I've been bringing my glasses to Serge for lenses for years. I live in New York but visit LA from time to time. My cousin introduced me to him, and from my experience his lenses are of the highest quality, and his prices are the best. I've been to his new shop, and his frame selection is top notch. I was referred here by a patient of mine and I couldn't be happier! I came here after having a horrible experience at Costco. I stopped by on my way home from work and I was immediately greeted by Marian when I first walked in. Great personality and so sweet! Marian and Megan helped me look for some frames while I waited for Serge, who at the time had a few people waiting for him. I was overwhelmed (in a good way) of how many choices they had and how they took the time to help me find the right one. Long story short, Serge helped me with some more choices in frames once it was my turn and I ended up choosing the final two. But now I was stuck on which one to choose ha ha. Serge told me "take both home, try them out and see which one you like!". I was shocked at how nice of a gesture that was but it just proves why his customers have all been going to him for years...customer service goes a long way. I'm here now, two days later after making my decision. He tells me it'll only take 20-30 mins to put my prescription in the frames and I'll be on my way! What a pleasant experience.
