My husband and I have been going to this office for several years now. We will not be back! Instead of the health of our teeth being paramount they are all about how much money they can suck out of you!! EXTREME sales tactics and zero transparency about charges for EVERYTHING! They even told me that a procedure was covered by my dental insurance so I went ahead with it only to find out that it was NOT covered and I had to pay out of pocket. I ended up getting another bill after my insurance paid in full for your service. The front desk person/manager couldn't give me an explanation for the charge. Perhaps it's a finance charge on top of a finance charge. Was told that your billing/insurance person would have to do an accounting breakdown and would get back to me in 7+ days. Hopefully, it won't be after the due date cause then it's another finance charge on top of it which I keep getting and am told they are all reversed or waived. But why do I keep getting invoices from you? The new office manager is new and seems nicer, but unfortunately couldn't help me. I've now switched dentists and it's been 4 weeks since I've requested xrays/records be released. Also, I was recently told by my new dentist after an exam that one of the crowns that was put in less than 2 year ago by Optima/Dr Lynn Jones was not done correctly. There is a gap at the bottom near the gum line and it's pointless to fill it. Now I have to get a new crown and fix the mistake. Don't take your chances here. read more

I did 1 star because I don't have a choice for 0. Not because of the procedure but because of transparency. I have been a client since last year and before ALL procedure and always asked the cost, how much the insurance cover and how much I need to pay from my pocket. After finishing ALL procedure I went to the front desk and paid whatever I was supposed to pay. To my surprise last week I received a bill on my house for almost $900.00. My husband and I went to the clinic and spoke with Michael and he said that the price that I received since last year was an "estimate", not the final price. So, I did all this procedures, pay whatever I was suppose to pay, and after some time they just decide to charge more. He said that when I started the treatment I signed a paper mentioning this "estimate", but who reads this? I trust them and I'm so frustrated about this. I definitely do not recommend this place. Oh my gosh I went here and they told me I had 3 cavities and needed 2 crowns...so I booked the crowns, and they require payment in advance for all services. Not the day of, but when scheduling. I took my x-rays to another dentist who informed me that there were no cavities- and I only needed one crown for an old root canal. So glad I got a second opinion when the situation felt uncomfortable. Please beware of poor practices and taking advantage of people in need. read more

I've been going to this dentistry for over a year and recently decided to never come back. Over the course of time, Allie, Dr Jones and other staff were pretty nice and professional, and I was a happy patient until this March. I was having a regular examination in March with a doctor who I heard just came back from her maternity leave, I don't remember her name but it was not Dr Jones. She checked my teeth and recommended me to get fillings for several teeth. Not very long before that, I got a pretty good filling performed by another awesome doctor (he left though). It was a surprise to hear that recommendation not only because the previous doctor didn't mention any problems for these teeth, it's also that several ones that "need fillings" are my front teeth where cavities are usually the lightest. With all the doubts, I still took her suggestion because I figured I should trust the doctor's expertise. BIG REGRET!!!!!! One of my front teeth started to get sensitive after a couple of days from the surgery (well, that's normal), but ever since then the pain grew bigger and bigger. Now it's been 4 months, and I'm having hard time getting sleep. Today my new dentist looked at my current x-ray and told me the nerve of that tooth got infected -- I'll have to do a root canal. I just moved around Bellevue a few months ago and I need to find a new general dentist. I found this place online and wanted to give it a try. After two visits, I feel it is really a good place to get your dental service. The location is just in the middle of the Bellevue downtown and is very close to my apartment. They are all friendly and the place is very fancy, cozy, and nice. Dr. Mo is very professional and excellent. Meeting Dr. Lynn Jones and having my teeth done were two of the greatest blessings in my life. For years I had always wanted to fix my teeth but cost and time held me back from doing it. When I met Dr. Jones I knew that I had met the very best and that if ever I was going to do this now was the time. There were so many things that I didn't like about my teeth and I never really thought anyone would be able to correct them all. However, there is a miracle worker out there in Bellevue, Washington and she is a classy, educated, lovely, gifted human being with a very big heart, and she wants to give you the smile you have always dreamed of. Let her give it to you. You will never regret it. When I invested in fixing my teeth it was a forever thing. Every morning that I wake I look into the mirror and I am happy that I did it. It has motivated me to want to take better care of myself in every area of my life and it has even allowed me the freedom to smile without feeling self conscious about the things I thought I couldn't change. Now, on an almost daily basis, I have people tell me how beautiful my smile is. If only they knew what my smile used to be... Not everyone is born with perfect teeth, but perfect teeth can be given to you. You will wear your smile every day for the rest of your life and you will give your smile away as a gift to everyone you meet. Why not give the best gift? If I could end this with one thing I would end by saying that Dr. Lynn Jones did such a beautiful transformation on my smile that it is even hard for me not to believe that these were always my teeth. Went for a general checkup after some tooth ache. Session started with cleansing and polishing. Heather was very good and knowledgeable in oral hygiene. She meticulously cleansed all my teeth along with explaining if there was any problem. Explained me things like tooth sensitivity, gum bacteria, plaque and how I can avoid all of them. That lasted for almost an hour and half. Later Lynn came to check my teeth for the tooth ache problem. Explained me the diagnosis and the treatment. In the end they also scheduled me for next cleansing appointment after 6 months which is very helpful for me. Overall good experience. Not at all scary people. Can't really say about cost. My insurance covered all of it for me. read more

