I recently visited OG as a new patient because they accept my insurance EyeMed Premium. The front desk staff is just so kind..they were able to schedule me quickly due to a cancellation. The office is gorgeous, social distancing was maintained with sanitizers and everyone wore masks. Dr Pressley ( a LV native) was just so amazingly warm, friendly and kind and eased me into the exam. The tech was also very kind running me through the 3 tests. I had a large choice of frames..but I liked the OG brand better and was able to pick out a great frame I liked. The fitting staff was also very friendly and kind. My order was ready within 2 weeks and I love how amazing they are. They are progressive and transitional and transition immediately. Have to say I was very pleased with the service, Alan took care of me and was very nice. Hate going to any doctor and Alan made sure that he answered all of my questions. Had a few concerns, but after Alan explained what they were going to do, I felt a lot better about it. Still dont like going to doctors, but at least they made me feel comfortable and treated me as a person and not just another patient. Thanks to Alan and the staff, I will be back. Was greeted by Shannon and she referred me to Bekka. Handed Bekka 3 pieces and explained what happend, she looked up my glasses and let me know they were out of warranty and if she could not fix them I would have to get new frames. I honestly thought I would be buying new frames, but Bekka called and told me they were fixed. When I picked them up they were like brand new, they even adjusted them for me before I left. That is customer service, she could have done nothing and I would have never second guessed it, they were that bad, but she took the time and fixed them. I've been going to random eye doctors for so very long until I came across Dr. Hilaire Pressley. Her office is so high tech and the staff is so friendly I could not have felt more comfortable. Optic Gallery Aliante is located in the Walmart shopping center next to GNC. It's definitely more of an upscale, professional eyewear type of place. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and was told an employee would be with me shortly. I went to peruse the eyewear selection and was impressed by the designer frames available. However, it was a bit of a bummer that all the frames were locked up. I couldn't try on anything without an attendant to unlock the frames, which is a bit awkward for me because I usually try on like 20+ frames when I actually have some free reign. Instead, I tried on about 5 glasses and called it quits because I didn't find anything I liked. Still, 4 stars for the excellent customer service and snazzy frames. I was referred to this place through my new insurance, and I AM EXTREMELY happy with the customer service! The staff has been very friendly the three times I've come in within the past couple weeks. Dr. Wright is beyond amazing! I knew my eyes have gotten worse since my last eye exam, but Dr. Wright made sure she got my prescription correct. She sent me home with trial contacts and a follow up appointment a week later. After that follow up appointment she tweaked my prescription a little from the week prior. Dr. Wright took her time with me, and made me feel like my vision was important to her. She got my prescription spot on and I feel like I now have perfect vision with the prescription given! Myself and my significant other called this location today for a same day appointment. We were both told 1115 would be my appointment time. I went to the wrong location and still made it to this location on time! When I arrived on time I was told, I didn't have an appointment and I was considered a walk in and that I had no guarantee when they would see me! Why would we make a stand in appointment is beyond me! You can either see me or you cannot!! I drove over 20 miles to this location!! They are very misleading and not credible!! I have been going to this place for many years. Great doctors and staff. The last 3 years have changed my opinion of them. For the last 3 years, I have never been texted or emailed that I was due for my exam. My husband and I get one together, and I make the appointment for us. I had to call as I knew it was about time for our exam. Well, we were 4-6 months late on our yearly check-up. They have my correct information for my phone number and email address. If I didn't call, two years could pass by. I'm not sure if I want to go back to them or not. It's a shame how customer service has changed so much for the worse. It's really sad. I was running out of time to use my benefits before end of year, in a rush to use them up I ventured out to find my new glasses - only to find that I needed an appointment to browse frames at most places! Luckily this location does not require an appointment. I have a stupid tiny face and am only able to fit into kids frames which really limits my selection. I was able to find a pair that I thought looked good and the staff was super helpful getting my benefits info together. I deducted 1 star because of selection, I just really wished there were more petite adult frames for me to choose from as I am over 40 and really want a stylish yet sophisticated pair of glasses... maybe next year! I haven't received my frames yet (lots of non-business days to contend with over the Christmas and New Years holidays) but I am pretty sure they will be great! It was convenient because I was able to fill out all of my medical information online before the visit. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, and the check-in was easy. Super late on the review.... Loved this place. I wasn't thrilled about needing glasses and absolutely abhor anyone/thing touching or being done to my eyes. I w e tend expecting the worse experience ever and so glad I was wrong.EVERY member of the staff was great. I especially loved Corey and Lamar(not quite positive). Corey was extremely helpful and made sure I felt comfortable with the glasses I was choosing. I couldn't make up my mind and kept going back and forth and not time did she get annoyed or make me feel like she had better things to do. Lamar, aware of how freaked I am about my eyes. Talked me through every exam. He told me what I was to expect and exactly what I would feel. He's was super nice and extremely courteous and I felt completely comfortable. Usually you expect doctors to be boring no personality and you can't wait to leave the office. You won't feel this way here. Dr. Presley actually has personality and talks to you like you're a person not a number. I highly recommend this place. Glasses took about a week to come in. Good turn around time. read more

