Worst office staff. No customer service skills whatsoever. I wasn't aware that Women's View Medical Group had some kind of change or split with Optum and I still don't understand it-never received any notification and office staff won't even explain it. Not sure if this staff belongs to Dr. Rashidi or Optum-very confusing but either way if you don't like talking to people then do something else. Especially with a dr.'s office. You don't know what people are there for or how they are feeling. When I walked in no one greeted me, just asked my name and d.o.b and said my copay amount. Phone etiquette is terrible as well. Cindy was the only one that was pleasant but still will be calling my insurance to change dr.'s. This is not what I want to experience when I go to a doctora office. I'm so sad right now! I've finally accepted that after over a decade with the same PCP, I'm going to have to find a new one. I adore Dr. Kular and have always been pleased with her treatment. However, since the Optum takeover, operations have progressively gone downhill. I have to call now to request refills, where previously Dr's staff would refill my pharmacy's requests ensuring I would not run out. Also, it has now been day 4 in a row that they have all incoming calls forwarded to their answering service, citing high volume, and won't permit a callback request. How can a Dr.'s office operate successfully like this? If you are that busy, then stop worrying about making more money and 1. Stop taking new patients and 2. Hire a larger staff to be able to assist your patients. Sad and searching for a new PCP. read more

Since Optum had taken over my previous Dr's office I've had good visits and started to feel like nothing was going to change from the previous physician. This morning I called to find out why a prescription that was requested by the pharmacy on October 17, 2024 had not been responded to since I am running out. I was told by the computer voice that I was second in the queue. Thirty minutes later I was still on hold. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter was referred to a specific cranial specialist at her 4 month appt. I received the initial consult and the specialist determined her treatment was a medical necessity. Treatment would be about 8-10 weeks, with a two week turn around to make the helmet and get it fitted. In between the time I saw this specialist for the initial consult, with my pediatrician submitting the prior authorization for treatment, Optum ended their contract with this cranial specialist group. They did not notify my pediatrician of this. Instead, they denied my claim and informed me that I cannot get treatment from the referred specialist and must see a new one. We are moving out of the country in 10 weeks, which would have been the length of treatment for my daughter. This new cranial specialists cannot get us in until mid July for an initial, and a helmet cannot be made for another two weeks. New specialist said we had to start the process over. Essentially rendering my daughter without any treatment. Optum continued to transfer me to different departments, with every department stating they will not approve treatment, even though it was marked as urgent and a medical necessity. This company is negligent in their practices and needs to be held accountable. I will be reporting with BBB as well. I urge you to find a new doctor if they are apart of this medical group. read more

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST PROVIDERS E.V.E.R.! Since this group took over Dr. Rashidi's office I have had nothing but problem after problem!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! The nurse practitioner is a ridiculous joke who is more concerned about herself and what she looks like than who and what she is treating. She doesn't listen and is all over the place, all while giggling away and lord knows what. The MA's must be taught by her because they too are a joke. The one I had didn't even take my BP correctly and had the cuff on upside down. I then saw Dr. Cappleman who sent me for labs at Quest, which I did the next day, but I found out when I got the results back that she didn't send the correct lab slip for the bloodwork I needed for the chest pain I was having but sent labs for an A1c test. If it couldn't get any worse, she sent me a message through their portal telling me to cut out eating fruit and to exercise not even realizing that the bloodwork didn't match what I was just in her office for. Duh!!!! I wrote her a response telling her she isn't paying attention, and the wrong labs were sent, but her MA responded with "Take it up with Quest!" Lastly, when you sit in their waiting room you get to hear the girl at the front eat her Corn Nuts and chomp away all while helping people and shoving food in her mouth. VERY UNPORFESSIONAL!!! So disappointed in this facility . Was not notified about my doctor no longer practicing there since March and this is the middle of May. Feedback following office move: we were not sent any notification regarding the move, ex: new fax number. No information available online. Thus, my prescription was unable to be refilled. I called the office and asked for the new fax number - and was succinctly given an attitude. To top it off, payment must be done through check or money order. It's 2022, folks. Not 1972. I am a new patient at Dr. Brenner's office, and from the first time I called, I felt like the girls were sweet, thoughtful and caring. Someone answers the phone right away and does not leave you on hold for long periods of time. Liz even went out of her way to get me an appointment 3 weeks earlier then my original date. That made me so happy, as I really needed a referral. Love Liz! As I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and felt comfort from the moment Diana walked me in. I literally only waited only 2 minutes before I was called back. That was impressive! I saw Dr. Julie Rowe. Words cannot describe how wonderful this Dr is. She impressed me with her amazing bed side manner and beautiful smile. She REALLY listens, and TO ME, that is extremely important. She spent a good amount of time with me and asked all the important questions. I believe she left no stones unturned. As soon as I got home I received in email with a link to an App with instructions on how to log in to their system portal that gives me the ability to see any future appointments, prescriptions, my last vitals and any medical records I made need. Hello? Why aren't all Dr's offices doing this. I love it! I'm so happy I made the decision to change medical groups and PCP. I have been a patient here since my early twenties... Now that I am almost 50 (holy cow) I think I might be a pretty good candidate to write a review. I love Dr Brenner and have always felt he and his staff have looked out for my best interests over the years. This is an amazing practice from the front office to the providers. You will be in good hands with either Dr. Brenner or Julie Rowe, the Nurse Practitioner. Both take their time gathering your history and getting to know you. Having seen both Dr. Brenner and Julie I can honestly say that they truly care about your needs, questions, concerns, and most of all your health. I highly recommend going here and am extremely happy with their care. Another positive is they have an easy to navigate patient portal that has all of my test results! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a new patient scheduled for a 2:30 appointment with the nurse practitioner. First off, I walk up to the counter and the woman rudely says "do you have an appointment". No hello or greeting what so ever. I said yes I do. They asked for my name and when I told them they said "our NP had to leave we tried to call you". I indicated that they in fact did not call me, did not leave a message, nothing. I asked to speak to a manager she is just about as useless as a cup of decaf coffee. She said that my phone is disconnected. I asked that she call me right there to indicate it is in fact NOT disconnected. She did, and what do you know ...my phone rang. I politely asked that she try whatever she can to do to fit me in with someone else. She didn't even try, she just flat out said no. I pleaded with her, explaining that I've had this scheduled for weeks that I'm paying a sitter to be at my house and all. Zero apology or remorse for their mistake. What this office struggles to understand is that our time is valuable. We have to make special arrangements to go to Dr appointments so blatant errors/lies like this is very serious to someone like me. Zero respect for time,zero sense of urgency. I'm sure it's a blessing in disguise that I didn't make it in to this office because it's full of disrespect. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this ridiculously incompetent office.. read more
