When I arrived the front desk staff seemed annoyed instead of welcoming. I come from the customer service industry and they all need training or find another job they will be happy at. During my visit, the doctor, which I don't know his name, seemed rushed which is perfectly fine cause i wanted to go home too. I apparently was the last patient. I waited for about 45 minutes before being seen. When I asked about additional colored contacts he said he doesn't have time and we'll do it next time on my follow up visit in a week. I was definitely not happy with my experience. My former eye doctors in San Diego were amazing. They respected my time by scheduling patience accordingly. It seems that they have other offices and the other office ladies seemed much nicer on the phone.

I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment but the ladies up front quickly checked me in without any issue. I was given some forms to complete as we were first time patients. My daughter and I didn't wait long before we were called back to begin our eye exams. The process was very simple, the assistant did a typical vision test with letters and a couple other tests on a machine. We were then placed into a room where we met Dr. Troung. He completed the rest of our vision exam and explained everything he was doing. I loved that he repeatedly asked if I had any questions. He was sincerely interested in making sure I was informed. My daughter is 8 and this was her first exam. Dr. Troung was great with her, his approach was incredibly gentle. I will absolutely be bringing the rest of my family here. Thank you!
