I've been here about 3 times. First time, I am of course hopeful. I hate the idea of re-looking for a doctor or clinic, I really just want to stay at one place, but often times, I'm met with some really stupid people in the medical industry. Maybe they are book smart, but not exactly good with dealing with people directly. Especially the doctors, they should consider working at a restaurant or retail. Maybe it'll help them see how they're customer service skills suck. Also, I am not here to go to urgent care, but they keep pushing me to become an urgent care walk in. Why? There's a reason that I *want* to make appointments. So I get seen right away, not wait hours and hours in the clinic lobby. And I've seen how busy it gets. The funny thing is the receptionist always says so, but she's like, it's not that bad! Sure, it ain't lady, you're job is to sit behind a desk all day, and mine requires me to work at my own desk too! Go figure! I have a life outside of being sick! Although the office is clean, there's definitely a level of disconnect. I was seen with my appointed primary care physician from my HMO insurance, Preeti Adeshara for all the times I made an appointment. They take about a month long to schedule in advanced, but her problem solving and interpersonal skills are terrible. The last visit I had, I was doing my best explain symptoms that were affecting me. It was affecting my daily moods, created bad work ethics because I'm always worried about my health, and low energy. She didn't know what it was, but I needed her to help me figure it out. I even googled the symptoms. I know you can't base everything off certain medical things found online, but I wad hoping she'd be smart about it and refer me to the proper specialist. She gave me this attitude when I said I was feeling okay that day, but I just had it recur the day before. I was frustrated because it happened, but ofc was weirdly fine in that moment. Low and behold, my problem showed up at nighttime. After some back and forth, she asked me what do you want me to do about it? Which is terribly stupid question to ask for someone with 4+ years of medical training, am I wrong? That was the deciding factor that if she can't do her job, then I'm just going to find another more competent doctor. No reason to stay if the doctor doesn't know what they're doing! read more

Do not go here! Pleaseeeeee do not go here You will be waiting forever for your appointment & both doctors and staff couldn't careless about your time! I had them say the doctor is running late and not in the office so they let me see another doctor to check my blood tests and they charged me a new patient fee that I've been fighting them for months over. They also took my credit card information because I was fed up with never being able to get in contact with the billing manager Martha so I was just going to pay it to end all the BS. Well they didn't charge me, lost my personal information & are threatening to send a bill I tried to pay two months ago for a miss code to collections &&& kicker I still can't seem to talk to anyone in charge of billing! I want to give this place zero stars! Victoria Brown (a PA but they don't tell you that) is absolutely clueless. She pretty much web MD's your symptoms and gives you any diagnosis no matter what you say your symptoms are. And the genius gave a prescription that is discontinued. I will never go here again! NowI get to spend more time out of my day figuring out what is really wrong and being seen by a real doctor. In response to your message VISTA MEDICAL GROUP: your PA did not introduce herself or announce the fact that she wasn't a doctor. She did not have a visible name tag. You called my husband after reading this review trying to lecture him, so is that the "few conversations" you're referring to?! I don't care that Victoria Brown has seen 100+ patients, this is my experience! We will NEVER step foot any where near this place again! I stand by my review and distain for this place! Your PA not only misdiagnosed our son but wasted our time. She didn't give us her name, a written prescription or anything else that helped our son that night. She very briefly examined my son who was in for a hurt neck and requested him to sit up "to see what he is capable of". She "diagnosed" my son, said she would call in a prescription and then left the room without any further instruction. When they got to the pharmacy, over 15 minutes later, there was no prescription called in. So we had to call your office to request that it be called in. Then we waited an additional 10 mins for it to be called in. The pharmacy reviewed it and said it could not be filled until the following morning so we left. We got home and the pharmacy called us and said its a discontinued medication, so would you like to take that issue up with them? Your response is laughable, we are done here. read more

