The staff stays very active and busy, but barring any unexpected and serious emergencies, they run pretty close to on time. This is not a cookie-cutter corporate nightmare. This is a home-like environment with a down to earth group of people who are amazing at what they do. I would not trust my canine best friends with anyone else.
