Last year I had the same coverage and the bill I received today for the same services and the same insurance coverage was $266.75. The contacts and glasses are also overpriced. I refuse to give them anymore of my money after the ridiculous price they wanted when I went there. I paid $141.75 the day services were rendered and I thought that was crazy. So you can imagine my surprise when I received the bill for the additional $266.75. 2021 - $431.75 compared to 2022 - $10. They are ripping people off. Do not use them!!!!

He was so thorough and even though he had people waiting, he took the time to speak to me and explain everything to me. That really meant a lot to me. I felt like he really cared. Not easy to find doctors like that anymore. From there I went to look at frames and get pricing on lenses. I spoke to Omar. He also spent the time to explain my options and asked what type of lenses and if I needed anti glare etc. He was so nice and so helpful. They had a great selection of frames starting at $9 for frames and going into designer frames. My only slight complaint had nothing to do with the doctor or employees. The doctor (optometrist) and vision center are a ways away and I passed up the optometrist because all I could see was a sign at the distance that said VISION so that is where I headed. I had no need to need to look for anything else. It would have been nice if they were next to each other or at least a little closer together rather than running back and forth. But Omar was kind enought to physically walk me over to the door of the doctor to make sure I found it. It only had a small sign by the door that said optometrist. Not sure if its the cheapest place around but if having a doctor that cares and having good service is important to you, than its well worth the little extra you may have to pay.

Fast, and didnt have all of the fancy dancy machinery, but this is the first time in years that i was able to keep my glasses on all day. My prescription is spot on!!!. They said that because she signed in they went ahead and charged her. They refused to give out the full prescription and then blamed the mistake in the charge on AARP. I called to straighten this out and they hung up on me. When I called back they handed the phone to someone else. If you DON'T understand what AARP has you listed for, you shouldn't just randomly charge someone more because they don't understand the mistake and you aren't able to explain it correctly. In addition, they didn't even provide the full prescription. Let's recap - you confirmed $55 on the phone, charged $75 and then don't even provide the full prescription? Gotta love a place that takes advantage of the elderly. I wear glasses and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Update: AARP is sending a refund for the amount overcharged because this establishment didn't honor the pricing they must have agreed to in order to be added to the list of providers.

The staff in the reception area are so kind, and very knowledgeable in letting you know what is covered under your plan. I never have to wait too long to be seen. In fact, all of my appointments have been on time. The technicians are great with getting you through each eye test station, and scanning the back of the eye with all the latest technology. It's an additional cost (not covered) for the OCT, but it's well worth it. It's highly recommended if you have a family history of glaucoma (like me). I've been seeing Dr. Hollis and Dr. Wright for 3 years now. They are both wonderful. They've been great in addressing all of my concerns, and offering great solutions. I've also been super happy with the opticians. I wasn't really able to wear progressive lenses until coming to this practice. I'm not sure why. All I can say is that every pair I've received here have been perfect. Picking out frames by myself has never been an easy task. The opticians here have always been able to find the right frames for the shape of my face. They make the whole frame shopping experience seamless and pleasant. I never feel rushed to make a decision. I never feel like they are trying to sell me expensive frames, unless I'm leaning that way. They truly have a knack for finding the right fit, and at a good price range. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the finished product. It's always a great experience!
