He said that it was not the cleanest or nicest establishment but that it had since then gotten new management. Parking was ample since the lot is for several other establishments. When we pulled up I was pleasantly surprised by how it evoked the British culture with its styling. The inside was warmly lit and they were having a Bingo night with a $5 entry. We were less interested in the bingo night and more fixated on getting fed. We decided to sit down at the bar as most of the tables were full with families, couples, and small groups of 4-6 people. We were helped by the bartender who was patient and gave us time to take in the ambience and the menu. We decided to share an appetizer and entree. Amused by the name we decided on the Lush Mush. Yummmmm....the port reduction... delectable. For those hesitating on this selection because of the blue cheese fear not! It was not strong but made mild and gentle by the cream. The shepherds pie was comforting and satisfying. A hearty farmer's style meal. We were satisfied. The establishment was clean. We briefly explored the outside bar area which had multiple TV's for sports aficionados. It's a great locals spot for this are of Winter Garden which is a little ways from the main area. There is a secret room to explore which I didn't get a chance to enter. Hopefully, if I return on a weekend it will be open and I'll get to see what is inside. All-in-all I recommend this establishment. With the new management it's off to a great start. They had different events each night including live music, so come on over and stay awhile!

I knew I should've left when there was no one at the hostess stand and even the bartender refused to look our way but I REALLY wanted Shepard's Pie. We sat ourselves near another already seated couple waiting to see a server and I went back to the stand and grabbed the menu. When the server finally arrived we placed our order and waited and waited for our pretzels and beer cheese appetizer which took so long my husband wandered to the waitress to cancel his entree. Which ended up being fine because she hadn't even put our order in yet!!! When the apps arrived the pretzels were piping hot... the cheese despite having a char was barely warm and tasted like spray can cheese! I ended up asking for my Shepard's pie to go because the service was terrible! I should've cancelled that too because it was just as bad as the pretzel app! Please send Mai Nextdoor to Cuba Libre and have Jessamine train her. She and your hostess were more concerned with socializing than providing guest service.

This place is a true gem in downtown Winter Garden--vibrant, welcoming, and pouring some of the tastiest brews around. From the moment you walk in, the energy is perfect: lively yet laid-back, with that cool industrial-chic vibe mixed with the buzz of the market. I tried several of their in-house beers, and every single one was outstanding. Bold flavors, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with passion--whether you're into crisp lagers, hoppy IPAs, refreshing hefeweizens, or something seasonal and creative, they've got you covered. The limited editions and specials are especially fun to explore. What really made the visit shine was the friendly and incredibly helpful staff. They knew their beers inside and out, offered great recommendations based on what I like, and were happy to let me sample a few options without any pressure. No pretentious beer-snob vibes here--just genuine enthusiasm and top-notch service that made us feel right at home. Bonus points for the setup: tons of food options right there in the market (perfect for pairing), outdoor seating, and a great atmosphere for hanging out with friends or people-watching in charming downtown Winter Garden. Crooked Can has quickly become one of my favorite craft breweries in the Orlando area. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot delivers on every level. Highly, highly recommend--I'll definitely be back soon to try whatever new batch they're pouring! Pro tip: Grab a flight and explore. You won't regret it.

Happy hour was just starting or had started, but there wasn't anything on the happy hour menu that stood out to us. They had the Suncreek Brewery Strawberry ale on tap so I had a couple glasses of that. It's perfect for the summer. It's a very light and very refreshing beer. My husband drank Yuengling. We both end up getting a taster of Bourbon later on. My husband went with the six year Willet And really enjoyed it. He said it definitely got better the more that you drank. I opted for something that I've seen in the stores but haven't purchased yet. I was able to try both the dancing panda eight year as well as the dancing panda 10 year. A cheaper bottle of bourbon but definitely good flavor. The 10 was my favorite. For food, I got an order of the S & S sweet potato fries, which comes with a light caramel drizzle. These fries are cooked perfectly and so delicious. My husband got the garlic Parm wings, and while the crunch was perfect on them.(he ordered them crunchy) -he was not a fan of their garlic Parmesan sauce. It just felt like the garlic, overpowered any of the Parmesan. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and the two bartenders that were working the bar, were excellent and very attentive.

I'm so happy we have a place like this in this area of town, something we have definitely been missing. I always love the vibes here, whether I'm sitting in the main dining room or in the more casual bar area. I love that they do seasonal menus, as well as monthly menus that are often themed to holidays. I dream of the Kung pow cauliflower, and I love the deconstructed chicken pot pie when it's available (I believe it's seasonal). Their beer is also great, though I'm not a beer expert, so I can't really speak too much detail to that! Just a perfect place to go for happy hour, catch up with friends, bring your family, whatever. I had the brisket sandwich and it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything amazing either. I also upgraded to the truffle fries and honestly, not really worth it. The fries were just okay too. I got a spicy margarita and I feel like tajín would've made way more sense than the sugar rim they used. One thing I did notice was the service. Nobody really checked in on us and at the end I had to walk up to the bar because my tab was never closed out. When I asked about it, the waiter looked a little bothered that I even asked and said he'd go find somebody else, even though he was supposed to be our server. Not the biggest issue ever, just something I noticed that made the service feel a little inattentive overall. Overall, not horrible, but probably not somewhere I'd personally go back to.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent experience at Paddywagon Orlando…read moreinvolving one of your employees, Seto. I am reaching out because your stated mission -- that every guest should feel "like coming home" -- is something I have always valued about Paddywagon, which is why this experience was so deeply disappointing. On more than one occasion, Seto has been rude and unprofessional toward paying customers, including myself and my guests. Most troubling, however, was a discriminatory comment made to my boyfriend, who is an Indian man. Seto asked him, "Where is your Jasmine?" -- a remark that was inappropriate, offensive, and rooted in racial stereotyping. This made both of us uncomfortable and unwelcome in what is meant to be a hospitality-driven establishment. I am a local teacher and have also worked in the hospitality industry in the past, so I understand the demands of the field and the importance of customer service. I have never been treated so poorly at a business I once enjoyed and recommended to others. I have previously brought out-of-town friends to Paddywagon, but this experience has made me hesitant to return or to continue doing so. It is truly a shame, because I genuinely loved coming to Paddywagon and appreciated its atmosphere. I hope that this matter can be addressed appropriately so that I -- along with my visiting friends and fellow educators -- can feel comfortable returning in the future.
