Amazing dealer to deal with from Jean the sales manager to Marcus the salesman. Everyone there makes you feel like family.

Absolute CROOKS DO NOT SHOP Here. Sold me a brand new car that needs a complete paint job and they just want to blame everyone but themselves for not doing their inspection on it prior to selling the vehicle. I have waited weeks for answers I had to follow up with them or nothing would have been done at all they just want to take your money and run with zero customer service involved. They Did reach out to me after 10pm on a Friday night after a 50+ hour work week late at night after hours as if they didn't have weeks to reach out at normal business hours, that's even more disrespectful. DO yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They are not even Accredited with the BBB, Shocker!! I now own a $55k car that the paint is peeling off of the body and they want to repaint the entire car.... Seriously!!! I paid for a new car I'm entitled to a new car not a repainted one. Tried to call corporate and that was a nightmare in itself. After me having to do all the work for them and them just blaming corporate and corporate blaming them I was banned from the dealership (as if i was ever going to buy anything form them again). DO NOT SHOP HERE go ANWHERE ELSE. Don't go by the google reviews they can be altered and can be easily deleted yelp reviews are the ones that cant be altered for their benefit and their rating is terrible

Where do I begin... I purchased a brand new Acura RDX 2020 from this location. When I purchased this car, I spoke to a dealer named David who said that if anything was wrong with the car to let him know. He gave me his cellphone number and office number. I purchased the car around nighttime. When I got home, I noticed that my inner door panel was missing a part. With this in mind, I tried calling the dealer that I spoke to the next day regarding this issue. He told me that he would order the inner part and call me back via text, since he wasn't answering my calls. After that one text message, it was impossible to reach this person for an entire month. I ended up calling the dealership directly and told them about the missing inner panel. They told me that there was never a part ordered and that I had to come in. I go to the dealership. While I'm on line to talk to the parts/service desk, this same dealer has the audacity to ask me to give him a good review. In my opinion this guy doesn't deserve a review and shouldn't even have come up to me, since I was furious that I wasn't getting a response from him. I go to the parts and service desk and order my inner panel for my left side door. At first they were combatting me that I took the panel off my own door, but I showed him the date I purchased this car and told him I didn't even know how to do that. The guy ends up ordering the panel. I go to have my car serviced for the inner panel, but during this visit the mechanic breaks my left side door against a metal column that was next to the door. They told me that this happened by accident, but the situation kept getting worse. They said that they would fix it free of charge, but that they would fix the door instead of replacing the entire door. So I let them fix the door and they say that they have to leave my car there for a couple of days and that I have to drive a rental. After a couple of days, I go to pick up my car and I see a bunch of scratches all over my car. I think they gave the car a car wash, which it up ruining my car even further. I told them about it and they basically told me that I had a black car and that black cars are known for getting scratches from 3 different people there. My car did not arrive like that. I literally bought this car a month before service and they're telling me it came like that. They weren't even trying to fix it and they didn't want to cover the paint job. I don't remember who the service manager was, but I do remember her being a lady. All in all, please do not purchase a car here. Acuras are beautiful cars, but to see this dealership treat these cars and their customers like garbage is not worth it. I would never buy a car here again. I have already warned everyone I know to never buy a car here either. Please buy a car somewhere else. Anywhere must be better than here. 0 stars if possible.

Jarred was great to work with and made this a simple and painless process. I took the car to my mechanic; he said the car was in great condition and saw no issues, so that was a relief. The only reason I am not leaving 5 stars as I was disappointed that they only provided me with one key fob. To obtain another one it landed up costing me around $500. When I asked where the other key fob was, I was told none of the cars come with this. Yet I was conveniently handed a business card of someone who could provide one. Kind of felt suspicious to me that they were holding onto the second key fob. Then maybe working with this guy to sell and program that key fob back to customers who just bought a car from them! Not saying this is happening, but I just don't understand after spending all that money, where is the second key fob? The car also had a really odd, shaped plastic front license plate bracket, in that was not the same height as a US spec license plate. I took it off and it was stamped "Nissan" on the back, so it was not for a Renegade, let alone even a Jeep! I had to spend $50 for one to properly fit the bumper and plate. When I picked up the plates, I mentioned this to Genesis. She told me to email her a screenshot of the purchase and would look into reimbursing me for this. I have not received a response yet. Again, minus the key fob and license plate bracket, overall, I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend Enterprise and this location to others and consider buying another car in the future if I am in the market for something else.

Jay promised me numerous times that "Everything is perfect." It was checked & gone over down south before delivery & we checked everything here in NJ." Unfortunately my believing him was a big mistake on my part. Glass roof panels had multiple strips of sap that looked like scratches in the glass, so the truck wasn't cleaned. I got home to find a brake light out. So again, it was not checked. The washers weren't working as the fluid had froze. When they did work the left side wasn't working due to a pinched line. Noise in left front tire rubbing on inner fender, no road test? Few weeks later the sun visor fell out of the roof. My warranty from you was useless as Dover Dodge charged me about $375. Shimmy in wheel began a few months later, cost me $70 for tire rotation as I had to to return again to Sparta Tire for balancing. When I finally took it on the highway a few weeks later the vibration was worse. I returned to Sparta Tire to find out a tire had a belt coming loose causing severe shaking above 60 so it went back to the rear of the truck. I also need to remind you there are two different treads & different manufacturers on the truck. I never in my life after being a Ford mechanic for 17 years has ever heard of mixing tires, therefore I returned to Paul. BTW no one called to tell me my plates were in, I was driving with expired reg. When I stopped in for plates which I put on myself in the parking lot, thank you very much I told Jay about the brake light out. He told me to "Go down the street to an auto store." Now I want the tires to match so I want the bad tire replaced along with the other two that only have 4/32" - 3/32" left so they are worn. I don't think that's unfair - my concern is safety & two different treads are not. I have receipts & documentation for everything. Two tires are 3/32" & treads don't match two other tires. Why would you sell a truck with different treads? Obviously they don't care about safety. I don't think safety or honesty are a concern with Enterprise. I recommend no one to deal with dishonest sales people & never EVER believe them when they tell you all is good & 100%. Videos & pictures to be added. I was supposed to get a call back which of course never happened. Time to contact BBB & Channel 7 News.

I told him upfront I was working with a broker who already secured a strong discount off MSRP--and I specifically told him not to waste my time unless they could truly beat it. He responded saying they could "probably beat it and even give me an extra $1,000 off." This is now the third time in a row they've made that claim. Each time, I send the deal, and each time they come back with excuses and an offer that's actually worse than what I already have--whether from a broker or even another BMW dealership nearby. What made this even more frustrating is the constant push to "come in." It feels like a tactic to reset the conversation rather than provide a real, competitive number. I made it clear I was ready to move forward based on numbers, not a showroom visit. I was genuinely upset with how this was handled and told them I would be leaving a review. Instead of addressing the situation, I was told not to leave one--which says a lot. At this point, I will not be doing business with Paul Miller BMW again--neither sales nor service. I'm a relationship-driven customer, and after multiple purchases, it's clear there's no loyalty here. Every interaction feels like a game. If you're considering them, do yourself a favor and shop other dealerships and brokers first. You'll likely get a better deal--and a much more straightforward experience. Specially if you are a repeat customer! The sad thing is I remember this exact experience from the last time and wasn't even going to reach out to them to purchase this car. I live in VA (cca 250miles from the dealership) and the windshield must have been replaced. Jonathan, the salesman found a repair shop in VA where the windshield should have been replaced for free. Eventually it didn't happen and I had to visit the Wayne dealership again for the windshield replacement.