Our first time experience here was a good one. We waited a total of an hour and a half, on a Saturday right before Christmas. The staff was very friendly and facility clean. They open before most other urgent cares which is a plus. Doctor was knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. Will be back in the future. read more

Horrible front desk employees. Very unprofessional and rude. When you're in a customer service related field you should be more pleasant. In a medical field, have compassion. I unfortunately have had to use them twice because they were the closest. I also received a "final notice" bill with the threat of going to collection! 1 year and 3 months after the service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in for an injury but was wearing my work uniform. Front desk lady asks if I was injured at work I say no I was just on my way home from work. She says because I was coming from work I need to get documentation for workers comp and that they could not see me. I explain that it was NOT a workplace injury yet she insists that I cannot be seen. So frustrating!!! read more

One of my worst experiences ever. Waited for hours while people who arrived long after me were being admitted to the back to see the doctor. I asked, "Why am I not being seen?" Their response was "People come here for different reasons." WTF!! I didn't see anyone in the waiting area who looked like they needed emergency treatment. Shouldn't it be first come, first serve? I mean, it's basically just a walk-in clinic. I finally got fed up, took off my mask, laid it on their desk and told them "Just never mind" and walked out. I could go on about their mask policy, but I guess any medical office you go to these days are still making you wear those stupid masks. I only had a sinus infection. How long would it have taken to simply write me out a prescription for antibiotics and send me on my happy way? Now I'm unhappy, and I would not recommend anyone else wasting their time at this facility. read more

Sathya's PA Shanoor is wonderful, first of all, which is the only reason why I've given 2 stars and not 1. Sathya herself is the absolute opposite, she disregarded my issues and told me there was no point in trying to treat my issue and I should've gone to someone else. I had to ask her to send an X-ray for me and it's been almost 2 weeks since then and I still haven't heard anything back even after calling the office to have them remind her. My mother got an X-ray done the same day too and she hasn't heard back either after multiple attempts. I needed a second doctor's opinion anyway but I won't be coming back to this office unless it's specifically to see Shanoor. read more

Ok so I had to come here while our kaiser kicked in for our 2 month old daughter. I waited an hour prior to even getting into a room. I have her weighed and the MA says she was 13 pounds. Once in the room, the doctor came in and checked her and she was telling me about her shots. She'll do some today and then I'll have to come back in 2 weeks for the rest. I said ok. Doctor leaves. Almost 30 minutes later the lady comes in for her shots. My daughter screamed bloody murder. (As to be expected) but she wS still crying an hour later. After the lady leaves, it takes another 20 minutes for her to come in to give me her immunization record. Ugh. So I finally leave and cal to make her appointment for the rest of her shots. Fast forward to two weeks later... I get there wait about 30 minutes, get called back to weigh her.. the MA tells me she weighs 17 pounds!! 17 pounds at 2 months. I was like holy shit she's a Heffer. The girl gets in there to do her shots and I really don't think she knew what she was doing. She was bleeding and screaming bloody murder again. I asked her a question (can't remember what it is now) but she didn't know. Fast forward to her regular kaiser doctor today at four months... They put her on the scale and I was expecting her to be like 20 pounds. Nope she was 14!! 14 pounds! Not 17! Then the MA gave her her shots, she whimpered! That was it. No bloody murder screaming or anything. I definitely don't recommend this place. They need people that know what they're doing! read more