I recently visited Dr. Jones's office and met with her treatment coordinator Melissa, wasto discuss correcting Veneers I had done at another office. The consultation with Melissa was wonderful. Her attention to detail and informative presentation really impressed me, and I have been to several other "cosmetic" offices in Bellevue. Dr. Jones really took the time to present my options for treatment, and really listened to my concerns. As soon as I got dental through my employer I came right back. I was able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time from the website. I showed up a few minutes late and there was no problem. I had an excellent experience with Bellevue Center for Cosmetic and General Dentistry. I called last week to make an appointment, and they were able to fit me in, within a few days to get my teeth whitened using Zoom Whitening. The receptionists were very kind on the phone and when checking in for my appointment. Not only am I pleased with the results, Tattyana (who whitened my teeth), was excellent. She was very nice, ensuring that I was comfortable at all times, asking me frequently if I had any sensitivity. She offered me a blanket while I was getting my treatment and did an excellent job at educating me prior to the treatment on what she would be doing (with photographs), and after the treatment regarding the whitening trays, what I could and couldn't eat/drink, and managing any sensitivity I encountered. Dr. Yu, did a short exam prior to starting the whitening and I was also very pleased with how friendly she was and informative. I had instant results after the treatment was performed. I highly recommend going to Bellevue Center for Zoom Whitening. It was also the lowest price out of 4-5 places that I called to get price estimates for the whitening and take home trays. Thank you, to each staff member that I encountered today, for your smiles, your kindness and for making my smile white again! I will now smile for photographs again :) read more

I chose this dentist because it was close to home. My appointment was on Feb 18, 2015. The gal at reception talked with me before going back. I do not have dental insurance and would be paying cash. She seemed only concerned with HOW I was going to pay and HOW MUCH I could afford, I told her I would pay what was necessary. Once taken back, the hygienist also seemed only concerned with $$ she asked why was I coming in NOW to get work done, WHAT had changed in my life to do this now (I needed a lot of work done as it was many years since seeing a dentist). THEN Lynn Jones DDS comes in.. She also seemed only concerned with money. I told her I was recently in a bad car accident and she asked if I had lost a tooth or had damage done to my teeth from the accident. And here is the worst part, when I told her no, I did not damage any teeth, she had the nerve to say "TOO BAD" as she smiled at the hygienist. I wanted to walk out that second. As I left I asked for a quote for the work they suggested. I got a picture or diagram of teeth (not mine) and a quote for $4500, when I asked for a detailed and itemized quote, somehow the price jumped to $5100. This was when I said, thanks, but NO THANKS!! This place is money centered and if you are paying cash... WATCH OUT!! Needless to say, I got all the work done that I needed for $2500 CASH. This place is a rip-off. I don't care if her office is in the White House, her customer service sucks and is exactly the reason Bellevue has the reputation it does. read more

Although she is quite notably qualified, I got the impression she was sort of "going through the motions" knowing what has worked for her and her business $$ over the years. She seemed less interested in actually pursuing more of the alternatives in the dental field and simply relying on $$ veneers as the way to go for her clients. The actual office is very high tech state of the art, decorated very well... obviously business has paid off! The BOTOX parties, not surprising, but a bit of scary news...glad I went with my gut instinct and found an incredible dentist that considers the WHOLE person. read more

I was treated by Dr. Ilya Miloslavsky. I had a wisdom tooth extraction, and was nervous and anxious about going through with the procedure due to my previous unfortunate experience (at another dental office), where after the extraction I developed a bad infection of that site. Dr. Miloslavsky displayed a great sense of professionalism and confidence, which made me feel more comforted. The whole procedure went smoothly, and I did not feel a thing. He was very considerate of trying not to cause any extra pain, while making sure that the area was thoroughly cleaned and tooth extracted without any nerve damage. The most interesting part is when I got home I was trying to look for the space where the tooth was, and was looking on the wrong side of my mouth because I had not even realized where he had took that tooth out. He loves what he does, and it definitely shows in his work. I felt supported and cared for throughout the whole process, and everyone in the office is quite pleasant. I sought out Dr. Lynn Jones because I suffer from migraines due in part to bruxism (teeth clenching). My regular dentist did not offer much help for my bruxism and wanted to make me a traditional mouth guard (which I had already tried in the past and it only increased my clenching and migraines). Dr. Jones' staff are great and they took their time interviewing me to try to understand my problem. Then, Dr. Jones met with me to examine my bite and offer me advice on potential treatments. We decided to try a dental de-programmer for use at night (similar to a mouth guard / nti device). They took impressions for the de-programmer that same visit (my first visit) and it was ready a few weeks later. They even worked with my insurance company so that part of the cost of the device was covered. I have only been wearing it for a few weeks but so far so good. Too soon to tell if it will help with the migraines but it's nice to at least have something different to try. read more

I love this place. Originally I started coming to BCCGD because it was convenient, but now I would not think about going anywhere else. From the zen like reception area to their professional manner are refreshing after all of the cold non-inviting dentist offices I've been to.. The best part of my visits is Kaely.
