My mom loves coming here so when I'm in town we usually go here together. They just got new management so they're having a promo now where you get $5 off if you write a review on Yelp and it's only applicable I think for mani/pedi, gel mani and a few other services. I got the gel mani and my mom got a gel pedi. They're very clean here and really fast. I also got a hand massage after my gel mani. This nail salon is in the target parking lot on willow and Herndon so there's lots of parking. Prices are really good too. I have come here in the past but it's been about a year since coming here. My pedicure was okay. I was charged 5.00 to take off gel and had to request my nails be cleaned. Isn't that the main purpose of pedi?! My nails were polished but I had spots where you could see one coat vs two coats. It's very difficult to relax when yelling is constantly occurring. God forbid you don't understand something that's said or you say something that they find amusing because they will start obviously talking about you in there native language. I have no problem with individuals talking in native language as I am bilingual myself but they are very rude and obviously talking negatively about clients. I think they gave me toenail fungus. I didn't see it until they took the polish off the next time I went in there. The areas of fungus exactly matched where they had dug around the sides of my 2 big toenails on the previous visit. They don't sterilize tools or tubs, and they don't use gloves. Also, the guy who did my most recent manicure didn't even have actual toenail clippers. He was trying (unsuccessfully) to clip my toenails with small cuticle clippers. I had to have them leave my toenails with no polish, and then go home and finish clipping them myself. My doctor confirmed the fungus, and now I have to take prescribed medication for it. I'll find a more sterile spa after it clears up. read more

I've been here a few times and they were great, but my most recent experience has made me start looking for a new place. Got a gel mani/Pedi and the polish was all over the sides of my fingers, so I told the girl doing my nails and asked her to fix a couple where it was pretty bad. She just painted over it, which only made it worse. I hate to complain, so I just let it be, which was a mistake. My nails immediately started coming off/chipping/cracking. I took pictures and planned to go ask them to fix them the next day, but then got exposed to Covid and was quarantined for 4 days. When I got my negative test results, I came in & explained the situation. At first someone was going to fix them, but then I was told (rudely) that they can only fix one of the nails. I said Ok, just remove them and I'll go elsewhere, but they said to wait. So I've been here a good 20 minutes while they decide what to do, and told me I should have come the next day, covid or not. Someone finally got here to fix it & said she'd only fix one, so I'm having them removed. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

Some of the ladies are very rude. There were 3 of us and sat 2 of us and said my daughter will get to sit with us shortly after. A spot opens up for my daughter, and they try to sit her far away from me. I'm like no she's not comfortable with sitting away from me. She's only 8. When are the nail ladies made a comment saying that they have other people waiting that she needed to take that spot and I said no. Then the nail lady didn't let my daughter pick her color. Very satisfied with my pedicure. They line the chair sinks with plastic so the environment is that much more sanitary for your feet. The chairs fully recline - it was a struggle not to take a nap while my feet got pampered. I opted for the regular pedicure and it was great, I can only imagine what the cadillac "your feet will feel amazing" pedicure is like. I never have cash and their payment system doesn't let you add tips to your card, but they have an ATM machine inside that doesn't add an outrageous fee to withdraw money so I could easily leave my gal a tip. read more

