After about a half dozen service visits (all scheduled due to regular maintenance) the clog cleared! No more leak! We were all pretty ecstatic! Twice a year our split A/C units were inspected and cleaned... so we thought. In August of 2022 we requested an out of cycle service because our Master Bedroom A/C was not cooling effectively. The service technician informed us that the unit was "dirty." Not run of the mill dirty but no cleaning had happened in years dirty. But the tech could not service the unit because he has too busy but his manager would be in touch. Once the main office was contacted. The manager was not available because he had left for the day although it was during hours of operation. The secretary that answered was not able to contact the manager or provide an estimate for the service required. Bottom line is I spent thousands with this company only to realized the service was fraudulent. No not hire A/C Essential Services.

There were two technicians, and they were very considerate. I mentioned that my toddler needed to nap, and they were happy to work around that and adjust which rooms they worked in first. They came fully prepared. Now I know that AC maintenance can be a messy job (filters, water, dust, etc.) but they covered everything with plastic and left the house clean afterward. They also checked and serviced the outside units. One of our AC remotes was broken. Jordan said it wasn't a problem and later came back with a replacement remote for us. Just wow service!
