This is honestly the best consignment store I've ever been to. I have purchased three handbags from them and I'm always so impressed by the quality and pricing. The last Louis Vuitton bag I bought from them still had the plastic on the zipper pulls and I paid far less than retail. Kirsten and Eddie are great to work with for selling items as well. I bought a Louis Vuitton Greenwich GM from this place via their tradesy listing. Got it for $845 had the money taken off my credit card, I sent them an email confirming my address,never received an email back or had my purchased confirmed three days later, my order was cancelled by tradesy due to the seller failing to contact and re-listed for nearly $1000!!!! They never contacted me, but since this is the bag I'm completely in love with I decided to do some research and the going rate is $950 on fashionphile and eBay, so they let my purchase cancel to get more for it. Im a business owner and I understand that businesses are in it to make money, but rule number one is never turn down sure money. I wish the bag wasn't discontinued, but I'll stick to the LV store from now on, at least you can EXPECT to be gouged by them! read more

One day when my girlfriend and I were in town we came upon this store and she fell in love. About a couple months later she decided to sell her LV bag and only wanted to consign it with Eddie. In the world today, you can always find something someplace else, but customer service? Not so much. I work in high-end luxury and customer service and seem to be frequently disappointed. Not here. This is the best high end consignment store. This is the only place I would trust to buy used shoes from. They have very high standards as to what type of pieces they will allow to sell in their store. Whatever doesn't sell at this store goes to their outlet store in Irvine. Came in mid day last Friday and Joelle was the first friendly face I saw. I came in looking for an old medium boy bag or an epi neverfull - both which they didn't have but she was quick to recommend other items in stock that fit my on the go mommy lifestyle. I'm currently on her waiting list and may change my rating if she can find me a dream bag. I gave it four stars because when she explained to me how their consignment works the percentages seemed lower than other places: 40% cash or 60% store credit. I'm sure the high foot traffic of this nice location would sell your items quickly if you need cash now though. read more
