly people, do not schedule with Dr Brett. He might talk to you like you're bothering him and tell you your dog sucks. I see all these other reviews and really wonder why he treated me so different. Maybe he had a bad day, maybe he just didn't like me and my dog, either way you shouldn't treat people coming to you for help like they are bothering you. As I started to say no again, she hung up on me mid-sentence. What a rude and inconsiderate way to treat a now FORMER customer or any customer for that matter. I put up with a noisy and filthy atmosphere the first time because of the convenience of their location but no longer. I encourage everyone to avoid that place if you value being treated with respect. With the way they treat humans I can't imagine how poorly they treat the animals when their owners are not present. She was dismissive, snippy, and openly showed her exasperation when I had to look up past medical dates on my phone. After making several rude comments, she left the exam room.
