We brought the truck back multiple times, spending hours traveling, but their attempted repairs didn't fix the issue and their explanations were inaccurate. Since then, additional problems have surfaced, including oil leaks (front differential and rear main seal), non-working heat/defrost, electrical issues with lights, a broken radio, and a non-functioning passenger window. We also had concerns with how the deal was handled upfront, including being encouraged to temporarily change insurance in a way that could be considered misrepresentation just to satisfy the bank. Despite giving them opportunities to make it right, Dormans Auto has refused to repair the vehicle or take responsibility. Very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

Turns out, it wasn't the oil pan gasket like Valvoline said it was. It was the oil filter housing and due to Valvoline torquing it too much. Great ethics at this place. Roger got my '94 Virago purring & ready to go for riding season. My beauty of a bike is on her 32nd season, so parts are a bit difficult to come by. Also, you know, carburetors & whatnot. Just old bike things. It's hardly ever an easy task doing work on her - even just replacing the battery is a headache. But in Roger's words "you know me, I love to tinker with shit." He did far more than my meager request for him to just get her running, whatever it takes. He polished this, tightened that, un-dented this, re-wired that. The fairest price - $200 for parts & $300 for labor - hanging out with the cats & yapping with Roger was free of charge. Be sure to inquire about bike work before rolling in, but if they have space for you & your two wheels, this is the place to bring your beloved bike. Thank you Roger & cats!

I was just in my next accident a month ago, so I of course brought my SUV here. The car I was given by the rental company you use was a nice, low-mileage car, and it was in the price range of my car insurance allowance, which was perfect. The same impeccable workmanship as 20+ years ago was given to my SUV, as it came out great! Awesome job again, guys! You're the best in my book!