I had an appointment for a vaccine and blood work. Writing and timing this as I am waiting. My appointment time: 12:00 pm My arrival time: 11:50 am Time I was escorted to an exam room: 1:54 pm Time a PA (!!) came in: 2:04 pm Time PA left: 2:07 pm Time I actually got my vaccine: 2:16 pm Time I actually got my blood drawn: 2:27 pm Time I finally got to leave: 2:35 pm Number of times front desk staff asked me in confusion what I was waiting for: 4 Number of times I was asked why I was here after I was put in exam room: 3 My phone call just to make this appointment, more than a week in advance, was about 10-15 minutes because the girl I spoke to had to keep putting me on hold to ask questions to other staff members. I forgave that, but I found it ridiculous that when arrived, the front staff couldn't seem to understand why I was there, forgot about me while I was waiting, and then had to ask AGAIN why I was there multiple times. They seem like sweet girls but I don't know what is going on to cause such disorganization or lack of comprehension. I expected to wait, but I did not expect to wait over 2 hours and have to explain the reason for me visit every half hour. When the PA came in, she was very nice and cheerful but had to ask me YET AGAIN why I was there and then left immediately after. Her pleasant disposition is probably the only reason this review gets more than 1 star. I'm sure she was very busy, but it's a little irritating that there seemed to be no review of my file or communication between her and the front staff. After sending a nurse (same girl at the front desk) in for my vaccine about 10 minutes later, they both expressed confusion when I inquired about my blood work. Both acted like I had never asked for it, which is pretty incredulous. One of the front staff even stated directly to me that they would draw blood and test it there, and that it would be ready in approximately 3 business days. Then again, she also had to ask me an additional 2-3 times why I was waiting. What was the point of explaining myself in detail to the front staff so many times if I have to do it again with the PA?? And how could they possibly STILL not understand the purpose of my visit after so many explanations?? I also work in a medical office so I understand it can get hectic but there should be no reason for this level of lack of communication, or perhaps overall sense. To their credit, it's a clean office and the staff appears friendly for the most part. Just extremely poor at communication within the office. Update: Since my review, I have been contacted by the group a few times so I have returned a star to the review. In attempt to make amends, they called me to apologized and offered a refund. I do appreciate these efforts, however I still believe it is important to conduct proper business the first time rather than trying to amend after the fact. read more

Staff was friendly. They have little complimentary water bottles and for being the day before a major holiday the wait time was about as long as to be expected (bout an hour and a half). After processing your info they call you in to get your vitals and though they send you back to the waiting room afterwards it helps you feel like things are moving forward. I was seen by Dr Horton. He is very kind, easy to converse with, and he quickly caught on to the fact that I preferred more homeopathic methods based on my description of how I've been trying to fight this cold that won't let up its grip. He suggested other natural supplements, teas, citrus/spices, and what type of exercise I should focus on to help rebuild my immune system. I did leave with an Rx to help kick this cold. By the time I got to the pharmacy they'd already called it in and it was quick in/out and back home. I generally have low expectations when it comes to quality health care in the Corona area, especially an Urgent Care, but this place was fantastic all around. Thanks for the great care! read more

So I had an appointment for a physical with Dr. Preeti V. Adeshara. I have to say it was a terrible experience. My appointment was at 10am and I was called in 5 minutes before 10 vitals taken, then taken to my room and prepped for my physical. Ok doing good on time, this is good. THEN, I was left there for an HOUR in the room while this doctor did video call after video call after video call. Never coming in at all. Most people would have left I know, but when you are there you just want to get it done and over with. I finally got dressed when it hit an hour and was on my way out when the nurse says "oh no your next" I was SO over it at this point. The nurse was apologetic and honestly the staff was nice, I mean it wasn't their fault but this doctor is not one I will ever see or recommend. You know it's bad when the girl at the front who is trying to reschedule you says I'm so sorry I thought you had already left. All I could say is how disappointing this experience was and she agrees. I came home and changed my doctor with my insurance. I received a phone call from this doctor and I did not take her call but she left a message apologizing and said she'd be happy to see me, LIKE REALLY?? where were you when I was there?? This was my experience with this doctor, if you like waiting around for long periods of time and have nothing better to do than this is the doctor to see. Good luck! read more

