Yesterday, I went to the park cities location, I typically go to Plano. They discontinued half my salad ingredients!! No more sunflower seeds so I asked what nuts they had I was told pecan or almond. Told her to add pecans but then they were caramelized pecans, not regular, which she did not specify. I got a salad with sesame ginger dressing. The sweetness was so off and ruined my entire salad. Very disappointing. I don't know if these vast changes are across the board with Snappy Salads. I will try the Plano location to make sure but I assure you I will no longer visit this particular location. If the other one is the same, they've lost a longtime customer that comes often. Bring back the old items! The new bowls are better though.

The chicken broth soup with farro, spinach, chicken and carrots was delicious. I purchased two more bowls to go. The turkey sandwich was freshly sliced turkey, cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and a very light mayonnaise type dressing. It was grilled like a Panini making it warm, fresh, and delicious. I've already told my husband we will be going back again this week. I had a chance to visit with one of the staff and they told me a little bit about expansion plans for the chain.