Gel pedicure peeled up not even two hours later while I was in bed (literally just laying around) I came back the next day (with the receipt and they didn't remember me coming) The rest of my toe polish was peeling when I took off my shoes so I asked for a refund but was told they would reprint them. They said the reason they peeled was because it was the "sparkle color" I picked (really?!?!) I won't come here anymore. Price isn't that great and the salon was loud and packed. I was so excited to get my nails done I never treat myself I went in and they rushed doing my hands with no massage Because they were telling the lady to go start another client so I paid 35 bucks for a basic manicure and gel nail polish no massage nothing extra. Picked the largest package $80 bucks with extra massage the guy didn't even care or try. They rubbed my feat for less then a few min and the hot rocks was even less and never on my feet he was rushing to get to another group of girl that just came in. I will never go there again or recommended them I'm fine if you want quick and fast for 115 bucks I was done with everything in 40 min and my extra 20 min massage was 11 min. It was a cute little place, however its unfortunate that the services weren't good. I had a simple regular manicure nothing unusual. They put my fingers in a tiny bowl if cold water for about 60 seconds. The entire manicure from start to finish couldnt had been more than 15 minutes. The nail polish was not applied on my nails very smoothly. The worse part was that i dont think the nail nippers or the cuticle pusher were sanitized. The manicurist pulled them out of a rolling stackable drawer and them threw them back into the drawer when she was finished using them on me. Overall experience was not pleasant. I will never be back, I've been going consistently for almost a year now and I've never had an experience like this. I simply was trying to explain that there was a communication barrier between me and the nail artist, which is FINE. I went simple because I'd rather pay less and get something simple rather than pay more and not be sure that the artist knows what I want. I told the artist multiple times I didn't want acrylic or dip or color, I had to physically bring the sign over to show that I wanted the hybrid gel enchantment. Even after telling her she kept trying to convince me to get things I didn't want. I just wanted a natural looking nail (white or clear with light pink ombre ) so that my nail was strong to grow on its on while looking natural. The amazing clerk (she was such a sweetheart and I give her a 5 star only) realized I hadn't gotten what I wanted coming in and I explained to her that I don't like conflict or to create a scene and just explained there was too much of a communication barrier to have gotten what I originally wanted ( I did not understand the nail artist nor did I feel like she understood what I wanted). Which again is fine - the clerk told me that it would be fine and no scene would be caused and she would talk to the manager and explain and make sure that she understood my anxiety with the situation. Not only did the manager get directly in my personal space but so did the artist! Both of you crowded me and wouldn't let me even talk or explain what had happened, I wasn't even MAD that I didn't get what I wanted! All I wanted to do was try and explain what I did want and go back and fix it to the original idea if possible - if not cool understandable. But I couldn't get any words out without the artist being angry that she did what I said (again never the issue) or the manager implying that I didn't get it due to the price. (Your 66 dollars wasn't going to break my bank but I sure wasn't willing to pay 66 when I was almost certain what I wanted was not being understood and so I went the cheap 35 dollar route and went with just clear gel coating for the natural look) I was simply just trying to fix and ensure that the 66 dollars I was going to be charged was going to get me exactly what I wanted and ensure that. Instead all I got was two women inches away from me, not letting me speak, and in my opinion blaming me for my feelings. I have never ran out so fast wanted to cry before. The manager knows I've been coming there and never once have complained even when I wasn't happy with the nails I had gotten - chalking it up to everyone has their bad days. Never going back here, as a manager of the place you should've handle that way differently especially when your clerk explained to you that I did not want to cause a scene and that's exactly what you did. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible horrible horrrrrribleeeee experience. read more

Crappy. So disappointed with this overpriced, sad excuse for a nail salon. After looking at the reviews I can see I'm not alone. My wife and I only went here cause it was close to home. I'm pretty sure half the staff doesn't have a license or have any schooling on how to properly cut nails. My wife's nails were cut at an angle leaving her toe nails short and not straight. Only fix is to wait for them to grow out. As for my pedicure all the lady did was cut my nails and lotion up my legs for 10 mins. If that's all they look for in an employee I could work here smh. My wife and I will definitely not be going back to this establishment. They need to go out of business. I should have known when there was no wait for a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon. This was definitely one of the worst salons I've been to. I went to this salon with a friend today and i honestly regret it. We got short nails with a white tip and it was $50 which would be acceptable if they were what i asked for. The nails I got were the wrong shape and they are way too thick and inconsistent. The lady that did my nails was kind of rude at first. By the end she was nice but the lady doing my friends nails was very rude throughout the whole process and offended my friend multiple times, saying her nails were too fat for the shape she wanted and she was very rough. Came here because it was close to Target and open on Sunday. I walked in and no one greeted me. After a few minutes, someone asked what I was there for and told me it would be an hour. The owner came up to me and told me 15-20 mins. My pedi was ok. I got the deluxe which apparently does not include callus removal . They don't offer this. The spa was too short, but the hot towels and paraffin were nice, polish job was good . Massage was good. Mani- I got clear. Shaping and cuticle trim sub par. Minimal lotion . Massage was excellent but too short. Overall, meh. I'll try someplace else. read more

I was so disappointed or should I say disgusted. I asked for mani pedi . I gave them my nail polish and he went and got another one because he didn't want to use the one I choose. Then the same towel that he used for my feet that had scrub and lotion on it he went and laid it down on his bench so that I can lay my hands foe the pedicure. That's gross they should use s new clean towel. He wanted my sweater to get dirty. Also he seem upset when I asked to replace it. He then proceeded to get some scarf that looked like an old rag . I do not know where all of the negativity is from. The wife and I have been here at least once a month for several years now. She comes for the works and I come for the pedi. My doctor said it would help with my post stroke blood flow to my lower legs and feet. It works. I have never felt rushed, ignored or unappreciated as a customer. We are treated like friends and family. I do agree the my asian language skills are a bit rusty. Maybe it was time of day or your level of expectations that prevented the enjoyment of your visit.