I came into Urgent Care on Monday 8/3/15 and received the worst medical service I have ever been given. The PA that came in to speak with me was rude and aggressive toward me when I was describing my symptoms. After my description, the PA yelled at me and said I could only be seen for one issue, so which was it. I told her for the sake of argument lets just say they are related. Then she started telling me all the things they could NOT do for me and that I really needed to see my primary doctor, which I had already told her MULTIPLE TIMES that I had already tried and couldn't get an appointment until a later date. The PA prescribed me "temporary" fix meds and ordered an X-ray because "that is all we can offer you and it at least gets the ball rolling, but you need to make an appointment your primary physician." I AGAIN told her I already had, she finally listened to what I had to say. The results of my X-ray were received 3 days later. I received a phone call from someone who had no medical expertise and could not explain what she was trying to describe to me. So instead of putting someone on the phone who could explain my results, she made me an appointment to come back 5 days later to get my results. Then today I received another phone call telling me that I couldn't actually have a follow up appointment because the doctor it was for is not my primary doctor. So I asked if I could simply have the results of my X-ray like I was suppose to get on Thursday and the lady said "we can't go into detail like that over the phone." She said all they can do is forward the results to my primary doctor who I can't see for 3 more weeks and she cancelled my appointment. I will never come back to this urgent care. I took the time to see a physician because I don't feel well and I got treated like I was an ignorant child who was irresponsible for seeking help from someone other an my primary doctor. read more

Our family has used Vista for years and have received excellent care every time we have gone. The wait times are appropriate and the doctors and staff are so helpful. During the time of flu season and Covid, so many complain of the care. As a healthcare worker myself, the medical field is overworked and understaffed. The judgment on how good a facility is should only be based on your experience with the provider. Not the wait time or if you could not be seen due to having Covid. read more

This place lacks any characteristic that might be considered urgent care. I've been to this place many times because they're linked to my primary care physician and every time I have the same crappy service. I went in on Saturday with the dogbite to my hand. It hurt like hell so maybe I should've gone to the emergency room, but I didn't. I should've known about the kind of service I would get after I had to wait 15 minutes just to be able to sign in. After that I waited for over an hour until the pain was unbearable before the woman even looked at me. I asked her if I should leave and go to the emergency room and she shoveled me into a room in the back.I was then left for 45 minutes until someone came into see me. The nurses were concerned for my situation, but still it took a long time for me to be seen. If someone is crying and in pain and offers to leave to go to the emergency room, you should probably encourage them to do so instead of making them sit around an additional hour. read more

Dr. Horton is the best hands down. Everytime I go to urgent Care he has me leaving in a calm state of mind and back to normal within the same day or two days max. I had to go to urgent care for unresolved matters due to an puffed up face and excruciating pain at a level 100. "Unfortunately" I went to my dentist to get this resolved and they send me two different dentist doing the same exact thing which is nothing. They gave me antibiotics, Motrin and to come back on Saturday for an extraction. Well... My pain was here and now and I couldn't take it anymore. I went in with confidence that if anyone wouldn't do anything vista medical would. So, here he comes in and he stated ouch that must really hurt. He then orders up me something to help and bam!!! I'm back to work the next day. I eventually fired my dentist and seeking a better one who doesn't just treat people like they don't exist or "pain" doesn't exist. Toothaches are excruciating and giving me abt aren't going to help at that very moment. But hey, PA. Horton handled it like a pro and I appreciate him for that. Thanks for your help PA. I have to come in for a workers comp injury . The Dr that sees me is Dr. Horton he is the best ! I never have had a problem with him since I've came here and he's the reason why I tolerate coming back so I give him 5 stars but staff and other doctors are just the worst I came in an hour early before my appt because I'm scheduled at 4:30 to work I waited 45 minutes in a room to be seen this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I dislike being scheduled when my doctor isn't here because other doctors just simply do not care and come in for 2 minutes after having me wait so long and from other reviews I've noticed this is a major problem . Management needs to step it up and fix this issue ASAP . read more