I called to confirm they accepted my insurance and they did. I went in for an exam. The day before my appointment I got something in my eye at work. It made my eye red and irritated a little. When I got to my appointment I asked if the doctor could look at the red area to make sure it was ok. They said sure. Got my exam, the Dr. Gave me a sample of otc drops for the redness. She said she would like me to return next week just to confirm my RX is correct since I had the redness. I agreed. Upon checkout the girls comes to me and says we don't take your insurance. I said you confirmed you do, that's why I made the appointment. I was then told, " oh well we don't take your medical insurance and the doctor turned this visit into a medical because of the redness in your eye. I said no one mentioned that to me prior. She said oh sorry, you're going to have to pay $115 out of pocket. I said that's not ok I was not told anything about it. She said the Dr said we could take 20% off and I was charged $93 dollars. Just be warned this is unacceptable practice and illegal to do. I have filed multiple complaints but wanted to warn future customers about this place. read more

This is what Google says when you ask if your kids need glasses to look at computer screens. My wife was up sold during a routine I exam for my three kids, and the Ophthalmologist suggested that all three of them need of these glasses. Look elsewhere for honest advice "There's no scientific evidence to suggest that blue light from our screens or devices are damaging our eyes or our children's eyes," she said, a statement for which my child's eye doctor adamantly concurred. "That's why the American Academy of Opthalmology does not recommend blue-light-blocking computer glasses." read more

I didn't see Dr. Pressley and actually saw two different doctors (and unfortunately I don't recall their names). The experience was pleasant, and I like that they were paperless and collected all my info before so I didn't have to arrive early for that. They will give you water or some snacks (if they don't offer just ask), which was great because I came directly from work and was pretty thirsty. I ordered contacts and they were ready within two days. I didn't choose to get glasses at this time, but they seem to have a pretty vast selection. I'll definitely be back in the future. I went in April 2022 for my yearly eye exam & they ordered my new glasses. When they came they just weren't as good as my old ones. I called and told them they said I should come in. I went in the girl at the front glasses desk made an adjustment, she said because they were bifocals they needed to sit exact on my face. She adjusted them so tight and close to my face they hurt my face and left marks on my nose. On May 16th they finally agreed to let me see the dr again. Dr Wright re checked my eyes and the prescription was wrong. She told me my eyes must of been tired on the first appointment is why the prescription was wrong. Then around Aug 2022 I realized there were hairline fracture marks on both lenses coming from the inside of the lenses. I went back in and showed the girl at the front glasses desk. She said it would be covered under my 1 time scratch warranty. I explained to her they are not scratches they seem to be defective, both lenses are cracked the same there is no way I could have scratched them exactly the same. She said she would send them in and they would determine if it was a scratch or defective. So I picked them up the other day and it was wrote up as a scratch repair. So now I have no scratch warranty for the next 6mos. I will not be going back here. They girls at the front glasses desk seem very unexperienced and call the shots. read more

I am very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced here. I really needed glasses as I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 3 years and my current glasses at the time weren't cutting it anymore. When I called, a gentleman answered ( and I wish I remembered his name because he was sooooo helpful and kind). My insurance coverage is complicated and he verified that my insurance was indeed accepted. The day of my eye exam, I didn't wait long to be examined by one of the assistance and then situated in an exam room. I did however have to wait a long time before the doctor could see me ( but that seems to be the norm for doctors). When she came in to complete the examination, she took her time to explain what she saw and had some recommendations for me. She also took her time to ensure the prescription for my new glasses was spot on. She was kind and very professional. I am glad I chose this place. When it came time to pick out my glasses, Jessica assisted me. She explained what my insurance covered and helped me pick out my frames, which took some time because I after my eye exam I didn't have time to stay and pick out my frames that day ( had to get back to work). It was two weeks later when I finally had time to come back in to pick my frames, and I didn't even make an appointment, I just came in and received top notch service. Again, Jessica assisted me. I picked out my frames on Thursday and had my new glasses by Saturday (today)! I am amazed! I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Cori helped my daughter with her first pair of glasses and my indecisive son pick out his glasses every year for the past two years and we will keep going back to her. She first let him choose a few pairs on his own. Then she went above and beyond and went around the store to collect a few that he might like. He always ends up going with one of the pairs that she picks out. I think she knows what he likes better than he or I know what he likes and that's pretty amazing.