Yesterday, I visited Vista Medical for the follow up with the issue I had with my finger. The entire staff was polite and helpful. When it was my turn, Dr. Adeshara came into the room and greeted me with a caring smile. She asked me the relevant questions about the issue and then examine the finger. Dr. Adeshara knew what she was talking about. One thing for sure, not only she is a competent Physician but she is also the Physician who cares about you. Every time I visit this clinic, I get the same friendly treatment from Dr. Adeshara. I am on Medicare and have chosen this group with Dr. Adeshara as my Primary Care Physician.for the last two years. I understand, nowadays any clinic you visit, there is a wait. I have experienced the same wait with the other groups in the area in the past so I do not have any gripe about the waiting time. My wife and I are very pleased that we are in good hands with Dr. Adeshara. read more

After calling the difference urgent care facilities. I choose this one because of convenience. I was happy with the choice they were asking my son quest and spending the time to really determine what was wrong with him. The doctor had brown hair and a very positive attitude I can't remember her name. The only thing I will say the girls working talk ALOT about things that don't pertain to work. I know a lot of people who are in need of a job so I just makes me sad to see these girls have a job and not appreciate it and just talk talk talk. Doctor Naser is my primary doctor and he is one of the greatest doctors in America He is very kind and knowledgable !! I always ask him so many questions and I feel like he knows everything before doing the tests I need !! My fiancé , Eric, was having symptoms of a staph infection in his foot and since he had experienced this before he knew he had to act quickly to avoid an ER visit. He went to the Vista Corona location and saw Dr Carrington who knew right away it was staph , migrating to cellulitis quickly spreading up his leg. He treated it aggressively with strong meds and was able to get it under control quickly . Eric was impressed and was very happy he did not have to go to the hospital to have this treated. He said "this guy knows what he's doing!". The prescriptions he had to take home were ready immediately at the pharmacy next door so no waiting for those either. Very pleased with the visit and would go back again if needed. read more

When I called them they insisted that they sent it to the location I asked for! LIES!!! What an incompetent bunch of people. Too busy telling asinine stories to one another to do their job properly! Do not go to Vista Medical Group! Just terrible. I became sick with a cough and chest congestion. When I didn't get better afte 2 weeks, I went to Vista, they would not let me see a doctor. Instead, a physician's assistant called me and gave me a prescription.... yes, without an examination. After 2 more weeks, the prescription didn't knock out the problem, so I asked to see a doctor. Vista said I could only have a "tele-appointment" with a doctor. Did that, and the doctor, who never did and examination, never listened to my chest prescribed cough medicine. After another 2weeks, I called Vista and they said I needed a chest xray. That appointment took another week to schedule, then a week for Vista to read the Xray. Then they told me the Xray was negative but did not prescribe any treatment. I had to demand that I see a doctor, so they scheduled me for one 3 weeks late. All in all, I've suffered for at least a month more than I should with these symptoms thanks to the shoddiest, unethical treatment I've ever heard of by a group of (alleged) doctors. Now, I've had to change my primary care physician and start from scratch with a new doctor.... Vista is the worst!!! read more

Had to get my mom in ASAP for a cortisone injection; she was in tremendous pain. I live an hour away, so a dear friend of my mother's took her in for me. I called the office ahead of time to inform the staff of our situation. Raquel was a breath of fresh air. She was professional and highly effective. She took down all my mother's health insurance information and assured me that my mom and her friend would be greeted with kindness and all would be handled without hassle but to recognize that my medical request can only manifest if the doctor deems it necessary. Thank you, Raquel, for calming me and for caring for my mom with kindness. Thank you also to her doctor who treated my mom's pain. She is now once again able to make her homemade bread and garden pain free. read more

Becky has helped me several other times and she has been consistently friendly and efficient! I would like to extend my gratitude towards a very special Doctor by the name of Dr. Talat Khan, she's our family doctor for 20 yrs. She took care of My Dad, Mom, myself and my son. I highly recommended her to be their doctor coz she's doing a great job, passionate, caring and loving to her patients. When this pandemic strikes us, Dr khan happens to be the doctor who's willing to do everything for my mom and my family to comfort us and to go beyond our needs.
